Description
Claims (6)
- ボードを乾燥させる乾燥装置であって、前記乾燥装置は、燃焼器が乾燥空気を生成する天井ユニットを備え、前記天井ユニットは、互いに隣り合って配置された、前記燃焼器から前記乾燥空気が供給され得る少なくとも2つのファンを有し、前記天井ユニットは、前記少なくとも2つのファンを互いに分離する仕切りを備え、
前記ボードは前記乾燥装置を通ってデッキに誘導され、前記乾燥装置内の前記ボードには、衝突噴流換気による前記乾燥空気との接触が生じ、前記衝突噴流換気は横断的に換気されるノズルボックスによって確保され、
前記乾燥空気は、互いに隣り合って配置された前記少なくとも2つのファンによって、前記燃焼器により加熱された前記乾燥空気の気流に供給され、前記燃焼器は前記少なくとも2つのファンの手前に、流れの方向に配置され、前記少なくとも2つのファンは、前記仕切りよりも前記天井ユニットの外壁の近くに取り付けられる、乾燥装置。 - 前記少なくとも2つのファンはそれぞれ、直接駆動である、請求項1に記載の乾燥装置。
- 前記少なくとも2つのファンはそれぞれ、渦巻型ハウジングで包囲されている、請求項1又は2に記載の乾燥装置。
- 前記少なくとも2つのファンはそれぞれ、4極モータ、特に非同期モータであり、1分間に1500回転の速度を有する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の乾燥装置。
- 前記少なくとも2つのファンはそれぞれ、約800mmの外羽根車径を有する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の乾燥装置。
- 前記少なくとも2つのファンから出る乾燥空気の羽根車吹き出し口と圧力チャンバの上方にある前記天井ユニットの壁との間の距離に対する、前記少なくとも2つのファンのうちの1つの外羽根車径の比率は、3.5よりも大きい、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の乾燥装置。
