Description
Claims (13)
- 複数の成形コンポーネントを製造する方法であって、
(a)キャリアを製造アセンブリに提供する工程であって、前記製造アセンブリが、
共に巻き取り及び巻き戻し用に適した供給装置及び取込装置と、
ラッチと、を含む、工程と、
(b)複数の成形コンポーネントを前記キャリア上に形成する工程であって、前記成形コンポーネントが、
キャリアに固定されて前記キャリアに沿って移動でき、下面及び上面を有する、犠牲部分と、
前記犠牲部分から延びる機能部分と、を含む、工程と、
(c)前記キャリアを前記取込装置に順方向に巻き取る工程と、
(d)前記キャリア及び前記成形コンポーネントが前記供給装置の方へ移動するよう前記取込装置を逆方向に巻き戻す工程であって、前記成形コンポーネントの1つが、前記成形コンポーネントが逆方向に移動するのを防ぐ前記ラッチに接触し、その結果、隣接する犠牲部分が、第1の距離より短い第2の距離まで共により近くに移動される工程と、を含む、方法。 - 工程(c)中に前記ラッチを前記成形コンポーネントに接触させる工程(e)を更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記成形コンポーネントが、前記犠牲部分から延びる第2の機能部分を更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記製造アセンブリが、前記取込装置と通信する第1のセンサを更に含み、工程(f)が、前記第1のセンサで前記成形コンポーネントを検出する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記成形コンポーネントの検出時に前記取込装置の巻き取りを停止する工程(g)を更に含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記製造アセンブリが、前記ラッチにテンションを与えるための力制御機構を更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ラッチに与えられるテンションが、移動される必要がある成形コンポーネントの総数と、前記キャリア上の各コンポーネントの静止摩擦力を克服するのに必要な力とに関連した閾値を有する、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記閾値に達するか又は超えたときに前記ラッチをずらす工程(h)を更に含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記製造アセンブリが、前記供給装置と通信する第2のセンサを更に含み、工程(i)が、前記ラッチがずれたときに前記供給装置の巻き取りを停止する、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記成形コンポーネントの第1の部分がテーパ形状である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記犠牲部分を前記機能部分から分離し、前記機能部分を所定の製品に挿入する工程(j)を更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記機能部分を前記製品に挿入し、前記犠牲部分を前記機能部分から分離する工程(k)を更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第1の成形コンポーネントの上面が第2の成形コンポーネントの下面と連結する、請求項1に記載の方法。
