Abstract
【解決手段】スタビライザ装置1は、トーション部110とトーション部110の両端部から伸びるアーム部120とにより全体として略コ字状をなすスタビライザ100と、トーション部110の両端部に設けられ、スタビライザ100を車体10に固定するためのブッシュ300と、ブッシュ300と接触する接触部410を有し、トーション部110の軸方向の所定の範囲の全周を覆うようにトーション部110に対して一体成形された樹脂製のずれ止め部材400とを備え、トーション部110の外周面に、ずれ止め部材400と噛み合う凹凸部111を設ける。

Description
(スタビライザ装置の構成)
以下、本発明の一実施形態について図面を参照して説明する。図1は、スタビライザ装置を示す図である。図2は、車体に固定した状態を示す図1におけるZ−Z断面図である。図3は、ブラケットを示す斜視図である。図4は、ずれ止め部材の周辺を拡大して示す断面図である。図4(a)は、遠心力が働いていない状態を示す図である。図4(b)は、遠心力が働いている状態を示す図である。図5は、ずれ止め部材を示す斜視図である。図6は、ずれ止め部材を内側に設ける実施形態を示す図である。図7は、ずれ止め部材の第1の変形例を示す図である。図8は、ずれ止め部材の第2の変形例を示す図である。図9は、ずれ止め部材の第3の変形例を示す図である。図10は、凹凸部の周辺を拡大して示す図である。図10(a)は、本実施形態の凹凸部の周辺を拡大して示す図である。図10(b)は、ずれ止め部材の長さを変更した場合を示す図である。図11は、凹凸部の第1の変形例を示す図である。図12は、凹凸部の第2の変形例を示す図である。図13は、凹凸部の第3の変形例を示す図である。図14は、凹凸部の第4の変形例を示す図である。図15は、凹凸部の第5の変形例を示す図である。
次に、スタビライザ装置1の製造方法の一部について図面を参照して説明する。なお、成形工程から塗装工程までについて説明する。図16は、射出成形装置を示す図である。図16(a)は、トーション部の軸方向に直行する方向における射出成形装置の断面図である。図16(b)は、トーション部の軸方向における射出成形装置の断面図である。図17は、金型を示す斜視図である。図18は、スタビライザ装置の製造方法の一部を示すフローチャートである。
スタビライザ装置の第2の実施形態は、上記第1の実施形態を変更したものである。したがって、主に変更部分について説明し、第1の実施形態と同様な構成および作用の説明は省略する。図19は、第2の実施形態にかかるスタビライザ装置を示す図である。
Claims (7)
- トーション部と前記トーション部の両端部から伸びるアーム部とにより全体として略コ字状をなすスタビライザと、
前記トーション部の両端部に設けられ、前記スタビライザを車体に固定するためのブッシュと、
前記ブッシュと接触する接触部を有し、前記トーション部の軸方向の所定の範囲の全周を覆うように前記トーション部に対して一体成形された樹脂製のずれ止め部材とを備え、
前記トーション部の外周面に、前記ずれ止め部材と噛み合う凹凸部を設けることを特徴とするスタビライザ装置。 - トーション部と前記トーション部の両端部から伸びるアーム部とにより全体として略コ字状をなすスタビライザと、
前記トーション部の両端部に設けられ、前記トーション部の軸方向の所定の範囲の全周を覆うように前記トーション部に対して一体成形された樹脂製のブッシュとを備え、
前記トーション部の外周面に、前記ブッシュと噛み合う凹凸部を設けることを特徴とするスタビライザ装置。 - 前記凹凸部は、凹凸の高低差が0.5mm〜5.0mmに形成されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のスタビライザ装置。
- 前記ずれ止め部材は、前記接触部を挟んで前記ブッシュの反対側に前記トーション部の軸方向に向けて前記ブッシュから離れるにしたがって外径が小さくなる傾斜部を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスタビライザ装置。
- 前記接触部は、前記ずれ止め部材の外周側に設ける凹部または凸部であり、
前記ブッシュは、前記凹部または凸部と噛み合い、前記ずれ止め部材の外周面を覆うように設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスタビライザ装置。 - 棒材を略コ字状に成形する第1の成形工程を行い、成形されたスタビライザ半製品のトーション部の肩部に凹凸部を成形する第2の成形工程を行い、成形されたスタビライザ半製品に対して熱処理工程を行い、次いで前記スタビライザ半製品にショットを投射するショットピーニングを行い、次いでダイレクトインジェクションによりずれ止め部材が前記凹凸部と噛み合うように樹脂で一体成形する射出成形工程を行うことを特徴とするスタビライザ装置の製造方法。
- 棒材を略コ字状に成形する第1の成形工程を行い、成形されたスタビライザ半製品のトーション部の肩部に凹凸部を成形する第2の成形工程を行い、成形されたスタビライザ半製品に対して熱処理工程を行い、次いで前記スタビライザ半製品にショットを投射するショットピーニングを行い、次いでダイレクトインジェクションによりブッシュが前記凹凸部と噛み合うように樹脂で一体成形する射出成形工程を行うことを特徴とするスタビライザ装置の製造方法。
