Abstract
Description
一种近全方位出光的 LED灯 技术领域
本发明涉及 LED照明设备, 尤其涉及一种灯近全方位出光的 LED片式光源和由此 构造的 LED整灯。
背景技术
由于发光二极管为一种可将电能转换为光能的高效率冷光发光元件, 并具有耗电量 低、 寿命长等优点, 故在照明领域中使用 LED灯进行照明已经成为趋势。
LED灯芯的寿命与 PN结结点的工作温度有较密切的联系, 目前 LED灯在工作过程 中只有大约 50%的电能转换成光能, 其余的电能几乎都转成热能, 使 LED灯的温度升 高, 而温度每增加 10摄氏度其信赖性就会减少一半。 特别在大功率 LED灯中, 散热是 个大问题。如果散热不好会直接导致 LED灯芯快速老化,稳定性降低, 同时散热不好会 产生严重光衰影响灯的寿命。
由于封装好的 LED灯珠是定向发光, 其发光形式与传统光源全方位的发光模式不 同。 在许多应用情况不合适, 需要通过配光或者二次光学方法才能达到光源的使用目 的。
发明内容
发明目的: 为了克服现有技术中存在的不足, 本发明提供一种近全方位发光的 LED 片式光源, 其散热性能好, 且有广泛应用范围。
技术方案: 为实现上述目的, 本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种近全方位出光的 LED灯,包括灯头、 LED电源、圆柱体 LED片式光源、灯罩、 金属连接件、 金属散热件和阻燃级塑料连接件; 所述 LED 电源固定在阻燃级塑料连接 件内,阻燃级塑料连接件的上部与灯头机械固定、下部通过金属散热件与灯罩机械固定, 金属连接件的一端与金属散热件固定、 另一端伸入到灯罩内, 圆柱体 LED片式光源贴 附在金属连接件伸入到灯罩内部分的外侧面; 灯头、 LED电源和圆柱体 LED片式光源 电路连接。
上述结构的 LED灯, 将圆柱体 LED片式光源贴附在 A金属连接件的周侧, 形成了 一个立体的光源, 打破了传统的片式 LED光源, 由传统的 LED灯的 180° 发光更新为 300° 以上发光, 出光效果好, 与传统的白炽灯较为接近, 是目前市售白炽灯的理想替 代品; 由于金属的导热效果好, 圆柱体 LED片式光源工作产生的热量能够迅速传导至 金属连接件和金属散热件上, 并通过金属连接件和金属散热件及时散热, 极大地提高了 散热效果。 阻燃级塑料连接件的使用有效避免了 LED 电源与金属件的接触, 避免产品 失效, 同时为了方便 LED 电源的散热, 在阻燃级塑料连接件的侧壁上可以设置透孔结 构; 其中灯罩的形状可以采用现与现有的白炽灯相同的灯罩形状。
优选的, 所述圆柱体 LED片式光源包括长方形柔性电路基板和圆形电路基板, 在 长方形柔性电路基板和圆形电路基板上均设置有印刷电路, 在印刷电路上设置有 LED 结合区, LED灯珠排布在 LED结合区上; 所述长方形柔性电路基板向内卷曲固定成圆 柱形, 所述圆形电路基板固定在圆柱形的底侧端面。
上述结构中, 由于使用了柔性电路基板, 因而方形柔性电路基板能够很容易卷曲成 需要的形状, 本案采用了最优的圆柱形结构; 当然还可以设计横截面为其他规则或不规 则的星型、 多边形、 椭圆形等, 若设计为非圆柱形, 另一个电路基板的形状也要重新选 择, 为适配的规则或不规则的星型、 多边形、 椭圆形等; 不管采用何种横截面的形状, 其出光效果是相同的, 考虑加工难度和生产成本, 本案采用了圆柱形设计。 该结构的发 光角度范围为全角 90-145° , 并且圆柱形和底侧端面的发光空间相互覆盖, 构成近全方 位发光。
优选的, 所述圆形电路基板的中心部可以设置有通孔; 通孔的设计, 能够在使用时 让长方形柔性电路基板和圆形电路基板包覆的腔体内热量从通孔内释放出来,提高整个 光源的散热能力, 延长其使用寿命。
优选的, 所述长方形柔性电路基板向内卷曲后, 相接的侧边通过焊接、 缝纫或者夹 具方式固定; 所述圆形电路基板与长方形柔性电路基板相接的侧边通过焊接、 缝纫, 螺 丝, 铆钉或者夹具方式固定。 无论如何, 都要确保印刷电路的电路连接有效, 一般会设 计所有印刷电路为一体结构,这样一次通电就能够保证所有 LED结合区受电;所述 LED 结合区通过印刷电路的排布实现串并联连接。
优选的, 所述 LED结合区通过印刷电路的排布实现串并联连接。
优选的, 所述长方形柔性电路基板包覆在金属连接件的侧面, 所述圆形柔性电路基 板包覆在金属连接件的底面。
优选的,所述长方形柔性电路基板和圆形电路基板使用导热粘接材料贴附在金属连 接件的外侧面。
优选的, 所述 LED灯珠通过回流焊、 激光焊接, 共晶焊或通电加热的方式固定在 LED结合区上; 优选采用点胶或者印胶加回流焊的方式, 该种方式的焊接过程不容易破 坏 LED灯珠的各种性能。
优选的, 所述灯珠是贴片式灯珠, 贴片式灯珠的发光角度一般在 80° -150° 之间。 优选的, 所述金属散热件可以采用的结构为, 包括一个圆环件和若干侧杆, 侧杆均 匀排布在圆环件的外侧, 且侧杆的腰部与圆环件的外侧面相固定, 侧杆之间存在间隙; 阻燃级塑料连接件位于环形件的上方, 灯罩位于环形件的下方, 金属连接件一端固定在 环形件中间的孔内、 另一端伸入到灯罩内, 所有侧杆腰部以下部分与灯罩固定、 腰部以 上部分与阻燃级塑料连接件固定。侧杆腰部以下部分和腰部以上部分可以根据其所要连 接的灯罩和阻燃级塑料连接件的形状具体设计,固定方式可以采用螺纹结构、卡式结构, 最好能够连接方便, 过渡圆润; 同时侧杆之间的间隙设计能够有效散热, 避免整个产品 在工作时, 由于高温产生实效。
优选的, 所述金属连接件可以为实心棒或者是管状结构, 通过金属连接件能够迅速 将热量传导出去, 提高散热能力。
优选的, 所述金属散热件和金属连接件可以为铝材、 铜材或其他金属材料, 最优选 采用铝材, 这是由于铝材的散热效果良好, 且价格低廉。
优选的, 所述金属散热件和金属连接件的表面可以进行阳极化处理、 或镀膜处理、 或者开有槽孔, 以提高金属连接件的散热效果。
优选的, 所述阻燃级塑料连接件为阻燃级 PC材料或阻燃级导热 PC材料, 以避免 LED电源组件在高压下击穿的问题, 提高整个产品的安全性。
优选的, 所述圆柱体 LED片式光源上端与灯罩口部存在间隙、 下端与金属连接件 底部齐平; 为了让 LED电源组件和圆柱体 LED片式光源之间存在散热空间, 同时金属 连接件不至于遮挡住圆柱体 LED片式光源的出光角度。
优选的, 所述灯罩与金属散热件通过胶体, 螺纹, 锁扣, 弹簧压等方法固定结合。 优选的, 所述灯罩为透明或透光玻璃、 塑料或树脂材质。
优选的, 所述灯罩表面可以采取雾化或者多折射面处理; 其形状可以与现有的普泡 灯、 节能灯或者其他已存在的光源形状相似。
优选的, 所述灯头为标准灯头, 如 E26, E27, E14等, 以方便对现有的灯罩的替 换。
有益效果: 本发明提供的灯近全方位出光的 LED灯, 通过结构上的改进, 改善了 整个 LED灯的散热能力, 改善了传统 LED球泡灯发光角度小的概念; 同时从灯罩整体 出光效果比对, 与传统白炽灯较为接近, 是目前市售白炽灯和节能灯的理想替换品。 附图说明

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作更进一步的说明。
如图 1所示为一种近全方位出光的 LED灯, 包括包括灯头 1、 LED电源 2、 圆柱体 LED片式光源 3, 灯罩 4, 金属连接件 5, 金属散热件 6, 阻燃级塑料连接件 7 ; 所述灯 罩 4为透明或透光材质; 所述灯头 1为标准灯头。
如图 2所示, 所述阻燃级塑料连接件 7, 在其侧面设置有透孔, 以便与散热; 阻燃 级塑料连接件 7采用阻燃级 PC材料或阻燃级导热 PC材料制成。
如图 3所示, 所述金属散热件 6包括一个圆环件和若干侧杆, 侧杆均匀排布在圆环 件的外侧, 且侧杆的腰部与圆环件的外侧面相固定, 侧杆之间存在间隙; 金属散热件 6 采用铝材制成, 在其表面进行阳极化处理、 镀膜处理、 或者开有槽孔。
如图 4所示, 所述金属连接件 5圆管结构; 金属连接件 5采用铝材制成, 在其表面 进行阳极化处理、 镀膜处理、 或者开有槽孔。
如图 5、 图 6所示, 所述圆柱体 LED片式光源 3包括长方形柔性电路基板 31和圆 形电路基板 32, 在圆形电路基板 32的中心部设置有通孔 35, 且在长方形柔性电路基板 31和圆形电路基板 32上均设置有印刷电路 33, 在印刷电路 33上设置有 LED结合区, LED灯珠或 LED芯片 34排布在 LED结合区上;所述长方形柔性电路基板 31向内卷曲 后, 相接的侧边通过焊盘 36焊接固定, 形成圆柱形, 所述圆形电路基板 32固定在圆柱 形的底侧端面, 且与长方形柔性电路基板 31相接的侧边通过焊盘 36焊接固定。
所述 LED电源 2固定在阻燃级塑料连接件 Ί内, 阻燃级塑料连接件 Ί位于环形件 的上方, 其上部与灯头 1机械固定、 下部与侧杆腰部以上部分固定, 侧杆腰部以下部分 与灯罩 4固定; 金属连接件 5—端固定在环形件中间的孔内、 另一端伸入到灯罩 4内, 圆柱体 LED片式光源 3贴附在金属连接件 5伸入到灯具 4内部分的侧面,且圆柱体 LED 片式光源 3上端与灯罩 4口部存在间隙、 下端与金属连接件 5底部齐平; 金属连接件 5 和金属散热件 6与 LED电源 2组件不接触; 灯头 1、 LED电源 2和圆柱体 LED片式光 源 3电路连接。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式, 应当指出: 对于本技术领域的普通技术人员 来说, 在不脱离本发明原理的前提下, 还可以做出若干改进和润饰, 这些改进和润饰也 应视为本发明的保护范围。
