Description
第1のカテゴリーにはグリース潤滑転がり軸受が所属し、グリース潤滑転がり軸受においては、潤滑剤が基材内に埋め込まれ且つ基材の中から潤滑剤が少量ずつ消費される。この場合、問題点は、たいていの使用においてグリースは大量に消費されたときにおいてのみ交換可能であるので、真空ポンプは製造時に投入されたグリース量で間に合わせなければならないことである。この結果、例えば、ロータの熱が本質的に転がり軸受を介して排除されることにより潤滑剤が加熱されるので、達成可能なロータ温度が低下するという欠点がある。グリースは常に転がり軸受に残留しているので、高温によりグリースが機能を失う危険性が存在する。
真空ポンプは内輪および保持器を備えた転がり軸受を有し、保持器は、内輪に向けられたその表面の一部分内にねじ山状溝を有している。この溝は内輪と保持器との間の軸受内部に潤滑剤を均等に供給する働きをする。これにより、潤滑剤流れの途切れが阻止される。さらに、この溝は内輪と保持器との間に持続する潤滑剤流れを形成するように働く。したがって、保持器と内輪との間の直接の機械的接触はもはや存在しない。要するに、この結果、転がり軸受の寿命したがって真空ポンプの寿命が著しく改善される。
他の変更態様は保持器に関するものである。この変更態様においては、保持器が円錐構造を有し、その内面が、ねじ山状溝を有する保持器の一部分に連続するように保持器が形成される。これはねじ山状溝への潤滑剤流れを改善するので寿命の上昇に寄与する。

Claims (9)
- 高速回転ロータと、
内輪および外輪を有し、それらの間で内輪および外輪により形成された中間空間内に保持器および転がり本体が配置されている、ロータを回転可能に支持する転がり軸受と、
を備えた真空ポンプにおいて、
転がり本体への潤滑剤の連続供給を保証するために、保持器が、内輪に向けられたその表面の一部分内にねじ山状溝を有し、
保持器が円錐構造を有し、その内面が、ねじ山状溝を有する保持器の部分に連続することを特徴とする真空ポンプ。 - 転がり軸受が溝付玉軸受であることを特徴とする請求項1の真空ポンプ。
- ねじ山が多条溝を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2の真空ポンプ。
- 第1のフランジ・ディスクが、溝から離れた外輪正面上に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかの真空ポンプ。
- 第2のフランジ・ディスクが、溝に近い外輪正面上に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかの真空ポンプ。
- フランジ・ディスクの少なくとも1つが外輪と一体に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかの真空ポンプ。
- 転がり軸受の材料が窒化マルテンサイト鋼を含むことを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれかの真空ポンプ。
- 転がり軸受の材料が、表面に隣接するまたは表面を包囲する周辺層内に、加圧窒化マルテンサイト鋼を含むことを特徴とする請求項7の真空ポンプ。
- それがターボ分子真空ポンプであることを特徴とする請求項1ないし8のいずれかの真空ポンプ。
