Claims (13)
- 乾燥されるべきウェブを横切るように配置された乾燥設備(1)における対流システム(7)であって、
燃焼生成物(19)を吸引するための外部ケーシング(13)であって、前記ウェブに対向する開口部(14)を有する外部ケーシング(13)と、
前記燃焼生成物(19)を前記対流システム(7)に吸引する第1および第2の吸引ダクト(15,16)であって、前記第1の吸引ダクト(15)は、前記燃焼生成物(19)を前記外部ケーシング(13)内に吸引するような、第1および第2の吸引ダクト(15,16)と、
前記燃焼生成物(19)の再利用のための混合および吹出し装置(17)であって、前記燃焼生成物(19)を冷気(18)と混合し、より低温のガス混合物(20)とするような混合および吹出し装置(17)と、
前記外部ケーシング(13)の内側に配設され、前記ウェブ(2)に対向する少なくとも1つの開口部(22)を有する内部ケーシング(21)であって、前記外部ケーシング(13)から前記内部ケーシング(21)内への前記ガス混合物(20)のガス流(20)を可能にする開口部(34)を有するような内部ケーシング(21)と、
前記内部ケーシング(21)の下部に配設された吹出しダクト(23)と、
を備えるものにおいて、
前記第2の吸引ダクト(16)は、前記内部ケーシング(21)の下部に配設され、前記第2の吸引ダクト(16)を通じて、前記燃焼生成物の第2のフロー(24)が前記内部ケーシング(21)内に回収され、該第2のフロー(24)が前記低温の前記ガス混合物(20)と混合されることにより、該ガス混合物より高温のガスの混合物(25)を生じ、該ガスの混合物(25)が、前記吹出しダクト(23)によって乾燥中のウェブ(2)に吹き当てられるように構成されていることを特徴とする対流システム。 - 前記混合および吹出し装置(17)は、ベンチュリ構造をなしていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の対流システム。
- 前記吹出しダクト(23)は、前記第1の吸引ダクト(15)と前記第2の吸引ダクト(16)との間に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の対流システム。
- 前記内部ケーシング(21)は、良好な空気分布を与えるように設計されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の対流システム。
- 前記ウェブに一定の浮揚効果を確保するための気圧センサをさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の対流システム(7)。
- 温度センサをさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の対流システム。
- 前記混合および吹出し装置(17)は、前記ウェブ(2)に対して実質的に垂直な軸(31)をもつ少なくとも1つの送風機(30)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の対流システム。
- 前記混合および吹出し装置(17)は、前記ウェブ(2)に対して実質的に平行な軸(29)をもつ少なくとも1つの送風機(27)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の対流システム。
- 請求項1〜8に記載の対流システムを使用することにより、高温の燃焼ガスとの接触からファンを保護する方法。
- 請求項1〜8に記載のシステムを使用して熱交換効率を高めるために加熱されたガスを再利用する方法。
- ウェブ全幅を乾燥するため設けられ、ウェブ(2)、特に、紙を乾燥させる乾燥設備(1)であって、
実質的にウェブ全幅に亘って横方向(5)に延びる少なくとも1つの列(4)に沿って配置され、前記ウェブに熱放射するガス加熱型放射要素(3)と、
請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも1つの横向き対流システム(7)と、
を備えた乾燥設備。 - ウェブ全幅を乾燥するため設けられ、ウェブ(2)、特に、紙を乾燥させる乾燥設備であって、
実質的にウェブ全幅に亘って横方向(5)に延びる少なくとも1つの列(4)に沿って配置され、前記ウェブを加熱すべく青色炎モードで燃焼するように適合されている少なくとも1個のバーナー組立体(35)と、
請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも1つの横向き対流システム(7)と、
を備えた乾燥設備。 - 前記ウェブ(2)の移動方向(6)に列設され、加熱要素(3、35)の少なくとも1列の横向き列(4)によって相互に分離されている少なくとも2つの横向き対流システム(7)を備えた請求項11または12に記載の乾燥設備。
