Claims (12)
- ノズルボックスであって、乾燥装置の中に、前記乾燥装置内の乾燥空気によって乾燥されるボードに対して横断方向に配置され、前記ノズルボックス内の前記乾燥空気が流れる方向に対して垂直な少なくとも1つの方向にテーパー形状を有し、複数のノズルが設けられ且つ前記ボードと向き合う乾燥面を有しており、
前記乾燥空気は、乾燥面に列を成して配置された複数のノズルから前記ボードの上に流れ、前記乾燥面に対する1平方メートル当たりの前記複数のノズルの総開口部の比率が1.1%未満である、ノズルボックス。 - 乾燥面1平方メートル当たりの再循環空気の量が0.13m3/m2未満である、請求項1に記載のノズルボックス。
- 前記複数のノズルは、直径が10mm未満の開口部を有する、請求項1又は2に記載のノズルボックス。
- 前記複数のノズルから出る前記乾燥空気の速度は、17~21m/sである、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のノズルボックス。
- 前記複数のノズルは60mmを超える間隔を空けて配置される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のノズルボックス。
- 前記複数のノズルは、前記ノズルボックスの長手方向に延在する3つの列に配置される、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のノズルボックス。
- 前記3つの列は、55mmから80mmの間隔を空けて配置される、請求項6に記載のノズルボックス。
- 前記ノズルボックスは、垂直空間方向にだけテーパー形状を有する、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のノズルボックス。
- 前記ノズルボックスは、そのそれぞれの長手方向側に、前記複数のノズルから水平に、前記ボードの方向に偏向プレートを備える、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のノズルボックス。
- 前記複数のノズルの前記ボードからの距離が少なくとも22mmである、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のノズルボックス。
- 前記ノズルボックスは二重テーパー形状を有する、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のノズルボックス。
- ボードを乾燥させる乾燥装置であって、前記ボードは、前記乾燥装置に含まれる乾燥チャンバを通ってデッキに運ばれることができ、前記乾燥装置内の前記ボードには、天井ユニットで生成された後に乾燥のために圧力チャンバを介してノズルボックスに導入される乾燥空気との接触が生じ得、前記乾燥空気は、前記ボードから水分を吸収した後に、真空チャンバを介して排出されることができ、
前記乾燥装置は、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の複数のノズルボックスを備える、乾燥装置。
