Description
また、コントローラ50は、ポスト噴射制御手段51、目標過給機回転数算出手段53、エンジン回転数増減率算出手段(図示せず)、過給機回転数増減率算出手段(図示せず)、過給圧増減率算出手段(図示せず)、目標過給機回転数増減率算出手段56としての機能を有する。また、コントローラ50は、エンジン回転数Neとアクセル開度Acとに基づいて、燃料噴射量マップf3q(Ne、Ac、QM)より、主噴射量QMを算出する機能を有する。なお、燃料噴射量マップf3p(Ne、Ac、QM)は、予め記憶手段60に記憶されている3次元マップである。

Claims (3)
- コモンレール(10)と、インジェクタ(11)と、過給機(7)と、膨張又は排気行程において排気エネルギーを増加させるために、少なくとも1回はポスト噴射を行うポスト噴射制御手段(51)とを有するコモンレール式電子噴射制御系エンジンにおいて、
前記ポスト噴射制御手段(51)は、主噴射による圧縮上死点から排気上死点に到るまでの膨張・排気行程において、排気バルブが閉止するまでの間に、インジェクタ(11)から燃料のポスト噴射を終了するように制御し、
エンジン回転数(Ne)を検出するエンジン回転数検出手段(21)と、エンジン負荷を検出するエンジン負荷検出手段(24)と、過給機回転数(Nc)を検出する過給機回転数検出手段(22)と、過給機(7)の過給圧(Pb)を検出する過給圧検出手段(23)と、目標過給機回転数(Ncm)を算出する目標過給機回転数算出手段(53)を具備し、
前記目標過給機回転数算出手段(53)は、
エンジン回転数(Ne)とエンジン負荷と過給圧(Pb)とに基づいて排出ガス中のスモーク、HC、又はCOの排出量のうち少なくとも1つが最小となるように目標過給機回転数(Ncm)を算出し、
前記過給機回転数(Nc)と目標過給機回転数(Ncm)との差の絶対値が閾値(ΔNc)より小さいかどうかを判定し、
該絶対値が閾値(ΔNc)より小さい場合は、通常のポスト噴射をし、
該絶対値が閾値(ΔNc)以上の場合は、前記ポスト噴射制御手段(51)にて、過給機回転数(Nc)を制御することにより、該絶対値が閾値(ΔNc)よりも小さくなるように、該ポスト噴射における噴射回数(QPm)、又は、ポスト噴射における噴射量(QPt)を調整する
ことを特徴とするコモンレール式電子噴射制御系エンジン。 - 請求項1記載のコモンレール式電子噴射制御系エンジンにおいて、前記ポスト噴射制御手段(51)は、過給機回転数(Nc)が目標過給機回転数(Ncm)の許容値外となる場合には、燃料噴射異常であると判定することを特徴とするコモンレール式電子噴射制御系エンジン。
- 請求項1記載のコモンレール式電子噴射制御系エンジンにおいて、前記過給機(7)は、過給機回転数(Nc)に基づいて可変容量を行う可変容量手段(5)を備えることを特徴とするコモンレール式電子噴射制御系エンジン。
