Claims (9)
- バルブと、前記バルブの後側に固定されている電源接続手段とを有する照明装置であって、
前後両端開口を有する直管状に形成されており、その前端部が前記バルブ内に収容されている第1のヒートシンクと、
平板体であって、前記第1のヒートシンクの前端開口の直前に、一面が前面となり他面が後面となり、且つ前記第1のヒートシンクの前端開口に後面が向かうように配置されている第2のヒートシンクと、
前記第1のヒートシンクの内周面と距離を置いて前記第1のヒートシンクの管内に貫挿していると共に、前記第2のヒートシンクと熱伝導可能に配置構成されている第3のヒートシンクと、前記第1及び第2のヒートシンクに取り付けられている発光手段と
を備えており、
前記発光手段は、
前記第1のヒートシンクの前端部の外周面に取り付けられている第1の回路基板と、
前記第2のヒートシンクの前面に取り付けられている第2の回路基板と、
前記第1の回路基板に、前記第1のヒートシンクの周りへ光を放射することが出来るように配置されている複数の発光ユニットと、
前記第2の回路基板に、前記第2のヒートシンクの前方へ向けて投光することが出来るように配置されている少なくとも一つの発光ユニットとを有しており、
更に、前記第1のヒートシンクは、後管体と、前管体とからなるものであり、
前記後管体全体は前記第1のヒートシンクの後端部になっており、前記前管体は、その後端の一部が前記後管体に内挿し、該一部以外の部分が前記後管体から露出して前記第1のヒートシンクの前記前端部になっていると共に、多角形断面に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の照明装置。 - 前記電源接続手段は前記第1のヒートシンクの前記後管体に取り付けられており、
前記バルブは前記第1のヒートシンクの前記後管体の前記電源接続手段から前側に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の照明装置。 - 前記バルブは、光透過材料により形成されたものであり、その内表面に蛍光塗料が更に塗布されていることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の照明装置。
- 前記発光ユニットは、LEDモジュールであることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の照明装置。
- 前記第1のヒートシンクと前記第3のヒートシンクとの間に少なくとも1枚の導熱プレートが介在していて熱伝導が可能になることを特徴とする請求項4の照明装置。
- 前記第2のヒートシンクは、前記第1のヒートシンクの前端開口と距離を置くように配置され、前記第3のヒートシンクと共に前記第1のヒートシンクから断熱されるようになっていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の照明装置。
- 前記第1のヒートシンクの前記前管部の両端に、それぞれ断熱スリーブが一つずつ端部から管内に挿し込まれるように取り付けられており、
前記第2のヒートシンクは、前記第1のヒートシンクの前端にある前記断熱スリーブに取り付けられており、
また、前記第3のヒートシンクは、管状に形成されていると共に、前記2つの断熱スリーブの間に保持されており、
それにより前記第2のヒートシンクと前記第3のヒートシンクは、共に前記第1のヒートシンクから断熱されるようになっていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の照明装置。 - 前記電源接続手段は、前記後管体の後端部に螺合されるように固定されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の照明装置。
- 前記第1の回路基板は、フレキシブル基板であって、前記第1のヒートシンクの前端部の外周面に密接するように固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の照明装置。
