Claims (15)
- 発光システムであって、

上記放射源の前面に配置されており、上記第1の光を少なくとも部分的に吸収して第2波長スペクトルを有する第2の光を放出することができる第1蛍光材料と、
上記第1蛍光材料の第1の表面内に設けられている少なくとも1つの凹所と、
上記少なくとも1つの凹所内に配置されており、上記第1の光を少なくとも部分的に吸収して第3波長スペクトルを有する第3の光を放出することができる第2蛍光材料と、を含み、
第1蛍光材料は、単結晶材料の密度の97%より大きい密度を有する多結晶セラミックであり、
第2蛍光材料は100nm<d50%<50μmの中央値粒子サイズを有する蛍光体粉末であり、
上記少なくとも1つの凹所は、V形、又はピラミッド形又は頂上が截頭されたピラミッド形に形成され、15°乃至160°の開き角度を有する、ことを特徴とする発光システム。 - 上記第2蛍光材料は、
A)第1波長を放出する上記放射源と、第2波長スペクトルを放出する上記第1蛍光材料との間、または、
B)第2波長スペクトルを放出する上記第1蛍光材料の上、
の位置のうちの1つに層として配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発光システム。 - 上記凹所は、上記凹所の頂部が止まり穴であり、上記第2蛍光材料は、上記止まり穴内に堆積されており、上記開き角度は45°乃至160°であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発光システム。
- 上記少なくとも1つの凹所の深さは、上記第1蛍光材料の厚みの少なくとも半分であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発光システム。
- 上記第1蛍光材料の厚みDは、50μm<D<850μmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発光システム。
- 上記第2蛍光材料は、上記第1の光、上記第2の光、及び上記第3の光の組成が6000Kより低い、好ましいことには5000Kより低い相関色温度CCTにおいて80より高いカラーレンダリングインデックスを有するように、上記第1蛍光材料と共に配列されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発光システム。
- 上記第1蛍光材料は上記放射源の表面に配置されており、上記凹所は上記放射源とは反対側の上記第1蛍光材料の表面に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発光システム。
- 上記少なくとも1つの凹所は、90°の開き角度を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発光システム。
- 2つの上記凹所間の距離は、0.1−1mm、好ましくは0.5mmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発光システム。
- 上記第1蛍光材料は、0≦x≦1、0≦y≦0.5、0.001≦a≦0.02、0.001≦b≦0.005、0≦m≦0.5、及び0≦n≦0.5として、(Lu1-x-yYxGdy)3-a-b(Al1-m-nGamScn)5O12:CeaPrbなる式を有する蛍光体からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発光システム。
- 上記第2蛍光材料は、
A)0≦x≦1、0.0003≦y≦0.1として、(Ca1-x-ySrx)S:Euy、
B)0≦x≦0.5、0≦y≦0.8、0.0025≦z≦0.05、0≦a≦1として、(Ba1-x-ySrxCay)2-zSi5-aAlaN8-aOa:Euz、または、
C)0≦x≦0.5、0≦y≦0.2、0.003≦z≦0.05、0≦a≦0.02として、(Ca1-x-ySrxMgy)1-zSi1-aAl1+aN3-aOa:Euz、
のグループから選択することができることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発光システム。 - 請求項1に記載の発光システムを含むことを特徴とする照明デバイス。
- 発光システムを製造する方法であって、
第1蛍光材料の表面内に複数の凹所を形成するステップと、
上記形成された凹所内に第2蛍光材料を配置するステップと、
上記第1蛍光材料を放射源上に取付けるステップと、
を含み、上記凹所は、V形、又はピラミッド形又は頂上が截頭されたピラミッド形に形成され、15°乃至160°の開き角度を有することを特徴とする方法。 - 第1蛍光材料を有する発光システムを製造する方法であって、
第2蛍光材料を有するバインダ材料を用いて箔を形成し、上記第2蛍光材料を有する箔を、上記第1蛍光材料を有する放射源上に堆積させるステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。 - 1乃至20重量%の粉末蛍光体(d50%=5μm)を、熱可塑性プラスチック、熱硬化性プラスチック、樹脂、バインダ、ベースポリマー、モノマー、複合材料、及びシリコン化合物を含むバインディングキャリア材料として高粘弾性ポリマーゲル内に分散させるステップと、モールディング、キャスティング、押し出し成形、引き抜き成形、機械加工、熱成形、及びプラスチック溶接のようなプロセスにより上記箔を形成するステップを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
