Description
直径560mmの円筒形タンクに20〜25℃の上記塩酸含有塩化アルミニウム溶液200kgを投入し、直径250mmの2段パドル羽根の撹拌機で100rpmの撹拌を行い、そこに、実施例1〜3、比較例1〜5の各中和剤を、表2に示す添加量にて添加し、60分間撹拌した。
塩酸臭気は、20〜25℃条件にて、500mlポリ瓶(全容積630cc)に上記中和液10ml(約13g)を封入し、振盪器で200往復/分の振盪撹拌で塩酸を揮酸せしめ、ガステック製HCl検知管(14M)にて測定した。
実施例1〜3
塩酸臭気を十分に低下させることができた。ポリ塩化アルミニウムは塩化アルミ液と任意に混合できるため、中和作業としては最も簡単であった。また、Al2O3濃度もほとんど変化しない。
苛性ソーダ、水酸化カルシウムでは、未溶解分生成があるため、後処理工程が必要となる。また不溶解分に対応して振盪法HCl濃度が高くなる。
余剰塩酸比100%を超えると水酸化マグネシウムでは未溶解分が残る。
アルミン酸ソーダ濃度が高い比較例5では未溶解分が残る。また余剰塩酸比100%を超えると未溶解分が残る。
2 酸回収装置
Claims (3)
- 塩酸を含む塩化アルミニウム溶液の塩酸臭を低減する方法において、該溶液にポリ塩化アルミニウムを添加することを特徴とする塩化アルミニウム溶液の臭気低減方法。
- 塩化アルミニウム溶液中の塩酸1モルに対しポリ塩化アルミニウムをAl2O3として0.5〜5.0gの割合で添加することを特徴とする請求項1記載の塩化アルミニウム溶液の臭気低減方法。
- 前記塩化アルミニウム溶液はアルミニウム箔のエッチング工程からの排出液の濃縮液であることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2記載の塩化アルミニウム溶液の臭気低減方法。
