Abstract

一种发光二极管灯具,包括若干发光二极管模组、一将发光二极管模组罩设其内的灯罩,还包括一位于灯罩内、供发光二极管模组贴设的吸热体及设置于灯罩外并与吸热体连接的一散热器,所述吸热体具有若干不同朝向的顶板以及若干与该顶板相对的底板,所述顶板与底板之间形成有若干气流通道,所述发光二极管模组贴设于该顶板上,该吸热体的顶部形成一空间。与现有技术相比,由于吸热体的顶板朝向不同方向,则位于该顶板上的发光二极管模组朝向不同方向,从而使发光二极管灯具照射的区域较传统发光二极管灯具广阔,达到良好的照明效果。

发光二极管灯具
技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明装置,特别是指一种发光二极管灯具。
背景技术
发光二极管光源作为一种新兴的第三代光源,其具有工作寿命长、环保、省电、寿命长等诸多特点。而且,目前由发光二极管组成的模块能产生大功率、高亮度的光源,因此将广泛地、革命性地取代传统的白炽灯等现有光源,进而成为符合节能环保主题的主要光源。
然而,随着发光二极管或其模组的功率、亮度的增大,其产生的热量也越来越大,若不能及时解决发光二极管的发热问题,则发光二极管灯具的工作寿命将受到严重影响。因此,业界通常在发光二极管模组上安装一散热器对其散热,该发光二极管模组则水平贴置于所述散热器底部而成为平面光源。由于平面光源的照射方向单一,使灯具的照射面积有限。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种照射范围较大的发光二极管灯具。
一种发光二极管灯具,包括若干发光二极管模组、一将发光二极管模组罩设其内的灯罩,还包括一位于灯罩内、供发光二极管模组贴设的吸热体及设置于灯罩外并与吸热体连接的一散热器,所述吸热体具有若干不同朝向的顶板以及若干与该顶板相对的底板,所述顶板与底板之间形成有若干气流通道,所述发光二极管模组贴设于该顶板上,该吸热体的顶部形成一空间。
与现有技术相比,由于吸热体的顶板朝向不同方向,则位于顶板上的发光二极管模组朝向不同方向,从而使发光二极管灯具照射的区域较传统发光二极管灯具广阔,达到良好的照明效果。
下面参照附图,结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1和图3,本发明的发光二极管灯具10包括若干发光二极管模组20、一供发光二极管模组20贴设的吸热体30、一位于吸热体30一端并与其连接的散热器40、设置于散热器40一侧并与散热器40配合以将发光二极管模组20及吸热体30罩设其内的一灯罩50、一凸伸出散热器40一侧端的壳体60及与该壳体60配合以将一驱动电路模组70收容其内的盖体80。一圆筒形接头90安装在该壳体60远离散热器40的一端用以与灯杆(图未示)相连接。该驱动电路模组70用于与发光二极管模组20电性连接。
请参阅图2,每一发光二极管模组20包括一呈梯形状的电路板22及若干均匀固定于电路板22一侧面的发光二极管24。这些电路板22的另一侧面贴合于吸热体30上。这些发光二极管24布置成平行于该电路板22的顶部边缘的若干排,每排的两端分别延伸至电路板22的相对两侧边缘。这些发光二极管24均匀布满这个电路板22。这些电路板22的侧边缘相邻接而形成一棱台形。
所述吸热体30由导热性能良好的金属如铜、铝等制成。该吸热体30由四吸热件31组合而成。每一吸热件31包括一呈三角板状的底板32、位于该底板32上的顶板34及连接该顶板34和底板32的若干连接板36。
所述顶板34呈等腰梯形板状。该顶板34与所述底板32成锐角相交设置。顶板34与底板32相交处形成一平行于底板32的一边缘324的边342,该边342与所述底板32的该边缘324间隔设置。边342也就是所述顶板34形成的梯形的其中一个较长的平行边。顶板34在底板32上的投影与该底板32重叠。
所述连接板36垂直于所述底板32,各个连接板36平行且间隔设置以形成若干气流通道(图未示)。所述连接板36的高度沿着顶板34的倾斜方向逐渐增高。
请同时参阅图3,当所述四吸热件31组合到一起形成吸热体30时,该四吸热件31围绕该吸热体30的中心轴线圆周对称设置。该吸热体30的顶部形成一空间。该四吸热件31与所述底板32的边缘324相对的角326相重合共同形成一中心顶点33,四吸热件31的底板32在同一平面内且共同形成一矩形的底面35。由于所述顶板34与底板32成锐角设置,四吸热件31的顶板34分别朝向四个不同方向。每一发光二极管模组20贴置于相应的吸热件31的顶板34上,所述发光二极管模组20的电路板22的面积与该顶板34的面积相同,在其他实施例中,发光二极管模组20的电路板22的面积与该顶板34的面积可不同。所述顶板34的数量与发光二极管模组20的数量对应,在本实施例中,发光二极管模组20及顶板34的数量均为四个,而其他实施例中,发光二极管模组20及顶板34可为其他数量。
请参阅图3,所述散热器40采用高导热率的金属或合金,如铜、铝或铜铝合金材料制成,包括一圆形板状的基座42及自该基座42底部垂直一体向下延伸的散热鳍片组44。该散热鳍片组44由若干平行间隔设置的散热鳍片组成,这些散热鳍片的外周缘大致位于同一圆周内,这些散热鳍片之间形成若干平行的气流通道(图未示)。一开口(图未标)垂直贯通设置于每一散热鳍片的中央位置处,这些开口对齐且连通以形成一垂直于散热鳍片及其气流通道的沟槽43。散热鳍片组44正对沟槽43且靠近其边缘处开设一缺口(图未示),以便所述壳体60的一部分收容其内。请同时参阅图2,该基座42的顶部中心处垂直一体向上延伸一圆形凸台46,该凸台46的外围朝向基座42的中心等距离挖设有若干凹陷部462用以安装灯罩50。自该凸台46的顶部中心处垂直一体向上继续延伸一大致呈矩形的凸出部48,该凸出部48的面积与所述吸热体30的底面35的面积相同,在其他实施例中,该凸出部48的面积可不同于所述底面35的面积。在本实施例中,一大致呈矩形板状的导热元件110夹置在该散热器40和吸热体30之间,用以将发光二极管模组20产生的热量由吸热体30传递至该散热器40。该导热元件110的一侧与散热器40的凸出部48相贴设,该导热元件110的另一侧与所述底板32所形成的底面35相贴合。所述凸出部48的顶面需要再加工以达到与该导热元件110相贴合所需要的平面度。该凸出部48及底面35的面积与该导热元件110的面积相同,在其他实施例中,该凸出部48、底面35的面积与该导热元件110的面积可不同。在其他实施例中,该导热元件110可省略。
所述灯罩50为具有一开口的碗状结构,其通常是由透明的塑料、玻璃或其他材料制成。该灯罩50安置于所述散热器40的顶部,与散热器40组成一封闭的腔室以容置发光二极管模组20及吸热体30并且阻止灰尘、虫子等物体进入灯罩50影响发光二极管模组20的灯光效果。
组装时,借助螺钉(图未示)将所述吸热体30与发光二极管模组20固定在一起。同样地,通过螺钉(图未示)使吸热体30的底板32连同导热元件110一起固定至散热器40上,如此,吸热体30、导热元件110及散热器40组合成一整体;然后使所述灯罩50与散热器40的凹陷部462配合,使灯罩50与散热器40一同组成一封闭的腔室以容置吸热体30及发光二极管模组20。
所述壳体60一体置于所述散热器40基座42的侧端,该壳体60的一部分容置在所述散热器40的缺口(图未示)内,该壳体60的另一部分超出该基座42。
使用时,发光二极管24通电发光,起到照明作用;同时,发光二极管24产生的热量被吸热体30的每一吸热件31吸收,进而通过吸热件31的底板32传导至导热元件110上,进一步由导热元件110传导至散热器40的基座42上,然后传导至散热器40的散热鳍片组44上,而散发到周围空气中。如此,灯罩50内的温度得到降低,发光二极管24工作于正常温度范围内,延长灯具的使用寿命。同时,由于所述四吸热件31围绕该吸热体30的中心轴线圆周对称设置,每一吸热件31的顶板34和底板32成锐角设置,从而位于该四顶板34上的发光二极管模组20斜向外而朝向不同方向,使发光二极管灯具10照射的区域较传统发光二极管灯具广阔,在确保灯具使用寿命的同时,又能达到更好的照明效果。

Claims (13)

1.一种发光二极管灯具,包括若干发光二极管模组、一将发光二极管模组罩设其内的灯罩,其特征在于:还包括一位于灯罩内、供发光二极管模组贴设的吸热体及设置于灯罩外并与吸热体连接的一散热器,所述吸热体具有若干不同朝向的顶板以及若干与该顶板相对的底板,所述顶板与底板之间形成有若干气流通道,所述发光二极管模组贴设于该顶板上,该吸热体的顶部中央形成一空间,这些气流通道围绕所述空间设置。
2.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述吸热体包括若干吸热件,每一吸热件包括所述顶板和底板,还包括若干平行间隔的连接板,该连接板连接该顶板和底板。
3.如权利要求2所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述吸热件的底板在同一平面内且共同形成一底面。
4.如权利要求2所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述每一吸热件的顶板和底板成锐角相交设置。
5.如权利要求2所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述吸热件围绕吸热体中心轴线圆周对称设置。
6.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述底板呈三角形状,所述顶板呈梯形状。
7.如权利要求6所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述顶板与底板相交处形成一平行于该底板的一边缘的边,该边与所述底板的该边缘间隔设置,该边即是所述顶板形成的梯形的其中一个较长的平行边。
8.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述顶板在底板上的投影与该底板重叠。
9.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述发光二极管模组呈梯形状。
10.如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述散热器包括一圆形板状的基座及自该基座底部垂直一体向下延伸的散热鳍片组,所述基座的顶部中心处垂直一体向上延伸一圆形凸台。
11.如权利要求10所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述凸台的外围朝向所述基座的中心等距离挖设有若干凹陷部用以安装灯罩,自所述凸台的顶部中心处垂直一体向上继续延伸一大致呈矩形的凸出部。
12.如权利要求11所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述灯罩与所述散热器的凹陷部配合形成一密封的腔室以收容吸热体及发光二极管模组。
13.如权利要求11所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:进一步包括一夹置在所述散热器和吸热体之间的导热元件,所述导热元件的一侧与所述散热器的凸出部相贴设,所述导热元件的另一侧与所述底板所形成的底面相贴合。
