Description
図1は、本実施の形態に係る車両100の概略ブロック図である。
次に、車両100において商用電源55の交流電圧VACから直流の充電電圧を発生する方法について説明する。
図4は、図1に示した制御装置60による充電開始の判断に関するプログラムの制御構造を示すフローチャートである。なお、このフローチャートの処理は、一定時間毎または所定の条件が成立するごとにメインルーチンから呼び出されて実行される。
以上、外部から充電が可能なハイブリッド車両について説明した。このような外部から充電可能なハイブリッド自動車においては、電気自動車走行(EV走行)の領域が広がり、エンジン始動時間が減ることが予想される。したがって、たとえば夏のような高温時や、燃料供給直後などでは、燃料蒸気がキャニスターに多く吸着されパージが必要となる可能性が高くなるのに、エンジンを始動しないのでパージできないという問題がある。そこで、まずこのハイブリッド車両の内燃機関に燃料を供給する構成について説明する。
図5を参照して、エンジン4は、シリンダヘッドに吸気を導入するための吸気通路111と、シリンダヘッドから排気を行なうための排気通路113とを含む。
濃い燃料蒸気が通路190,192を経由して吸気通路111内に放出されると、アクセルペダルの踏込み量などで決定される通常の燃料噴射量では多すぎる。
変形例では、家庭等で充電を行なっている際に、玄関ドアが外部から施錠されたことに基づいて車両の起動の予告信号を車両に送信する。予告信号は、充電ケーブルを介した電力線通信によって、家庭から車両に送られる。
図8を参照して、車両100Aは、車輪308と、車輪308を駆動するモータ306と、モータ306に三相交流電力を与えるインバータ304とインバータ304に直流電力を供給するメインバッテリ302と、インバータ304の制御を行なう主制御ECU314とを含む。すなわち車両100Aは、駆動用にモータとエンジンとを併用するハイブリッド自動車であるが、エンジンに関連する部分については図5で説明した構成と同様であるので図8には図示せず説明は繰返さない。
Claims (8)
- 車両外部から充電可能に構成されたハイブリッド車両であって、
蓄電装置と、
前記蓄電装置を外部電源と電気的に結合する結合手段と、
燃料蒸気を吸収する吸収手段と、
前記結合手段によって前記蓄電装置が前記外部電源と結合されている間に、前記吸収手段を前記燃料蒸気が離脱しやすい状態に活性化する活性化手段とを備える、ハイブリッド車両。 - 前記吸収手段は、
前記燃料蒸気を吸着する吸着剤が収容されたキャニスターを含み、
前記活性化手段は、
前記バッテリと前記外部電源の少なくとも一方から電力を受けて前記キャニスターを加熱するヒータを含み、
前記ハイブリッド車両は、
前記キャニスターに対するパージを行なうパージ手段をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両。 - 前記ハイブリッド車両は、
前記ヒータと前記パージ手段とを制御する制御装置をさらに備え、
前記制御装置は、前記キャニスターの飽和度を判断し、前記飽和度が第1の値よりも大きいときに前記ヒータと前記パージ手段とを動作させる、請求項2に記載のハイブリッド車両。 - 前記パージ手段は、
負圧を発生させる内燃機関を含み、
前記ハイブリッド車両は、
前記ヒータと前記パージ手段とを制御する制御装置をさらに備え、
前記制御装置は、次回の車両起動時に前記内燃機関の始動が必要と判断されているときに、前記内燃機関の始動に先立って予め前記ヒータを動作させる、請求項2に記載のハイブリッド車両。 - 前記ハイブリッド車両は、
車両の起動時刻を検出または推定する手段をさらに備え、
前記制御装置は、検出または推定された前記起動時刻までに昇温が完了するように前記ヒータを動作させる、請求項3または4に記載のハイブリッド車両。 - 車両外部から充電可能に構成されたハイブリッド車両の制御方法であって、前記ハイブリッド車両は、蓄電装置と、前記蓄電装置を外部電源と電気的に結合する結合手段と、燃料蒸気を吸収する吸収手段と、前記吸収手段を前記燃料蒸気が離脱しやすい状態に活性化する活性化手段と、前記吸収手段から前記燃料蒸気を離脱させるパージ手段と、コンピュータを含んで構成される制御装置とを含み、
前記制御方法は、
前記結合手段によって前記外部電源と前記蓄電装置とが電気的に結合されているか否かを前記制御装置が検出するステップと、
前記結合手段によって前記蓄電装置が前記外部電源と結合されている間に、前記制御装置が前記外部電源から与えられた電力により前記活性化手段を動作させるステップと、
前記制御装置が前記活性化手段の動作開始後に前記パージ手段を動作させるステップとを備える、ハイブリッド車両の制御方法。 - 請求項6に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御方法を前記コンピュータに実行させるためのプログラムを記録したコンピュータ読み取り可能な記録媒体。
