Description
異方性磁性粉末、アルコキシシラン系モノマーおよびゴムバインダーを混練してなる磁性ゴム組成物およびそれを用いた成形方法について以下に説明する。
また異方性磁性粉末の圧縮密度としては3.2g/cm3以上、好ましくは3.3g/cm3以上のものを使用することにより加硫成形中に金型に磁場を印加することにより異方性磁性粉末の配向度が高まり、良好な磁気特性を得ることが出来る。
本発明において得られる組成物には、通常ゴムに用いられる配合剤を任意に配合することができる。例えば、充填剤として、カーボンブラック、また、シリカ、クレーなどの白色充填剤、可塑剤、滑剤、加工助剤、老化防止剤、亜鉛華、架橋剤、架橋促進剤などを任意に配合することもできる。
本発明において得られる磁性ゴム組成物は、一般的な混練用装置、すなわち、オープンロール、ニーダー、バンバリー、ニ軸押出し機などを使用して混練することができる。
試料はφ18、厚み6mmの円柱型の試験片を用い、磁力特性についてはBHカーブトレーサー(メトロン技研社製)にて測定した。また、加工作業性の評価として、キュラストメーターV型(オリエンテック社製)を用い、180℃での最低粘度値の測定を行った。それらの結果を表1に示す。
Claims (4)
- 異方性磁性粉末と、メチルトリメトキシシラン、ジメチルジメトキシシラン、フェニルトリメトキシシラン、ジフェニルジメトキシシラン、メチルトリエトキシシラン、ジメチルジエトキシシラン、フェニルトリエトキシシラン、ジフェニルジエトキシシラン、ヘキシルトリメトキシシランおよびデシルトリメトキシシランからなる群より選ばれるアルコキシシランと、ゴムバインダーとを混練してなるゴム組成物が、磁場の印加された金型中で加硫成形されることによってなることを特徴とする磁性ゴム成形品。
- 前記異方性磁性粉末として、ストロンチウムフェライトを添加してなる請求項1の磁性ゴム成形品。
- 前記異方性磁性粉末の圧縮密度が3.2g/cm3以上である請求項1の磁性ゴム成形品。
- 異方性磁性粉末と、メチルトリメトキシシラン、ジメチルジメトキシシラン、フェニルトリメトキシシラン、ジフェニルジメトキシシラン、メチルトリエトキシシラン、ジメチルジエトキシシラン、フェニルトリエトキシシラン、ジフェニルジエトキシシラン、ヘキシルトリメトキシシランおよびデシルトリメトキシシランからなる群より選ばれるアルコキシシランと、ゴムバインダーとを混練してなるゴム組成物を、磁場を印加した金型中で加硫成形することを特徴とする磁性ゴム成形品の成形方法。
