Description
Claims (8)
- 軸受の軸線方向に延びる分割線によって円周方向に分割された複数の外輪部材を有する外輪と、この外輪の内径面に沿って転動自在な複数のころと、これら複数のころを保持する保持器とを備えた分割型針状ころ軸受において、
前記外輪部材は、
その円周方向中央からずれた位置で当該外輪部材の側縁の一部から局所的に径方向内側に突出して延び、前記保持器の軸方向への移動を規制する係合爪と、
その外径面に、ハウジングに係合して位置決めを行うための位置決め係合部とを有し、
前記外輪部材は、前記ハウジングに組み込まれた状態において、その円周方向中央部に位置し軸受使用時に負荷領域となる中間領域と、その円周方向端部に位置し軸受使用時に非負荷領域となる端部領域とを有し、
前記位置決め係合部および前記係合爪は、前記中間領域を挟んで反対側の端部領域に位置することを特徴とする、針状ころ軸受。 - 前記外輪部材の炭素含有量は、0.15wt%〜1.1wt%である、請求項1に記載の針状ころ軸受。
- 前記外輪部材は、高周波焼入処理または光輝焼入処理を施したものであり、
前記外輪部材の炭素含有量は、0.5wt%〜1.1wt%である、請求項2に記載の針状ころ軸受。 - 前記保持器は、軸線方向に切断した切断面を突合させた突合部と、前記突合部の幅方向端面に位置する面取り部とを有する、請求項1に記載の針状ころ軸受。
- 前記突合部は、軸線方向へのずれを防止する嵌合部を有し、
切断面における前記面取り部の軸方向長さは、前記嵌合部の軸方向の遊びより大きい、請求項4に記載の針状ころ軸受。 - 前記面取り部が最大開いたときの円周方向長さは、前記係合爪の円周方向長さより小さい、請求項4に記載の針状ころ軸受。
- 前記保持器の径方向幅w1と、前記係合爪と前記保持器との係合幅w2とは、
w2/w1>0.2
の関係を有する、請求項1に記載の針状ころ軸受。 - 前記係合爪の先端と、前記針状ころ軸受の内径面との径方向隙間は0.1mmより大きい、請求項6に記載の針状ころ軸受。
