Claims (7)
- 다수의 발광 다이오드들이 실장된 금속 인쇄회로기판;상기 발광 다이오드들을 각각 감싸도록 구성되어 상기 발광 다이오드들로부터 조사된 광을 반사시키며 상기 발광 다이오드들로부터 발생되는 열을 방출하기 위한 통풍구를 형성하도록 상기 금속 인쇄회로기판 상에서 서로 결합된 다수의 반사갓들; 및상기 금속 인쇄회로기판과 상기 반사갓들을 수용하며 상기 발광 다이오드들로부터 발생되는 열을 방출하기 위한 다수의 개구들이 형성된 하우징을 포함하는 조명 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 반사갓은 금속으로 이루어지며 각각의 발광 다이오드로부터 상기 광이 조사되는 전방을 향하여 점차 증가하는 폭을 갖고, 내측면에는 상기 광을 반사시키는 코팅층이 형성되어 있으며 외측면에는 상기 열을 방출하기 위한 방열핀들이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조명 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하우징은 상기 금속 인쇄회로기판의 후면과 마주하는 후면 패널과 상기 개구들이 형성된 측면 패널 및 상기 광을 투과시키는 전면 커버를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조명 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 하우징의 후면 패널과 상기 금속 인쇄회로기판 사이에 개재되며 상기 발과 다이오드들에 동작 전원을 제공하는 전원 공급부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조명 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 전원 공급부는 상기 하우징의 후면 패널에 부착되는 제2 금속 인쇄회로기판 상에 구비되며, 상기 발광 다이오드들이 실장된 금속 인쇄회로기판과 상기 제2 금속 인쇄회로기판 사이에는 다수의 열전달 부재들이 개재되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조명 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 열전달 부재들은 상기 발광 다이오드들이 실장된 상기 금속 인쇄회로기판의 후면 부위들에 밀착되며, 상기 후면 패널의 외측면에는 다수의 방열핀들이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조명 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하우징의 표면들 상에는 상기 하우징보다 높은 열전도율을 갖는 물질로 이루어진 방열 코팅층이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조명 장치.
