Claims (5)
- 固定体と、回転体と、固定体と回転体との間のラジアル軸受隙間に生じる流体の動圧作用で両者をラジアル方向で非接触に保持するラジアル軸受部と、固定体と回転体との間のスラスト軸受隙間に生じる流体の動圧作用で両者をスラスト方向で非接触に保持するスラスト軸受部とを備え、固定体と回転体のうち、少なくとも一方のスラスト軸受隙間に面する部分が樹脂材料で射出成形された動圧軸受装置において、
前記樹脂材料として、LCPを主成分とし、これに、充填材として、繊維径が6〜8μmであると共にアスペクト比が10〜40のPAN系炭素繊維を配合したものを使用したことを特徴とする動圧軸受装置。 - PAN系炭素繊維の平均繊維長が100〜200μmである請求項1記載の動圧軸受装置。
- 前記樹脂材料中におけるPAN系炭素繊維の配合量が、5〜40mass%である請求項1記載の動圧軸受装置。
- 前記樹脂材料中における充填材総量が、45mass%以下である請求項1記載の動圧軸受装置。
- 固定体および回転体のスラスト軸受隙間に面する部分の何れか一方が前記樹脂材料で射出成形され、他方が前記樹脂材料とはベース樹脂の異なる樹脂材料で射出成形されている請求項1記載の動圧軸受装置。
