Abstract
一种发光二极管灯具,包括一灯架、安装于该灯架上的一散热器、贴设于该散热器上的若干发光二极管光源模组及安装于灯架的下方并对应罩置所述发光二极管光源模组的一透明灯罩,所述散热器包括一基板,所述发光二极管光源模组贴置于所述基板上,所述基板、灯架及灯罩共同围成一密封腔,所述发光二极管光源模组收容于该密封腔内,所述灯架上加设有一用以向所述密封腔内注入气体的气体注入元件。与现有技术相比,本发明的发光二极管灯具具有气体注入元件,将一定干燥气体注入发光二极管灯具内部而保持发光二极管灯具内干燥,结构简单、使用方便。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明装置,特别涉及一种发光二极管灯具。
背景技术
发光二极管(Light Emitting Diode,简称LED),它利用半导体芯片作为发光源,通过载流子发生复合放出过剩的能量而引起光子发射,而产生红、蓝等各种颜色的光,发光二极管照明产品就是利用发光二极管作为光源器件制造出来的,其具有工作寿命长、节能、环保等优点。目前由发光二极管组成的模块已经可以产生大功率、高亮度的光源。发光二极管作为一种新兴的第三代光源,被市场普遍所看好,将取代现有白炽灯而广泛用于室内外照明。
在一些专业用途如作为户外照明设备时,发光二极管光源模组接触水、灰尘等杂质会导致使用寿命缩短甚至损毁,因此,发光二极管灯具通常会经过密封处理以能在诸如雨、雪天气等自然环境下正常工作。如果发光二极管灯具在装配或使用过程中周围环境空气湿度大的话,会导致潮湿空气进入发光二极管灯具内,或潮湿空气进一步在发光二极管灯具内水份凝结,这样可能导致发光二极管灯具损毁。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种能够保持灯具内干燥的发光二极管灯具。
一种发光二极管灯具,包括一灯架、安装于该灯架上的一散热器、贴设于该散热器上的若干发光二极管光源模组及安装于灯架的下方并对应罩置所述发光二极管光源模组的一透明灯罩,所述散热器包括一基板,所述发光二极管光源模组贴置于所述基板上,所述基板、灯架及灯罩共同围成一密封腔,所述发光二极管光源模组收容于该密封腔内,所述灯架上加设有一用以向所述密封腔内注入气体的气体注入元件。
与现有技术相比,本发明的发光二极管灯具具有气体注入元件,将一定干燥气体注入发光二极管灯具内部而保持发光二极管灯具内干燥,结构简单、使用方便。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1及图2,本发明一实施例的发光二极管灯具包括一灯架10、安装于该灯架10上的一散热器20、贴设于该散热器20底面上的若干发光二极管光源模组30及安装于灯架10下方并对应罩盖所述发光二极管光源模组30的一透明灯罩40,所述灯架10上还加设有一气体注入元件50用于向发光二极管灯具内部注入一定气体。
请同时参阅图3及图4,上述灯架10包括一矩形固定架12、一位于该固定架12的一侧且从该固定架12的一侧壁中部延伸形成的中空密封收容部14及设置于收容部14外侧中部的一管状灯座16。所述固定架12的中部开设有一矩形通口120,以将所述发光二极管光源模组30围置于通口120内。所述收容部14内形成一第一密封腔140,一驱动电路模组(图未示)收容于该第一密封腔140内以供与所述发光二极管光源模组30电性连接。所述收容部14与固定架12之间的侧壁上开设有二通气孔142,该二通气孔142连通所述第一密封腔140与所述固定架12的通口120。该收容部14与设有通气孔142的侧壁相邻的一侧壁上开设有一安装孔144,用以供所述气体注入元件50穿设其中。该安装孔144为一台阶结构,其在收容部14外侧形成一柱状容置部(未标示),以配合安装气体注入元件50。所述灯座16用于与一灯杆(图未示)相连接以固定安装所述发光二极管灯具。
上述散热器20由导热性能良好的金属如铜、铝或合金等材料一体制成,其包括一矩形基板22、自该基板22顶面垂直向上延伸出的若干散热鳍片24及由该基板22底面垂直向下延伸而出的若干支架26。所述散热鳍片24沿所述基板22的纵长方向延伸且相互平行间隔设立。所述支架26与所述基板22成一定角度设置。这些支架26收容于固定架12的通口120内。
上述发光二极管光源模组30贴置于所述散热器20的支架26的底面上。这些发光二极管光源模组30均匀排布于散热器20的基板22上。
上述灯罩40可由玻璃、塑料等透明材料一体制成,其面向散热器20的一面开设有一矩形开口(未标示)。所述灯罩40包括一环绕所述开口的矩形环状结合缘44及从该结合缘44内侧向下凸起并遮罩所述开口的弧形罩体42。所述结合缘44固定于所述灯架10的固定架12的底部,所述罩体42对应罩置于该固定架12的通口120的下方。
请同时参阅图5及图6,上述气体注入元件50穿设于所述灯架10的收容部14的安装孔144内,并对应连通收容部14与所述发光二极管灯具的外部。该气体注入元件50包括一气门座51、穿设于该气门座51内的一气门芯52、套设于气门座51中部外侧的一外六角压环53、套设于气门座51顶部外侧的一压紧螺母54、罩置于所述气门芯52顶部的一遮帽55及套设于该气门芯52底部的一胶管56。所述气门座51包括一圆形座体510及由该座体510顶面中部垂直延伸而出的一管体512。该管体512内部形成一穿孔514,该穿孔514垂直贯通该管体512及座体510。所述管体512的顶部沿轴向开设有二相对设置的条形缺口516。该管体512的顶部外侧形成有外螺纹。所述座体上均匀间隔开设有三定位孔511以供固定安装所述气门座51。所述气门芯52大致为一圆柱体,其底部的直径略小以与所述胶管56相配合。该气门芯52的内部形成一气流通道(未标示),该气流通道一端的开口522设置在气门芯52的顶部中央,另一端的开口524设置在气门芯52靠近底部的侧壁上。所述气门芯52的顶部形成有外螺纹,其中部间隔开设有二平行设置的环状凹槽520。所述外六角压环53螺合套设于所述气门座51的管体512上。所述压紧螺母54螺合套设于所述气门座51的管体512的顶部并叠置于所述外六角压环53上。所述遮帽55为一圆帽体,其内表面形成有与所述气门芯52顶部的外螺纹相配合的内螺纹。所述胶管56由橡胶等弹性材料制成,其中部具有一弯曲结构,便于气体注入。
请再次参阅图1至图6,组装本发明的发光二极管灯具时,将气门座51的座体510装置于收容部14的安装孔144所在侧壁的内侧面,气门座51的管体512对应穿过安装孔144而延伸到发光二极管灯具外部,三螺钉100分别穿过座体510的三定位孔511而螺合固定于该侧壁内。所述气门芯52穿设于所述管体512内,其顶部伸出该管体512。所述外六角压环53紧固于所述管体512上,并对应容置于所述安装孔144的容置部内。所述压紧螺母54螺合套设于所述管体512的顶部,通过将管体512的二缺口516收紧从而紧密夹置管体512内的气门芯52。所述遮帽55螺合于所述气门芯52的顶部,并对应罩置所述气门芯52的气流通道位于顶部的开口522。所述胶管56套设于所述气门芯52的底部,并遮盖所述气门芯52的气流通道位于底部的开口524。二防水平垫200分别夹设于所述座体510与收容部14的侧壁之间及外六角压环53与收容部14的侧壁之间。二环状密封圈300分别卡置于所述气门芯52的二凹槽520内。该二防水平垫200、二密封圈300用以加强气体注入元件50的密封性能。所述散热器20的基板22压置于所述灯架10的固定架12顶面上,对应罩置固定架12的通口120上方。所述灯罩40固定于固定架12的底面上,对应罩置固定架12的通口120下方。该散热器20的基板22、固定架12及灯罩40共同形成一第二密封腔(未标示),而使贴设于基板22底面上的发光二极管光源模组30收容于该第二密封腔内。
使用时,本发明的发光二极管灯具可通过气泵(图未示)等充气装置连接所述气体注入元件50,将一定气体如氮气或惰性气体注入所述灯架10的收容部14内的第一密封腔140,从而气体通过二通气孔142进入收容发光二极管光源模组30的第二密封腔内,使得气体注入所述发光二极管灯具内部,而将发光二极管灯具内的潮湿空气从该发光二极管灯具相应部件之间的缝隙或经由加设于固定架12一端的出气元件排出。与现有技术相比,本发明的发光二极管灯具具有气体注入元件50,将一定干燥气体注入发光二极管灯具内部而保持发光二极管灯具内干燥,结构简单、使用方便。
Claims (14)
1.一种发光二极管灯具,包括一灯架、安装于该灯架上的一散热器、贴设于该散热器上的若干发光二极管光源模组及安装于灯架的下方并对应罩置所述发光二极管光源模组的一透明灯罩,所述散热器包括一基板,所述发光二极管光源模组贴置于所述基板上,所述基板、灯架及灯罩共同围成一密封腔,所述发光二极管光源模组收容于该密封腔内,其特征在于:所述灯架上加设有一用以向所述密封腔内注入气体的气体注入元件。
2.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述灯架包括一固定于所述散热器基板的固定架及与该固定架密封连接的一中空收容部,所述基板与灯罩对应夹置该固定架,所述固定架的中部开设有一通口,所述发光二极管光源模组围设于通口内。
3.如权利要求2所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述收容部内形成另一密封腔,所述收容部与固定架之间的侧壁上开设有若干通气孔,这些通气孔连通该另一密封腔与所述固定架的通口。
4.如权利要求3所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:一驱动电路模组收容于该另一密封腔内以供与所述发光二极管光源模组电性连接。
5.如权利要求3所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述收容部具有一开设有一安装孔的侧壁,所述气体注入元件穿置于该安装孔内对应连通所述另一密封腔与发光二极管灯具外部。
6.如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述气体注入元件包括一气门座、穿设于该气门座内的一气门芯、套设于气门座中部外侧的一压环、套设于气门座顶部外侧的一压紧螺母、罩置于所述气门芯顶部的一遮帽及套设于该气门芯底部的一胶管。
7.如权利要求6所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述气门座包括一圆形座体及由该座体顶面中部垂直延伸而出的一管体。该管体内部形成一穿孔供所述气门芯穿设其内,该穿孔垂直贯通该管体及座体。
8.如权利要求7所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述管体的顶部沿轴向开设有二相对设置的条形缺口。
9.如权利要求8所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述压紧螺母螺合套设于所述管体的顶部,通过将管体的二缺口收紧从而紧密夹置管体内的气门芯。
10.如权利要求6所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述气门芯大致为一圆柱体,其底部的直径略小以与所述胶管相配合。
11.如权利要求6所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述气门芯的内部形成一气流通道,该气流通道一端的开口设置在气门芯的顶部中央,另一端的开口设置在气门芯靠近底部的侧壁。
12.如权利要求11所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述遮帽对应罩盖所述气门芯的气流通道位于顶部的开口,所述胶管对应遮盖气门芯的气流通道位于底部的开口。
13.如权利要求6所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述气门座自内向外穿出所述收容部一侧壁,所述压环螺合于该气门座中部并与该气门座夹置该侧壁。
14.如权利要求13所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:还包括二防水平垫分别夹设于所述气门座与侧壁之间及所述压环与侧壁之间。
