先端は、ころの両端の面取り部と当接してころを1対のリング部間に保持し、ころが一時的にリング部の一方まで最も寄ったとき、ころとリング部の他方との隙間幅が最大幅となる一時的な状態においても、一方の突起部材の先端がころの転走面に達し、他方の突起部材の先端が、ころの面取り部の他方と当接して、1対の突起部材の先端はころを1対のリング部間に保持する。
Claims (11)
- 軸線方向に離隔した1対のリング部およびポケットを形成するように周方向等間隔に複数配設されて前記1対のリング部間を連結する柱部を有する保持器と、前記ポケット内に配置される複数のころとを備え、
前記ころは、ころ両端面ところ転走面との境界に面取り部を有し、
前記柱部は、前記ころのピッチ円よりも径方向外側に位置し、周方向で隣り合う柱部同士の間隔が前記ころの直径よりも小さく、
前記1対のリング部は、前記柱部と周方向に同じ位置かつ前記ころのピッチ円よりも径方向内側の位置で、先端同士が近づくよう互いに向き合って突出する1対の突起部材を有し、
前記1対の突起部材の先端は、前記ころの両端の面取り部と当接してころを1対のリング部間に保持し、
前記ころが一時的に前記リング部の一方まで最も寄ったとき、前記ころと前記リング部の他方との隙間幅が最大幅となる一時的な状態においても、一方の前記突起部材の先端が前記ころの転走面に達し、他方の前記突起部材の先端が、前記ころの面取り部の他方と当接して、前記1対の突起部材の先端は前記ころを前記1対のリング部間に保持する、保持器付きころ。 - 前記突起部材は、前記リング部の内周縁よりも径方向外側に取り付けられる、請求項1に記載の保持器付きころ。
- 周方向で隣り合う少なくとも2個の前記突起部材は、周方向に延びる連結部材で連結される、請求項1または2に記載の保持器付きころ。
- 前記ころの端面と向き合う前記リング部の内壁には、軸線方向に窪んだ切り欠き部が形成され、
前記連結部材は前記切り欠き部と嵌合する、請求項3に記載の保持器付きころ。 - 前記連結部材は無端の環状であって前記リング部の全周に亘って延在する、請求項3または4に記載の保持器付きころ。
- 前記連結部材はC字状であって周方向一方端と他方端とが周方向に開いた隙間を伴って対向する、請求項3または4に記載の保持器付きころ。
- 前記突起部材および前記連結部材は樹脂製である、請求項5または6に記載の保持器付きころ。
- 前記連結部材は複数個の円弧形状セグメントから構成され、前記複数個の円弧形状セグメントは、前記リング部の全周に沿って取り付けられて、無端の環状体を形成する、請求項3または4に記載の保持器付きころ。
- 前記突起部材および前記連結部材は金属製である、請求項8に記載の保持器付きころ。
- 前記リング部に取り付けられて前記ころの端面と向き合う前記連結部材の内壁は、前記ころの端面と向き合う前記ポケットの壁面よりも、軸線方向へ後退している、請求項3〜9のいずれかに記載の保持器付きころ。
- 前記突起部材は、根元側よりも先端側で厚みが小さい先細形状である、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の保持器付きころ。
