Description
ピッチ角θ1>ピッチ角θ2
が成立するように前記立上り部が形成され、前記コイルばねを形成する線材における座巻部を形成する部分は、線材の巻回方向に直交する方向の寸法が末端に向かって縮小するテーパ部とされ、且つ前記テーパ部の端面における線材の幅をw、厚さをtとしたとき、
1<w/t≦1.6
になるように線材の幅w、および厚さtが設定され、前記テーパ部は0.5巻き以上0.6巻き以下とされているコイルばねに関する。
本発明に係るコイルばねの一例について以下に説明する。
実施形態1に係るコイルばね1は、オープンエンド型のコイルばねであって、線材Wをコイル状に巻回して形成されたコイルばねであって、図1に示すように、コイル軸方向に荷重を加えたときにばねとして機能する有効部11と、有効部11の両端において線材Wをピッチ角0で円環状に巻回して形成された座巻部12と、座巻部12から有効部11に向かって線材が立ち上がる立上り部13とを有する。

Claims (2)
- コイル軸方向の荷重が加わったときにばねとして機能する有効部と、前記有効部の両端に形成された座巻部と、前記有効部と座巻部との間に形成された立上り部と、を有し、
立上り部のピッチ角をθ1、有効部のピッチ角をθ2としたとき、少なくとも一方の立上り部において、
ピッチ角θ1>ピッチ角θ2
が成立するように前記立上り部が形成され、
前記コイルばねを形成する線材における座巻部を形成する部分の有効部側は、線材の巻回方向に直交する方向の寸法が末端に向かって縮小するテーパ部とされ、且つ前記テーパ部の端面における線材の幅をw、厚さをtとしたとき、
1<w/t≦1.6
になるように線材の幅w、および厚さtが設定され、
前記テーパ部は0.5巻き以上0.6巻き以下とされている
コイルばね。 - 前記座巻部の少なくとも一方はピッグテール巻きとされている請求項1に記載のコイルばね。
