Description
以下、ハイブリッド車両の制御装置の第1実施形態を図1~図5に従って説明する。
図1には、本実施形態の制御装置80と、制御装置80によって制御されるハイブリッドシステム20とが図示されている。このハイブリッドシステム20が搭載される車両は、車両の外部からの給電によってバッテリ22を充電することのできるプラグインハイブリッド車である。
制御装置80には、各種のセンサからの検出信号が入力される。センサとしては、例えば、バッテリ電圧センサ101、バッテリ電流センサ102、バッテリ温度センサ103、インバータ温度センサ104、水温センサ105、油温センサ106、エアフローメータ107及び空燃比センサ108を挙げることができる。バッテリ電圧センサ101は、バッテリ22の電圧であるバッテリ電圧VBtを検出し、バッテリ電圧VBtに応じた信号を検出信号として出力する。バッテリ電流センサ102は、バッテリ22の電流であるバッテリ電流IBtを検出し、バッテリ電流IBtに応じた信号を検出信号として出力する。バッテリ温度センサ103は、バッテリ22の温度であるバッテリ温度TPBtを検出し、バッテリ温度TPBtに応じた信号を検出信号として出力する。インバータ温度センサ104は、インバータ回路23の温度であるインバータ温度TPInを検出し、インバータ温度TPInに応じた信号を検出信号として出力する。水温センサ105は、水温TPWtを検出し、水温TPWtに応じた信号を検出信号として出力する。油温センサ106は、内燃機関40内を循環するオイルの温度である油温TPOlを検出し、油温TPOlに応じた信号を検出信号として出力する。エアフローメータ107は、吸気通路43を流れる吸入空気の量である吸入空気量GAを検出し、吸入空気量GAに応じた信号を検出信号として出力する。空燃比センサ108は、排気通路44を流れる排気を基に空燃比Afを検出し、空燃比Afに応じた信号を検出信号として出力する。そして、制御装置80は、各種のセンサ101~108からの検出信号を基に、ハイブリッドシステム20を制御する。
機関監視部82は、水温TPWt、油温TPOl、気筒内の燃焼室の温度TPCy、及び、吸気ポートの壁面の温度TPPoを監視する。燃焼室の温度TPCyは、水温TPWt、油温TPOl、吸入空気量GA、及び、内燃機関の燃料噴射弁の燃料噴射量を基に導出される。吸気ポートの壁面の温度TPPoは、水温TPWt、油温TPOl及び吸入空気量GAを基に導出される。
(1)上限システム出力PSLが始動判定出力PSLTh以下であるときに移行処理を実行することにより、蓄電量SBtが判定蓄電量SBtThよりも多くても走行モードを第2走行モードに移行させることができる。すなわち、蓄電量SBtが判定蓄電量SBtTh以下になる前から機関運転を開始させることができる。このように機関運転が開始された時点では、蓄電量SBtは比較的多い。そのため、当該時点では、上限モータ出力PMLが未だ大きいため、ハイブリッドシステム20に対する要求出力PRqが上限システム出力PSLを上回ることを依然として抑制することができる。その結果、内燃機関40に対して上限機関出力PELを上回るような出力を要求することがない。また、触媒温度TPCaが活性温度領域ATPCa外であっても排気性状の悪化が抑制される。したがって、第2走行モードに移行した際に、排気性状の悪化の抑制と、要求出力PRqとハイブリッドシステム20の実際のシステム出力PSとの乖離の抑制とを両立させることができる。
次に、ハイブリッド車両の制御装置の第2実施形態を図6に従って説明する。第2実施形態では、機関昇温部の構成が第1実施形態と相違している。そこで、以下の説明においては、第1実施形態と相違している部分について主に説明するものとし、第1実施形態と同一又は相当する部材構成には同一符号を付して重複説明を省略するものとする。
上記各実施形態は、以下のように変更して実施することができる。上記各実施形態及び以下の変更例は、技術的に矛盾しない範囲で互いに組み合わせて実施することができる。
・第1上限導出部83は、そのときの蓄電量SBtを加味しているのであれば、インバータ温度TPInを加味することなく上限モータ出力PMLを導出するようにしてもよい。
Claims (5)
- 車両の動力源として内燃機関及び電気モータを備えるハイブリッドシステムを制御対象とし、走行モードとして、前記内燃機関の運転を停止させた上で前記電気モータを駆動させることによって車両を走行させる第1走行モード、及び、前記内燃機関の運転を許容して車両を走行させる第2走行モードが用意されているハイブリッド車両の制御装置であって、
前記第1走行モードが選択されている状況下で前記電気モータ用のバッテリの蓄電量が判定蓄電量以下になったときに、前記走行モードを前記第2走行モードに移行する制御部と、
前記バッテリの蓄電量が多いほど値が大きくなるように、前記電気モータの出力の上限である上限モータ出力を導出する第1上限導出部と、
前記内燃機関の排気通路に設けられている触媒の温度が当該触媒の活性温度領域に含まれるときには、前記触媒の温度が前記活性温度領域外であるときよりも値が大きくなるように、前記内燃機関の出力の上限である上限機関出力を導出する第2上限導出部と、
前記第1走行モードが選択されているときに、前記ハイブリッドシステムの出力の上限である上限システム出力を、前記上限モータ出力と前記上限機関出力との和が大きいほど値が大きくなるように導出する第3上限導出部と、を備え、
前記制御部は、前記バッテリの蓄電量が前記判定蓄電量よりも多い状況下であっても前記上限システム出力が始動判定出力以下となっているときに、前記走行モードを前記第2走行モードに移行して前記内燃機関を始動させる移行処理を実行する
ハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記ハイブリッド車両は、前記触媒を昇温させる触媒昇温部を備えるものであり、
前記制御部は、
前記バッテリの蓄電量が前記判定蓄電量よりも多い状況下で前記上限システム出力が前記始動判定出力以下になったときに、前記触媒昇温部を駆動させることによって前記触媒を昇温させる触媒昇温処理を実行し、
前記触媒昇温処理を実行しても前記上限システム出力が前記始動判定出力以下になったときに、前記移行処理を実行する
請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記第2上限導出部は、前記内燃機関内を循環する液体の温度が高いほど前記上限機関出力を大きくする
請求項1又は請求項2に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記ハイブリッド車両は、前記内燃機関内を循環する液体を昇温させる機関昇温部を備えるものであり、
前記制御部は、
前記バッテリの蓄電量が前記判定蓄電量よりも多い状況下で前記上限システム出力が前記始動判定出力以下になったときに、前記機関昇温部を駆動させることによって前記液体を昇温させる機関昇温処理を実行し、
前記機関昇温処理を実行しても前記上限システム出力が前記始動判定出力以下になったときに、前記移行処理を実行する
請求項3に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記第1上限導出部は、前記蓄電量に加え、前記バッテリの温度及び前記電気モータ用のインバータ回路の温度を基に、前記上限モータ出力を導出するようになっており、
前記第1上限導出部は、前記バッテリの温度が高いほど前記上限モータ出力を大きくし、前記インバータ回路の温度が高いほど前記上限モータ出力を大きくする
請求項1~請求項4のうち何れか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
