Abstract
一种发光二极管灯具,包括一基板及其上延伸出的若干散热鳍片,还包括若干导热片组,这些导热片组具有一固定在基板上的顶面及供发光二极管模组贴设的倾斜底面,每一导热片组包括若干相互卡扣的导热片。与现有技术相比,本发明发光二极管灯具的发光二极管模组贴设在导热片组的倾斜底面上,使发光二极管模组的热量能传递至基板上的同时使其发射的光线能向散热器周边辐射而使发光二极管灯具的照射范围更广。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明装置,特别是指一种发光二极管灯具。
背景技术
发光二极管作为一种高效的发光源,具有环保、省电、寿命长等诸多特点已经被广泛的运用于各种领域。
传统的发光二极管灯具包括一平板状散热体及若干安装于该散热体一侧的发光二极管模组。当发光二极管被点亮时,安装在散热体一侧的发光二极管模组起到照明作用。由于发光二极管仅安装于散热体一侧的平面上,其所发出的光线只能从散热体的该侧平面以较小的角度向外辐射,照射范围有限、照明效果不佳。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种照射范围较大的发光二极管灯具。
一种发光二极管灯具,包括一基板及其上延伸出的若干散热鳍片,还包括若干导热片组,这些导热片组具有一固定在基板上的顶面及供发光二极管模组贴设的倾斜底面,每一导热片组包括若干相互卡扣的导热片。
与现有技术相比,本发明发光二极管灯具的发光二极管模组贴设在导热片组的倾斜底面上,使发光二极管模组的热量能传递至基板上的同时使其发射的光线能向散热器周边辐射而使发光二极管灯具的照射范围更广。
下面参照附图,结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1及图2,本发明的发光二极管灯具100包括一散热器10、安装于该散热器10底部的若干导热片组20、固定于导热片组20底面的若干吸热板30以及贴设于吸热板30上的若干发光二极管模组40。
该散热器10采用高导热率的金属或合金,如铜、铝或铜铝合金材料制成,其包括一大致呈矩形平板状的基板12及从该基板12表面垂直延伸而出的若干散热鳍片14。该基板12具有一底面121和与该底面121相对的一顶面122。这些散热鳍片14包括分别形成于该基板12的底面121两侧上的第一散热鳍片141及顶面122上的第二散热鳍片142。
这些第一散热鳍片141相互平行间隔并分布在基板12底面121两侧,以使基板12的底面121中部形成一矩形无散热鳍片区域,用以安置所述导热片组20。位于基板12最外侧的二第一散热鳍片141具有相同的高度且较其它第一散热鳍片141低,其他第一散热鳍片141的高度自基板相对两侧向中部逐渐递增。这些第一散热鳍片141之间形成若干通风道,以增加散热效果。这些第二散热鳍片142自基座12顶面122垂直向上延伸,且相互平行形成通风道。位于基座12最外侧的二第二散热鳍片142具有相同的高度且较其它第二散热鳍片142低,中部的第二散热鳍片142最高,其他第二散热鳍片142的高度自基板相对两侧向中部逐渐递增。整个散热器10沿基板12两相对侧边的中垂线对称。
请一并参阅图3至图4,在本实施例中,所述导热片组20的数量为四。这些导热片组20呈纵长条状且相互间隔平行,并焊接固定在基座12的底面121的无散热鳍片区域上。每一导热片组20由若干相互并排卡扣的导热片23组成。每一导热片23由一单一金属片体冲压而成,包括一本体231、自本体231顶部边缘、底部边缘垂直同向延伸的折缘233、以及自本体231相对两侧延边缘伸设置的四卡扣部235。该本体呈直角梯形设置,其中其相对两侧边缘相互平行且与顶部边缘垂直,底部边缘与顶部边缘呈一定角度倾斜设置。所述折缘233与卡扣部235自本体231边缘朝同一侧方向延伸。所述卡扣部235两两相对,每一卡扣部235大致呈“凸”字形,其中部设有插孔237。本体231与卡扣部235的连接处向外延伸有一卡片238。组装后每一导热片23的卡片238穿设于相邻前一导热片23的插孔237中以将相邻导热片23卡扣在一起。这些导热片23的折缘233相互并排抵靠,形成一平整的顶面及底面。所述四导热片组20的顶面焊接在基座12的底面121上,其底面分别朝散热器10沿基板12两相对侧边的中垂线对称倾斜,以安置吸热板30以及发光二极管模组40。
每一吸热板30由导热性良好的金属材料制成,其呈纵长矩形状设置以对应覆盖导热片组20的底面。每一发光二极管模组40包括一纵长矩形的电路板42及若干均匀固定于电路板42一侧面的发光二极管44。这些电路板42的另一侧面贴合于吸热板30的底面上。这些发光二极管44位于沿电路板42长度方向延伸的同一直线上,从而将其热量均匀地传导至吸热板30、导热片组20,最后传导之散热器10上,通过散热鳍片14散发在空气中。
与现有技术相比,本发明中供发光二极管模组40贴设的导热片组20顶面自基板12的两侧向相对中心倾斜、向内延伸,因此,贴设于导热片组20的发光二极管模组40满足散热的同时其发射的光线能达到灯具要求的照射强度及照射范围。更进一步的是,由于导热片组20是由单片的金属片体相互扣合而成,其供发光二极管模组40安装的底面与基座12的底面的角度可以根据实际需要调整,具有极大的灵活性。
Claims (10)
1.一种发光二极管灯具,包括一基板及其上延伸出的若干散热鳍片,其特征在于:还包括若干导热片组,这些导热片组具有一固定在基板上的顶面及供发光二极管模组贴设的倾斜底面,每一导热片组包括若干相互卡扣的导热片。
2.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述每一导热片呈直角梯形设置,其中其相对两侧边缘相互平行且与顶部边缘垂直,底部边缘与顶部边缘呈一定角度倾斜设置。
3.如权利要求2所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述沿基板两相对侧边的中垂线对称且朝向中垂线倾斜。
4.如权利要求2所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述每一导热片顶部边缘、底部边缘垂直同向延伸的折缘,这些导热片的折缘相互并排抵靠,形成一平整的顶面及所述倾斜的底面。
5.如权利要求2所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述每一导热片相对两侧延边缘延伸有卡扣部以卡扣相邻导热片。
6.如权利要求5所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述卡扣部设有插孔,卡扣部与导热片的边缘连接处向外延伸有一卡片,该卡片穿设于相邻前一导热片的插孔中以将相邻导热片卡扣在一起。
7.如权利要求2所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:还包括若干吸热板,每一吸热板贴设在对应导热片组的底面,所述发光二极管模组贴设于吸热板底面。
8.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述散热鳍片包括自基板底面垂直延伸的第一散热鳍片、自基板顶面垂直延伸的第二散热鳍片,所述第一散热鳍片分布在基板底面两侧,使得基板的底面中部形成一矩形无散热鳍片区域以放置所述导热片组。
9.如权利要求8所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述基座最外侧第二散热鳍片具有相同的高度且较其它第二散热鳍片低,中部的第二散热鳍片最高,其他第二散热鳍片的高度自基板相对两侧向中部逐渐递增。
10.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述发光二极管灯具沿基板两相对侧边的中垂线对称。
