Description
一方、約130〜170℃の温度でも使用できるゴムとしては、シリコーンゴムやアクリルゴム等があるが、シリコーンゴムは耐油性の点で問題があり、またアクリルゴムは磁性粉を高充填すると、成形時、離型が困難であり、また、金型汚れが顕著となり、加工性が劣るといった問題がある。
また、一旦架橋成形された成形物を、約150〜250℃、約0.5〜72時間程度の条件下で、再架橋することができる。
フッ素ゴム(デュポンダウエラストマ−製品E430、ML1+10 121℃=31) 100重量部
ネオジウム−鉄−ホウ素磁石粉(MQI社製品MQP−B) 500 〃

空気加熱老化試験:JIS K6257準拠(150℃×70hr)

磁気特性試験:メトロン技研製直流磁化測定装置にて残留磁束密度を測定した。
実施例1において、磁石粉を800重量部用いられた。
実施例1において、磁石粉としてネオマックス製品HSB−PAが同量用いられた。
実施例1において、フッ素ゴムとしてダイキン製ダイエルG−716(ML1+10 121℃=45)が同量用いられた。
実施例1において、フッ素ゴムとしてアウジモント製品FOR−423(ML1+10 121℃=16)が同量用いられた。

Claims (7)
- ムーニー粘度(ML1+10 121℃)が31〜100であるフッ素ゴムに磁性粉を70〜95重量%含有してなる磁気エンコーダ用磁性ゴム組成物。
- 磁性粉が希土類磁石粉である事を特徴とする請求項1記載の磁気エンコーダ用ゴム組成物。
- 希土類磁石粉が少なくともネオジウム−鉄−ホウ素を含む磁石粉であることを特徴とする請求項2記載の磁気エンコーダ用ゴム組成物。
- 希土類磁石粉が少なくともサマリウム−鉄−窒素を含む磁石粉であることを特徴とする請求項2記載の磁気エンコーダ用ゴム組成物。
- 残留磁束密度が300mT以上であることを特徴とする請求項3または請求項4記載の磁気エンコーダ用磁性ゴム組成物。
- 請求項1記載のゴム組成物から加硫成形された磁気エンコーダ。
- 回転速度センサに用いられる請求項6記載の磁気エンコーダ。
