Claims (5)
- コア(17)を有するパネル(2)、特にフロアパネルの側縁を加工するための方法であって、前記パネルは、少なくとも2つの向かい合っている側縁(I,II)で、このような互いに対応するプロファイルを有し、その結果、2つの同一に形成されたパネルは、実質的に垂直方向に移動して接合することによって、水平方向(H)および垂直方向(V)に互いに結合可能およびロック可能であり、垂直方向におけるロックは、前記コア(17)から一体成形され、且つ水平方向(H)に可動である少なくとも1つのばね要素(3)によって引き起こされ、このばね要素は、移動による接合中に、実質的に水平方向(H)に延びているロック縁部(4)の後方で掛止し、前記ばね要素(3)は、少なくとも1つの実質的に垂直方向のスリット(10)によって、前記コア(17)に関して空間を空けており、前記スリット(10)が、前記側縁(II)の全長(L)に亘って、非連続的に形成されている方法において、
前記パネルの前記コア内部に前記少なくとも1つの非連続的なスリット(10)が、少なくとも1つのツール(41)によって形成される際、前記ツール(41)の下方で前記パネル(2)を搬送方向(T)に搬送し、このツール(41)を、旋回運動によって、前記パネル(2)の前記コア(17)に潜り込ませ、反対方向に、再度、持ち上げて取り出し、その後、前記パネル(2)を、前記ツール(41)の下方で、完全にこのツールの傍を通って搬送する、方法。 - コア(17)を有するパネル(2)、特にフロアパネルの側縁を加工するための方法であって、前記パネルは、少なくとも2つの向かい合っている側縁(I,II)で、このような互いに対応するプロファイルを有し、その結果、2つの同一に形成されたパネルは、実質的に垂直方向に移動して接合することによって、水平方向(H)および垂直方向(V)に互いに結合可能およびロック可能であり、垂直方向におけるロックは、前記コア(17)から一体成形され、且つ水平方向(H)に可動である少なくとも1つのばね要素(3)によって引き起こされ、このばね要素は、移動による接合中に、実質的に水平方向(H)に延びているロック縁部(4)の後方で掛止し、前記ばね要素(3)は、少なくとも1つの実質的に垂直方向のスリット(10)、及び少なくとも1つの実質的に水平方向のスリット(11)によって、前記コア(17)に関して空間を空けており、前記スリット(10,11)のうちの少なくとも1が、前記側縁(II)の全長(L)に亘って、非連続的に形成されている方法において、
前記パネルの前記コア内部に前記少なくとも1つの非連続的なスリット(10,11)が、少なくとも1つのツール(41)によって形成される際、前記ツール(41)の下方で前記パネル(2)を搬送方向(T)に搬送し、このツール(41)を、旋回運動によって、前記パネル(2)の前記コア(17)に潜り込ませ、反対方向に、再度、持ち上げて取り出し、その後、前記パネル(2)を、前記ツール(41)の下方で、完全にこのツールの傍を通って搬送する、方法。 - 前記ツールを円軌道(P)上で案内することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 加工を切削により行なうことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 複数の非連続的なスリット(10)を形成するために、互いに間隔をあけておりかつ同時に前記パネル(2)の前記コア(17)に潜り込む複数のツール(41)が搬送方向(T)に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
