Description
本発明の他の課題は、自転車用電装システムにおいて、電動機を含む電装品の配線作業を容易に行えるようにすることにある。
図1において、本発明の第1実施形態を採用した自転車は人力よる駆動をモータユニット10により補助するアシスト自転車である。自転車は、フレーム体102とフロントフォーク103とを有するフレーム101と、ハンドル部104と、駆動部105と、前輪106fと、後輪106rと、図示しないフロントブレーキ装置及びリアブレーキ装置と、前照灯23と、尾灯24と、を備えている。フロントフォーク103は、フレーム体102の前部に斜めの軸回りに揺動自在に装着されている。
右ブレーキレバー16fは、フロントブレーキケーブルによりフロントブレーキ装置に接続されている。左ブレーキレバー16rは、リアブレーキケーブルによりリアブレーキ装置に接続されている。
た磁石54からの距離により、レバー部材31の初期位置からの移動位置を検出する。この移動位置に応じて制御部12は、回生制動制御を行う。
本発明の第1実施形態による電装システム100は、図5および図6に示すように、電装品としてのリアキャリアユニット13と、モータユニット10と、ハンガーユニット122aと、後輪106rの内装変速ハブ130に付設される変速ユニット120と、前照灯23と、表示装置18と、右ブレーキレバー16fおよび左ブレーキレバー16rとを備えている。これらの電装品が通信可能な電力線70a〜70fおよび電力線71により接続されている。図5において電力線70a〜70fを実線で示し、電力線71は前記電力線70a〜70fを示す線よりも太い線で示す。各電力線は、70a〜70fおよび71は、2本の導線を含んで構成される。2本のうちの一方はグランドラインである。ここで、リアキャリアユニット13は、電装システム100の先端に配置された第1電装品に相当する。ハンガーユニット122a、前照灯23、および表示装置18は、電装システム100の中間に配置された第2電装品に相当する。モータユニット10、変速ユニット120、右ブレーキレバー16f、および左ブレーキレバー16rは、電装システム100の末端に配置された第3電装品に相当する。また、電力線70aおよび電力線71は第1電力線に相当し、電力線70c,70e,70fは、第2電力線に相当する。
図10において、第2実施形態の電装システム200では、すべての電装品を24ボルトの電力線71a〜71gで接続している。このため、第1実施形態では、リアキャリアユニット13に接続されていたモータユニット10が、第2実施形態では、前照灯23に電力線71eを介して接続されている。その他の接続形態は第1実施形態と同様である。
図11に示す第3実施形態の電装システム300では、リアキャリアユニット113において、制御部12、蓄電池14および尾灯24が一つのバッテリユニット113aに収納されている。これにより、リアキャリアユニット113の防水性能を高めることができる。その他の構成は、第1実施形態と同様である。
図12に示す第4実施形態の電装システム400では、表示装置218がハンドルバー115の中央部に装着された台座ユニット95と無線通信で接続可能である。表示装置218は、台座ユニット95に着脱自在に装着される。台座ユニット95には、表示装置218との無線通信を行うための無線通信部95aが設けられている。無線通信部95aはたとえば、特定小電力、IEEE 802.15.1規格、EEE 802.15.4規格等の無線通信規格に沿って表示装置218と無線通信を行う。その他の構成は、第1実施形態と同様である。
上記第1から第4実施形態では、内装変速ハブ130を有する自転車について説明したが、図13に示す、第5実施形態の電装システム500では、電動駆動されるフロントディレーラ120fおよびリアディレーラ120rを有するスポーツタイプの自転車に本発明を適用している。
第6実施形態の電装システム600では、制御部12をリアキャリアユニット13ではなく、第2電装品に相当するハンガーユニット122aに設けている。リアキャリア112には尾灯24だけが設けられている。この尾灯24には電力線通信部90が設けられている。したがって、尾灯も電力線70aによりハンガーユニット122aに接続されている。なお、リアキャリアがない場合には、尾灯24を泥よけまたはシートスティに設けてもよい。また、蓄電池14は、制御部12に着脱自在に装着してもよいが、シートスティに着脱自在に固定してもよい。
以上、本発明の一実施形態について説明したが、本発明は上記実施形態に限定されるものではなく、発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲で種々の変更が可能である。

Claims (14)
- 自転車に搭載可能な自転車用電装システムであって、
電力線を介して通信可能である電力線通信部をそれぞれ備える第1電装品、第2電装品および第3電装品を備え、
前記第1電装品の前記電力線通信部と前記第2電装品の前記電力線通信部とが第1電力線によって接続され、
前記第2電装品の前記電力線通信部と前記第3電装品の前記電力線通信部とが第2電力線によって接続され、
前記第1電装品、前記第2電装品および前記第3電装品のうち少なくとも1つの電装品は、電源に接続可能であり、
前記第1電装品、前記第2電装品および前記第3電装品のうち少なくとも1つは、前記第1電力線および前記第2電力線の少なくとも一方を介して制御信号を伝送して残りの前記電装品を制御する制御部を有し、
前記制御部は、残りの前記電装品の接続を認識する、自転車用電装システム。 - 残りの前記電装品は、識別情報をそれぞれ有し、
前記制御部は、残りの前記電装品が接続されたとき、接続された残りの前記電装品から前記識別情報を受け取る、請求項1に記載の自転車用電装システム。 - 前記第1電装品は、前記制御部を有する、請求項1または2に記載の自転車用電装システム。
- 前記電力線通信部は、前記第1電力線及び前記第2電力線を接続する電力線接続部を有する、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の自転車用電装システム。
- 前記第2電装品の前記電力線通信部は、少なくとも3つの前記電力線接続部を有する、請求項4に記載の自転車用電装システム。
- 前記第2電装品は、複数設けられる、請求項1に記載の自転車用電装システム。
- 前記複数の第2電装品は、異なる機能を有している、請求項6に記載の自転車用電装システム。
- 前記第3電装品は、複数設けられる、請求項1に記載の自転車用電装システム。
- 前記複数の第3電装品は、異なる機能を有している、請求項8に記載の自転車用電装システム。
- 前記第2電装品は、前記制御部を有する、請求項1に記載の自転車用電装システム。
- 前記第2電装品は、1または複数設けられ、
前記第3電装品は、1または複数設けられ、
前記制御部は、前記第2電装品および前記第3電装品の接続を認識する、請求項3に記載の自転車用電装システム。 - 前記第2電装品および前記第3電装品は、識別情報をそれぞれ有し、
前記制御部は、前記第2電装品または前記第3電装品が接続されたとき、接続された前記第2電装品または前記第3電装品から前記識別情報を受け取る、請求項11に記載の自転車用電装システム。 - 前記第1電装品は、電動機および前記電動機を制御する電動機制御部を含む、請求項10に記載の自転車用電装システム。
- 前記電動機制御部は、インバータ装置を含む、請求項13に記載の自転車用電装システム。
