Claims (8)
- 水素タンクへ水素を充填する水素充填装置であって、
第1の温度の水素が貯蔵された第1の高圧水素貯蔵源と、
第2の温度の水素が貯蔵された第2の高圧水素貯蔵源と、
前記第1の高圧水素貯蔵源からの水素と、前記第2の高圧水素貯蔵源からの水素とを切換えて前記水素タンクへ供給する切換手段と、
前記水素タンク内の温度を測定する温度測定手段と、
該温度測定手段により測定される前記水素タンク内の温度に応じて、前記切換手段を制御する制御手段とを備え、
前記制御手段は、前記水素タンクへの水素充填開始時に、大気温度が所定温度より低い場合は、最初に前記第1の温度の水素を前記水素タンクに充填し、前記大気温度が所定温度以上の場合には、最初に前記第2の温度の水素を前記水素タンクに充填するように前記切換手段を制御することを特徴とする水素充填装置。 - 請求項1記載の水素充填装置において、
前記第2の高圧水素貯蔵源の水素の温度を冷却可能に構成される冷却手段を備え、
前記第2の高圧水素貯蔵源の水素は、前記冷却手段によって前記第2の温度まで冷却されていることを特徴とする水素充填装置。 - 高圧水素貯蔵源と、
該高圧水素貯蔵源から水素が充填される水素タンクへ、第1の温度の水素を供給する第1の水素供給管路と、
前記高圧水素貯蔵源から前記水素タンクへ、前記第1の温度より低い第2の温度の水素を供給する第2の水素供給管路と、
前記水素タンク内の温度を測定する温度測定手段と、
前記第1の水素供給管路と前記第2の水素供給管路とを選択的に切換え可能な切換手段と、
前記温度測定手段により測定される前記水素タンク内の温度に応じて、前記切換手段を制御する制御手段と
を備え、
前記第2の水素供給管路には、該第2の水素供給管路内の水素を冷却可能に構成される冷却手段が設けられ、前記第2の水素供給管路の水素の温度は、前記冷却手段により予め前記第2の温度に冷却されており、
前記制御手段は、前記水素タンクへの水素充填開始時に、大気温度が所定温度より低い場合は、最初に前記第1の温度の水素を前記水素タンクに充填し、前記大気温度が所定温度以上の場合には、最初に前記第2の温度の水素を前記水素タンクに充填するように前記切換手段を制御することを特徴とする水素充填装置。 - 請求項3記載の水素充填装置において、
前記第2の水素供給管路の、前記冷却手段よりも前記水素タンク側は、断熱手段により断熱されていることを特徴とする水素充填装置。 - 請求項3又は4記載の水素充填装置において、
前記切換手段は、前記第1の水素供給管路に設けられる第1のバルブと、前記第2の水素供給管路における前記冷却手段の出口側に設けられる第2のバルブとを含み、
前記制御手段は、前記第1のバルブ及び前記第2のバルブの開閉を制御することを特徴とする水素充填装置。 - 請求項3乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の水素充填装置において、
前記第1の水素供給管路と前記第2の水素供給管路とは、前記水素タンクに接続される側の端部で連結され、該端部における前記第1の水素供給管路の出口と、前記第2の水素供給管路の出口とは、同一の出口であることを特徴とする水素充填装置。 - 請求項3乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の水素充填装置において、
前記第1の水素供給管路と前記第2の水素供給管路とは、被覆材により一体化されていることを特徴とする水素充填装置。 - 請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の水素充填装置において、
前記制御手段は、前記水素タンク内の温度から大気温度を減算して得られた差が所定の温度範囲以下になった場合は、前記第1の温度の水素を前記水素タンクに充填し、前記差が所定の温度範囲以上になった場合は、前記第2の温度の水素を前記水素タンクに充填するように前記切替手段を制御することを特徴とする水素充填装置。
