Claims (11)
- 複数の伝熱面(4)と流動媒体回路前段に接続された複数の予熱器伝熱面(2)とを備えた貫流排熱回収ボイラを運転するための方法であって、給水質量流量(M)を調整するための装置に給水質量流量(M)の目標値(Ms)が供給され、給水質量流量(M)の目標値(Ms)を作成する際に、1つ又は複数の予熱器伝熱面(2)の入口における流動媒体の密度の時間微分に特有の補正値(K)と、1つ又は複数の蒸発器伝熱面(4)の入口におけるエンタルピの時間微分に特有の補正値とが考慮される方法。
- 前記補正値(K)が、1つの伝熱面(2,4)の入口と出口とにおける流動媒体の密度の時間微分に特有の特性値の和に基づいて作成される請求項1記載の方法。
- 1つの予熱器伝熱面(2)における流動媒体の密度の時間微分が評価される請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記時間微分が、それぞれ微分要素(122,126)により求められる請求項1乃至3の1つに記載の方法。
- 1つの予熱器伝熱面(2)に割り当てられた微分要素(122)が、その予熱器伝熱面(2)における流動媒体の総体積に対応する増幅係数にて作動させられる請求項4記載の方法。
- 1つの予熱器伝熱面(2)に割り当てられた微分要素(122)が、その予熱器伝熱面(2)を通る流動媒体の通過時間の約半分に相当する時定数にて作動させられる請求項4又は5記載の方法。
- 給水質量流量(M)の目標値(Ms)が、実際に蒸発器伝熱面(4)において熱ガスから流動媒体へ伝達される熱流と、所望の生蒸気状態を考慮して予め与えられた蒸発器伝熱面(4)における流動媒体の目標エンタルピ上昇との比に基づいて設定され、熱ガスから流動媒体へ伝達される熱流が、蒸発器入口における熱ガスの実際の温度に特有の温度特性値と熱ガスの実際の質量流量に特有の質量流量特性値とを考慮して求められる請求項1乃至6の1つに記載の方法。
- 特有の温度特性値及び特有の質量流量特性値としてそれぞれ1つの実際の測定値が考慮される請求項7記載の方法。
- 熱ガスから流動媒体へ伝達される熱流が、蒸発器入口と蒸発器出口との間の熱ガスのエンタルピ差に基づいて求められる請求項7又は8記載の方法。
- 蒸発器伝熱面(4)と、これの流動媒体回路前段に接続された予熱器伝熱面(2)と、給水質量流量(M)の目標値(Ms)に基づいて制御される給水質量流量(M)を調整するための装置とを備え、目標値(Ms)を設定するための付設の給水流量制御装置(32)が請求項1乃至9の1つに記載の方法に基づいて設計されている強制貫流排熱回収ボイラ。
- 熱ガス回路において付設のガスタービン設備からの排ガスを受け入れる請求項10記載の強制貫流排熱回収ボイラ。
