Description
Claims (4)
- エンジンと、該エンジンからトルクが出力されるシャフトと、該シャフトに連結されたダンパと、上記エンジンにトルクを供給するジェネレーターと、駆動輪にトルクを供給するモーターと、上記ジェネレーター及びモーターに電力を供給するバッテリーとを備えた車両における上記エンジンの始動方法であって、
上記エンジンの冷間始動であるか否かを判断する第1ステップと、
冷間始動であると判断された場合に、上記エンジンの目標エンジン速度を上記ダンパの共振周波数速度よりも小さい第一目標エンジン速度に設定して、上記ジェネレーターが上記エンジンにトルクを供給するエンジン始動モードを行う第2ステップと、
実際のエンジン速度が上記第一目標エンジン速度に到達したか否かを判断する第3ステップと、
実際のエンジン速度が上記第一目標エンジン速度に到達していないときに、上記エンジンにトルクが付与されてから時間ベースの所定閾値を経過したか否かを判断する第4ステップと、
上記第3ステップで上記実際のエンジン速度が上記第一目標エンジン速度に到達したと判断された場合、又は、上記第4ステップで上記時間ベースの所定閾値を経過したと判断された場合に、上記エンジンの目標エンジン速度を上記ダンパの共振周波数速度よりも大きい第二目標エンジン速度に設定して、上記エンジン始動モードから通常作動モードへ移行する第5ステップと、
を有する車両エンジンの始動方法。 - 上記第2ステップは、ジェネレーター・モード・コマンドを生成するステップと、上記第一目標エンジン速度および上記ジェネレーター・モード・コマンドに従ってエンジン始動モード中に上記実際のエンジン速度を調節するステップと、を更に有する、請求項1に記載の車両エンジンの始動方法。
- 上記第2ステップは、上記実際のエンジン速度を増加させるために上記エンジンに正トルクだけを付与するステップを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の車両エンジンの始動方法。
- 上記第3ステップが、上記実際のエンジン速度がエンジンクランキング速度より大きく且つ、上記ダンパの共振周波数速度より小さいか否かを判定するステップを含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の車両エンジンの始動方法。
