Description
表1に示す植物9種の乾燥植物体を用いた。
乾燥植物体10gに100%エタノール、50%エタノール又は水を100ml加え、撹拌しながら70℃で2時間抽出した。抽出液をろ過後減圧濃縮し、次いで凍結乾燥した。
各抽出物の収率を表1に示した。
試験例1で調製した100%エタノール抽出物、50%エタノール抽出物、水抽出物の乾燥物を用いた。
(1)脂肪細胞の培養
マウス由来の前駆脂肪細胞であるMC3T3−G2/PA6細胞を24wellプレートに5×104個/wellになるように播き、10%牛胎児血清(FBS)添加α−MEM培地にて5%CO2存在下、37℃で培養した。コンフルエントになる直前、デキサメタゾン、3−イソブチル−1−メチルキサンチンおよびグルコースを添加した10%FBSα‐MEM培地に交換し、脂肪細胞への分化を誘導した。誘導後8〜9日間培養を行い、脂肪細胞を成熟させた後に試験を行った。
培養上清を捨て、ウェルをPBS(−)で洗浄後、サンプルと2%BSA、4.5g/Lグルコースを含むダルベッコリン酸緩衝液を加え、一時間インキュベートした。尚、サンプル量は、この反応系における最終濃度が100μg/mlとなるように調整した。
脂肪分解促進率(%)=[A/B]×100
A:抽出物添加時の遊離グリセロール量
B:抽出物無添加時の遊離グリセロール量
脂肪分解促進作用の判定は、表2〜4に示す脂肪分解により生成するグリセロール量の測定値より求めた脂肪分解促進率により行った。
試験例1で調製した植物中抽出物を表5に示す組み合わせで、各植物抽出物を同量ずつ混合したものを用いた。
(1)脂肪細胞の培養

表5に示した如く、2種以上の植物抽出物を混合した場合でもコントロールと比べ、高い脂肪分解活性があることが確認された。

Claims (2)
- イレシネ・ディヒューサ(Iresine diffusa)、マルバビユ(Iresine herbstii)、イレシネ・リンデェニー(Iresine lindenii)、イレシネ・トリカラー(Iresine tricolor)またはイレシネ・ウェベルバウエリ(Iresine weberbaueri)からなる群より選ばれる一種、又は二種以上の植物を有効成分として含有する脂肪分解促進剤であって、
イレシネ・ディヒューサ(Iresine diffusa)およびマルバビユ(Iresine herbstii)は水で抽出して調製した抽出物を有効成分として含有する脂肪分解促進剤。 - 請求項1記載のイレシネ・リンデェニー(Iresine lindenii)、イレシネ・トリカラー(Iresine tricolor)またはイレシネ・ウェベルバウエリ(Iresine weberbaueri)は、水及び/又はエタノールで抽出して調製した抽出物を有効成分として含有する脂肪分解促進剤。
