Claims (10)
- 流動媒体を加熱して蒸発させる蒸発器伝熱面(4)を有し、ガスタービンの燃焼排ガスを前記流動媒体の加熱ガスとして用いる排熱回収ボイラとして構成された強制貫流ボイラの運転のための方法であって、給水質量流量Mを調整するための装置に給水質量流量Mの目標値Msが導かれ、この目標値Msが、蒸発器伝熱面(4)において加熱ガスから流動媒体へ伝達される実際の熱流と、所望の生蒸気状態を考慮して予め与えられる蒸発器伝熱面(4)におけるエンタルピ上昇の目標値との比に基づいて予め与えられ、加熱ガスから流動媒体へ伝達される熱流が、蒸発器入口における加熱ガスの実際温度に固有な温度特性値ならびに加熱ガスの実際の質量流量に固有な質量流量特性値を考慮して求められる強制貫流ボイラの運転のための方法。
- 前記固有な温度特性値および/または固有な質量流量特性値として、それぞれ実際の測定値が考慮される請求項1記載の方法。
- 加熱ガスから流動媒体へ伝達される熱流が、蒸発器入口と蒸発器出口との間における加熱ガスのエンタルピ差に基づいて求められる請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 加熱ガスから流動媒体へ伝達される熱流を求めるために、加熱ガスのエンタルピ差が、蒸発器構成部分における熱蓄積または放出に固有な補正値だけ補正される請求項3記載の方法。
- 蒸発器出口における加熱ガスの実際のエンタルピが、蒸発器入口における流動媒体の圧力に基づいて固有の質量流量特性値を考慮して求められる請求項3又は4記載の方法。
- 蒸発器伝熱面(4)内の流動媒体のエンタルピ上昇の目標値が、蒸発器伝熱面(4)の出口における流動媒体の実際の圧力を考慮して予め与えられる請求項1乃至5の1つに記載の方法。
- 蒸発器伝熱面(4)の出口における流動媒体のエンタルピの目標値設定の際に、蒸発器伝熱面(4)の後段に接続された噴射冷却器(14,16)におけるその時の冷却需要が考慮される請求項6記載の方法。
- 給水質量流量Mの目標値Msのために液面レベル補正値が考慮され、この液面レベル補正値が蒸発器伝熱面(4)の後段に接続された貯水タンク(6)における液面レベルの実際状態の当該液面レベルに割り当てられた目標値からの偏差を特徴づけるものである請求項1乃至7の1つに記載の方法。
- 給水質量流量Mの目標値Msのためにエンタルピ補正値が考慮され、このエンタルピ補正値が蒸発器伝熱面(4)の出口におけるエンタルピの実際状態の当該エンタルピに割り当てられた目標値からの偏差を特徴づける請求項1乃至8の1つに記載の方法。
- 蒸発器伝熱面(4)と、給水質量流量Mの目標値Msに基づいて制御されて給水質量流量Mを調整するための装置とを備え、付設の給水流量制御装置(32,32')が請求項1乃至9の1つに記載の方法に基づいて目標値Msを設定するように構成されている強制貫流ボイラ。
