Description
そこで、特許文献1に記載の水素ガス充填装置では、水素ガスを冷媒との熱交換により予め冷却する冷却手段(いわゆるプレクーラー)を設け、この冷却した水素ガスをガスタンクに充填することで、充填時間の短縮化を図っている。また、この水素ガス充填装置では、冷却し過ぎた場合の結露の発生を防止するために、水素ガスの供給圧を検出し、その検出結果に基づいて冷却手段への冷媒の供給流量又は温度を制御している。
また、ガス充填装置側制御装置が、通信により取得したタンク温度及びタンク圧力の情報をも用いて、充填流量マップから充填流量を決定するので、充填先であるガスタンク内の状態に適した充填ができる。
本実施形態のガス充填システム1では、冷却された水素ガス温度に応じた充填流量の制御を行っている。
第1に、タンク圧力及びタンク温度が同じ条件であれば、プレクーラ温度が高いほど充填流量の値が小さくなる。例えば、タンク圧力が40MPa、タンク温度が0℃である場合、プレクーラ温度T2での充填流量は、プレクーラ温度T1での充填流量D4よりも小さい。このような減少させた充填流量を用いることで、連続充填の影響でプレクーラ温度が上昇している場合にも、ガスタンク30内の温度が上限値に達しないように、できるだけ短時間で充填することが可能となる。
次に、本実施形態のガス充填システム1のいくつかの変形例について説明する。なお、各変形例は単独でも本実施形態に適用することができるが、他の変形例と組み合わせても適用することができる。
Claims (9)
- ガスタンクを有する車両と、
ガス供給源からのガスを冷却する冷却装置を有し、この冷却装置により冷却されたガスを放出して前記ガスタンクに充填するガス充填装置と、を備えたガス充填システムにおいて、
前記車両は、車両側通信機と、前記ガスタンクのタンク温度を検出する温度センサと、前記ガスタンクのタンク圧力を検出する圧力センサと、を備え、
前記ガス充填装置は、ガス充填装置側通信機と、充填流量マップを有するガス充填装置側制御装置と、前記冷却装置により冷却されたガスの温度を前記ガスタンクの上流側で検出するガス充填装置側温度センサと、前記ガスタンクへのガスの充填流量を制御する流量制御装置と、を備えており、
前記温度センサ及び前記圧力センサが検出したタンク温度及びタンク圧力の情報が、前記車両側通信機から前記ガス充填装置側通信機に送信され、
前記ガス充填装置側制御装置が、前記ガス充填装置側通信機が受信したタンク温度及びタンク圧力の情報と、前記ガス充填装置側温度センサが検出したガス温度の情報とに基づいて、前記充填流量マップから前記充填流量を決定する、ガス充填システム。 - 前記ガス充填装置側制御装置は、前記ガス温度が高いほど、前記充填流量マップから決定する前記充填流量を小さくする、請求項1に記載のガス充填システム。
- 前記ガスタンクは、複数あり、
前記温度センサ及び前記圧力センサは、前記ガスタンクごとに前記タンク温度及び前記タンク圧力の情報を取得し、
前記ガス充填装置側制御装置は、前記充填流量を決定する際に、前記温度センサ及び前記圧力センサが取得した情報のうちタンク温度が最も大きい又はタンク圧力が最も小さいガスタンクの情報を用いる、請求項1又は2に記載のガス充填システム。 - 前記ガス充填装置側温度センサは、前記冷却装置でのガス温度を検出するものである、請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載のガス充填システム。
- 充填に際して前記ガスタンクと前記ガス充填装置とを接続するための接続ユニットを更に備え、
前記接続ユニットは、前記ガスタンク側のレセプタクルと、前記レセプタクルに接続される前記ガス充填装置側の充填ノズルと、を備え、
前記ガス充填装置側温度センサは、前記充填ノズルでのガス温度を検出するものである、請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項に記載のガス充填システム。 - 前記ガス充填装置側温度センサが検出したガス温度に基づいて前記充填流量が制御されている旨又は制御された旨を表示する表示装置を、更に備えた、請求項1ないし5のいずれか一項に記載のガス充填システム。
- 前記表示装置は、前記ガス充填装置に設けられている、請求項6に記載のガス充填システム。
- 前記表示装置は、前記車両に設けられている、請求項6に記載のガス充填システム。
- ガス供給源からのガスを冷却する冷却装置を有し、この冷却装置により冷却されたガスを放出して車両のガスタンクに充填するガス充填装置において、
ガス充填装置側通信機と、
充填流量マップを有するガス充填装置側制御装置と、
前記冷却装置により冷却されたガスの温度を前記ガスタンクの上流側で検出するガス充填装置側温度センサと、
前記ガスタンクへのガスの充填流量を制御する流量制御装置と、を備え、
前記ガス充填装置側通信機は、前記車両側で検出した前記ガスタンクのタンク温度及びタンク圧力の情報を前記車両側の通信機から受信し、
前記ガス充填装置側制御装置は、前記ガス充填装置側通信機が受信したタンク温度及びタンク圧力の情報と、前記ガス充填装置側温度センサが検出したガス温度の情報とに基づいて、前記充填流量マップから前記充填流量を決定する、ガス充填装置。
