Abstract

一种发光二极管灯具,其包括一灯座、与该灯座连接的一第一散热器、与该第一散热器热连接的一第二散热器及安装于所述第二散热器上的若干发光二极管模组,所述第二散热器贴置在所述第一散热器外围,且第二散热器的外壁与第一散热器的纵长延伸方向呈一夹角。该发光二极管灯具的第一、第二散热器结构紧凑,且具有较大散热面积,可在有限的体积内实现灯具的良好散热,能解决高功率发光二极管灯具的散热问题。另外该发光二极管灯具的发光二极管模组与第一散热器的纵长延伸方向呈一夹角,使其照射角度朝一定方向偏摆,从而满足用户特定的照明需要。

Description

散热装置及其应用的发光二极管灯具
技术领域
本发明涉及一种散热装置及使用该装置的发光二极管灯具。
背景技术
发光二极管光源作为一种新兴的第三代光源,虽然现在还不能大规模取代传统的白炽灯,但是其具有工作寿命长、节能、环保等优点,而普遍被市场看好。而且,目前由发光二极管组成的模块能产生大功率、高亮度的光源,因此将广泛地、革命性地取代传统的白炽灯等现有的光源,进而成为符合节能环保主题的主要光源。
然而,功率、亮度越大的发光二极管或其模组产生的热量越大,且在体积相对较小的发光二极管灯具内难于散发出去。故,发光二极管尚存在较大散热技术瓶颈,这也是目前大功率、高亮度发光二极管灯具市场化最难突破的关键之处。目前业界通用的散热方案是在该灯具内设置一散热器,通过该散热器表面与自然对流空气接触的方式将热量散发到周围空气中。所以要满足高功率、高亮度的发光二极管灯散热需求以使其能正常工作防止光衰,就必须提供散热面积很大的散热器。这样通常会导致散热器在灯具中所占体积大,整体灯具体积也大,使得这种灯具结构体积较大而难以在室内照明中推广应用。
另外,由于发光二极管都有一定的照射角度,而发光二极管灯具中的发光二极管通常都设置在平直的电路板上,使灯具的照射面积有限,很多情况下都难以使用户满意。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种具有较小体积及散热良好,又能实现特定方向的照明的发光二极管灯具。
一种发光二极管灯具,其包括一灯座、与该灯座连接的一第一散热器、与该第一散热器热连接的一第二散热器及安装于所述第二散热器上的若干发光二极管模组,所述第二散热器贴置在所述第一散热器外围,且第二散热器的外壁与第一散热器的纵长延伸方向呈一夹角。
一种用于发光二极管灯具的散热装置,包括一第一散热器及与该第一散热器热连接的一第二散热器,所述第一散热器呈筒状,所述第二散热器贴置在所述第一散热器外围,且第二散热器的外壁与第一散热器的纵长延伸方向呈一夹角。
该发光二极管灯具的第一散热器与第二散热器结构紧凑,且具有较大散热面积,可在有限的体积内实现灯具的良好散热,进而解决高功率发光二极管灯具的散热问题。另外该发光二极管灯具的发光二极管模组与第一散热器的纵长延伸方向呈一夹角,使其照射角度朝一定方向偏摆,从而满足用户特定方向的照明需要。
下面参照附图,结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。

具体实施方式
请参考图1-2,本发明发光二极管灯具包括一灯座10、与该灯座10连接的第一散热器20、贴设在该第一散热器20外围的一第二散热器(图未标)及若干贴设在第二散热器的本体40的外壁上的发光二极管模组30。
灯座10包括一灯帽12、连接于该灯帽12上的一第一盖体14和与该第一盖体14对扣的一第二盖体16。该灯帽12为一标准螺纹灯帽,适配于普通螺合式灯头。该第一盖体14为一由塑胶材料制成的碗状体,其包括底端与灯帽12连接的一管形连接部140和与该连接部140连接的一第一碗壁142。该碗壁142的口径由下向上逐渐增大,而形成一向上开口的碗状盖体,该第一碗壁142在开口处的内壁周缘均匀开设有三个安装孔1420,用于供螺杆件(图未示)穿过从而与第二盖体16螺合。该第二盖体16为一由塑胶或金属材料制成的倒置碗状体,其包括一环形结合部160和与该结合部160连接的一第二碗壁162。该结合部160的直径略小于该连接部140的直径,用于与第一散热器20的底部配合连接。该第二碗壁162与该结合部160连接的上半部分的口径由上向下逐渐增大,该第二碗壁162的上半部分均匀开设有与发光二极管模组30对应的若干穿孔164,这些穿孔164大致自下向上穿透该碗壁162以供连接发光二极管模组30的电源线组(图未示)穿过;该第二碗壁162下半部分为口径均匀的环状体,其开口大小与第一盖体14的开口相适配,该环状体上均匀开设有若干通气孔166以供气流进入第一、二盖体14、16形成的空间内,且该第二碗壁162在开口的内壁周缘均匀设置有三螺孔(图未示),这些螺孔分别与第一盖体14的安装孔1420对应以与穿过该安装孔1420的螺杆件配合将该第一、二盖体14、16结合在一起。该第一、二盖体14、16结合在一起形成的空间可容置该发光二极管灯具的电子整流器(图未示)等器件。
请同时参考图3,第一散热器20由导热性能良好的材料如铝、铜等金属材料或者其合金一体制成。该第一散热器20整体呈圆筒状,其中间具有一长管状筒体22,该筒体22中心有一通孔25。该筒体22的内壁沿该筒体22的径向向内延伸有若干条形内鳍片24,这些内鳍片24关于该筒体22的中心轴线均匀对称地分布,这些内鳍片24的厚度自筒体22的内壁向内逐渐减小,故其横截面大致呈锐角三角形但顶角尖端被钝化形状。该筒体22的外壁沿其径向向外延伸有若干导热臂26,这些导热臂26关于该筒体22的中心轴线均匀对称地分布,这些导热臂26的数量对应本体40及发光二极管模组30的数量,故在不同实施例中可为不同的数量,而在本实施例中为对应六个本体40及发光二极管模组30的六个导热臂26。这些导热臂26的延长线将相交于该筒体22的中心轴线,该导热臂26由其两侧垂直延伸出若干对外鳍片260,每一对外鳍片260均关于对应的导热臂26对称,且这些外鳍片260的长度由里向外逐渐增大。每一导热臂26的末端均与最外端的外鳍片260内侧表面连接,所以每一导热臂26最外侧的一对外鳍片260的外侧表面均为一平滑平面。该筒体22的底端向下延设形成一延伸筒28,该延伸筒28与第二盖体16的结合部160相配合以将第一散热器20装设在灯座10上。该延伸筒28与结合部160可以通过多种方式相结合,例如,可在延伸筒28与结合部160上均设置螺纹将两者螺合在一起。
第二散热器由若干贴置于第一散热器20外围的本体40组成,每一本体40呈契形,其高度由下而上逐渐增加。每一本体40包括一内板42、一外板43及连接该内板42与外板43的若干连接板44。该内板42贴设在第一散热器20的最外侧的外鳍片260上,且其与最外侧的一对外鳍片260的平滑表面大小一样从而刚好相重合。外板43从内板42的底部向上倾斜延伸而成,外板43与内板42之间的间距由下而上逐渐增大。若干连接板44水平地连接在内板42与外板43之间,连接板44的长度也由下而上逐渐增大。相邻两连接板44之间形成供气流通过的流道45。
发光二极管模组30包括一矩形电路板32,该电路板32的形状大小与本体40的外板43相当,该电路板32上并排安装有若干个发光二极管元件34。
该发光二极管灯具在组装时,螺杆件穿过第一盖体14的安装孔1420与第二盖体16的螺孔螺合,而将第一、二盖体14、16结合在一起。第一散热器20的底端的延伸筒28与第二盖体16上的结合部160固定连接。第二散热器的每一本体40贴设在第一散热器20的每一对最外侧的外鳍片260上。发光二极管模组30再分别贴置在每一本体40的外板43上。发光二极管模组30与对应的外板43之间、本体40的内板42与对应的外鳍片260之间可填充如导热胶之类的导热介质,以增加它们间的导热能力。
该发光二极管灯具在使用时,发光二极管模组30将散发出来的热量传导到与其接触的本体40的外板43上,再进一步均匀传递到整个本体40和第一散热器20上。该第一散热器20的筒体22的外壁、导热臂26和外鳍片260直接与周围的空气接触将热量散发到周围的空气中去。而第一散热器20的筒体22内的通孔25与第一、二盖体14、16形成的空间连通并形成一气流通路,使空气能从该第二盖体16的通气孔166进入,再经筒体22内与其内壁热交换受热,最后经通孔25流出将热量带走,或者在该发光二极管灯具与图2所示的相反位置放置时,空气可从筒体22的底端进入,经筒体22内的通孔25,然后从该第二盖体16的通气孔166流出将热量带走。该发光二极管灯具的第一散热器20和第二散热器的本体40相配合,其结构紧凑,又具有较大的散热面积,同时该第一散热器20内与灯座10形成一内循环的气流通路能有效地加强气流流通及加大第一散热器20与气流接触的面积,从而很好的解决该高功率发光二极管模组30的散热问题。
因发光二极管模组30受一定照射角度的限制,其发出的光大都分布在沿发光二极管模组30的垂线30°范围内。而本实施例中的第二散热器的本体40的外板43的顶端部分向外凸伸,使贴设在外板43上的发光二极管模组30与第一散热器20的纵长延伸方向有一定的夹角,这样一来发光二极管模组30的照射角度与竖直设置时相比能向水平线以下偏摆,使其向下的照射面积增大,以满足用户于该角度下的照明需要。
图4示出了本发明发光二极管灯具的第二实施例。与上一实施例中的发光二极管灯具相同,本实施例中的发光二极管灯具也包括一灯座10、与该灯座10连接的第一散热器20、贴设在该第一散热器20外围的第二散热器及若干对应贴设在第二散热器的每一本体40a上的发光二极管模组30。该等构件的结构与上一实施例中的发光二极管灯具的对应构件的结构特征都相同,只是本实施例中的本体40a是由上一实施例中的本体40倒置设置而成,也即本体40a的高度由下而上逐渐减小。这样设置的本体40a可使发光二极管模组30的照射角度向水平线以上偏摆,使其向上的照射面积增大,以满足用户于该角度下的照明需要。

Claims (16)

1.一种发光二极管灯具,其包括一灯座、与该灯座连接的一第一散热器、与该第一散热器热连接的一第二散热器及安装于所述第二散热器上的若干发光二极管模组,其特征在于:所述第二散热器贴置在所述第一散热器外围,所述第二散热器包括若干贴置于第一散热器外围的本体,每一本体包括一贴设在第一散热器外围的内板及由内板的一端向外倾斜延伸而成的外板,使第二散热器的外壁与第一散热器的纵长延伸方向呈一夹角,所述发光二极管模组贴设在本体的外板上。
2.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述第一散热器呈筒状。
3.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述每一本体的外板由内板的底部向上倾斜延伸而成。
4.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述每一本体的外板由内板的顶部向下倾斜延伸而成。
5.如权利要求3或4所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述每一本体还包括若干连接内板与外板的连接板,每两相邻的连接板之间形成供气流通过的流道。
6.如权利要求2所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述第一散热器包括一中空筒体,所述灯座上设置有若干通气孔,所述通气孔与所述筒体内腔形成一气流通路。
7.如权利要求6所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述筒体内部形成有若干内鳍片,其厚度自根部向自由端逐渐减小。
8.如权利要求6所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述筒体外壁延伸设置有关于所述筒体的轴线均匀对称地分布的若干导热臂,所述导热臂两侧形成有若干外鳍片。
9.如权利要求8所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述导热臂两侧的外鳍片垂直于导热臂并关于所述导热臂对称,且每一导热臂同一侧的外鳍片的长度由所述导热臂的根部向自由端方向递增。
10.如权利要求9所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述第一散热器最外侧的一对外鳍片的外侧表面为一与所述第二散热器的本体接触的平面。
11.如权利要求6所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述灯座包括一标准灯帽、与所述灯帽连接的一碗状第一盖体和与所述第一盖体对扣的一碗状第二盖体,所述通气孔设置在所述第二盖体上。
12.如权利要求11所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述第二盖体的顶端形成一结合部,所述第一散热器的底端形成一与所述结合部连接的延伸筒。
13.一种用于发光二极管灯具的散热装置,包括一第一散热器及与该第一散热器热连接的一第二散热器,其特征在于:所述第一散热器呈筒状,所述第二散热器贴置在所述第一散热器外围,所述第二散热器包括若干本体,每一本体包括一贴设在第一散热器外围的内板及由内板的一端向外倾斜延伸而成的外板,使第二散热器的外壁与第一散热器的纵长延伸方向呈一夹角。
14.如权利要求13所述的用于发光二极管灯具的散热装置,其特征在于:每一本体的外板由内板的底部向上倾斜延伸而成。

16.如权利要求14或15所述的用于发光二极管灯具的散热装置,其特征在于:所述每一本体还包括若干连接内板与外板的连接板,每两相邻的连接板之间形成供气流通过的流道。
