Abstract

一种发光二极管灯具,包括一呈中空腔体且具有一开口的灯架、装设于灯架腔体内的一发光二极管模组及盖置于所述灯架开口上而罩置所述发光二极管模组的一灯罩,所述灯架包括一纵长的槽形安装架及分别装置于安装架两相对端的二挡板,该安装架的顶部开设有分别位于安装架相对两侧的二容置槽,所述每一挡板与安装架之间还夹设有一垫板,所述垫板顶部、灯罩的端缘及挡板的顶部共同围成二凹槽,所述二凹槽分别位于灯架开口的相对两端,所述凹槽及容置槽围绕灯架的开口且容置密封胶水而使灯罩与灯架密封连接。与现有技术相比,本发明中的容置槽及凹槽结构使得密封胶水的分布均匀,提高了灯具的整体密封性能,且不易污损透明灯罩而影响照明效果及外观。

Description

发光二极管灯具
技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明装置,特别涉及一种发光二极管灯具。
背景技术
发光二极管(Light Emitting Diode,简称LED),它利用半导体芯片作为发光源,通过载流子发生复合放出过剩的能量而引起光子发射,而产生红、蓝等各种颜色的光,发光二极管照明产品就是利用发光二极管作为光源器件制造出来的,其具有工作寿命长、节能、环保等优点。目前由发光二极管组成的模块已经可以产生大功率、高亮度的光源。发光二极管作为一种新兴的第三代光源,被市场普遍所看好,将取代现有白炽灯而广泛用于室内外照明。
在一些专业用途如作为户外照明设备时,发光二极管模组接触水、灰尘等杂质会导致使用寿命缩短甚至损毁,因此,发光二极管灯具通常会经过密封处理以能在诸如雨、雪天气等自然环境下正常工作。现有的发光二极管灯具在使用中一般通过在灯罩的边缘涂设密封胶水,以密封灯罩与灯架之间的缝隙从而起到密封作用。虽然现有的发光二极管灯具的密封结构具备一定的密封功能,但是在装配发光二极管灯具过程中,密封胶水的分布容易不均匀,从而影响其密封性能,进而造成发光二极管灯具的损坏。另外,密封胶水也容易导致透明灯罩的污损,影响灯具的照明效果及外观的美观。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种密封良好的发光二极管灯具。
一种发光二极管灯具,包括一呈中空腔体且具有一开口的灯架、装设于灯架腔体内的一发光二极管模组及盖置于所述灯架开口上而罩置所述发光二极管模组的一灯罩,所述灯架包括一纵长的槽形安装架及分别装置于安装架两相对端的二挡板,该安装架的顶部开设有分别位于安装架相对两侧的二容置槽,所述每一挡板与安装架之间还夹设有一垫板,所述垫板顶部、灯罩的端缘及挡板的顶部共同围成二凹槽,所述二凹槽分别位于灯架开口的相对两端,所述凹槽及容置槽围绕灯架的开口且容置密封胶水而使灯罩与灯架密封连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明中的容置槽及凹槽结构使得密封胶水的分布均匀,提高了发光二极管灯具的整体密封性能,且不易污损透明灯罩而影响照明效果及外观。
下面参照附图,结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1,本发明一实施例的发光二极管灯具包括一灯架10、容置于灯架10内的一发光二极管模组20、覆盖于该发光二极管模组20上的二导光板30及盖置于所述灯架10的顶面并罩设所述发光二极管模组20与导光板30的一纵长透明灯罩40。
请同时参阅图2及图3,上述灯架10整体上为一具有一开口(未标示)的中空腔体,其包括一纵长的槽形安装架12、分别固定于安装架12相对两端的二挡板14及分别夹置于安装架12与二挡板14之间的二密封垫板16。所述安装架12包括一矩形安装板120、分别由该安装板120的相对两侧一体弯折向上延伸而出的二侧壁122及分别由二侧壁122顶部水平向外延伸而出二承载部124。这样,该安装架12的相对两端分别形成一矩形开口部121。所述发光二极管模组20贴置于安装板120的顶面上并夹置于二侧壁122之间。所述安装板120的底面垂直向下延伸出若干散热鳍片128,这些散热鳍片128沿该安装板120的纵长方向延伸且相互间隔设置。所述二承载部124平行于所述安装板120,且分别垂直于所述二侧壁122,用以供所述灯罩40装置于其上。所述每一承载部124外侧垂直向上弯折延伸出一卡边126,用以卡置所述灯罩40。所述二承载部124的顶面上分别开设有沿承载部124的纵长方向延伸的一容置槽1240。所述安装架12的二相对端分别形成有四安装孔100,用以安装固定所述挡板14及垫板16,其中二安装孔100相互间隔开设在安装架12的安装板120的端面上,另外二安装孔100分别开设在二承载部124的端面上。所述安装架12一侧壁122的一端开设有一通孔1220,用以供一防水接头1222穿设其中。该防水接头1222用以供电线(图未示)穿过并电连接所述发光二极管模组20。
所述每一挡板14为一大致呈矩形的金属片体,其在外形上与所述安装架12的端部相对应一致,以对应罩置于该安装架12的开口部121的外侧。该挡板14的顶部弯折向外延伸出一折边142,以便于把持、安装。所述挡板14靠近四个边角处对应所述灯架10端面上的四安装孔100形成有四第一穿孔140。
所述每一垫板16为一矩形片体,其可由塑料一体制成,对应夹置于所述挡板14与安装架12之间。所述垫板16在外形上与所述挡板14相对应一致。该垫板16的顶部中央形成有一纵长缺口162,该缺口162的深度稍小于所述灯罩40的厚度。所述垫板16上对应安装架12的四安装孔100形成有四第二穿孔160。四固定件如螺钉200对应穿过一挡板14上的四第一穿孔140,再穿过一垫板16上的四第二穿孔160,螺合于所述安装架12一端面上的四安装孔100内,从而将所述挡板14、垫板16与安装架12相固定安装在一起。
上述发光二极管模组20紧密贴设于所述灯架10的安装板120的顶面,其包括一矩形电路板22及装设于该电路板22上的均匀间隔呈线性分布的若干发光二极管24。
每一导光板30为一矩形板体,其上形成有若干向内凹陷的导光孔32。二导光板30的导光孔32在数量上及位置上与所述发光二极管24相对应,使得每一发光二极管24对应穿置在一导光孔32内,用以改变这些发光二极管24的出光方向。
上述灯罩40为一矩形透明板体,其通常由塑料、玻璃或其他透明材料制成。
请再次参阅图1至3,组装本发明的发光二极管灯具时,所述发光二极管模组20装置于所述灯架10的安装架12上,所述导光板30对应盖置于发光二极管模组20上,在安装架12的二承载部124的容置槽1240内加入密封胶水(图未示),所述灯罩40对应盖置于所述二承载部124上并夹置于该二承载部124的二卡边126之间,其中灯罩40的二侧缘的底面与该二承载部124的顶面相贴合,所述二容置槽1240内的密封胶水对应密封该灯罩40与所述灯架10的安装架12之间的缝隙。最后,将二挡板14、二垫板16通过螺钉200固定安装于安装架12的两端,其中所述垫板16的缺口162位于灯罩40的端缘与挡板14的顶部之间,从而共同围成一凹槽164,密封胶水容置在该凹槽164中并密封灯罩40与挡板16之间的缝隙。
与现有技术相比,上述发光二极管灯具中承载所述灯罩40的安装架12的二承载部124上开设有用以容置密封胶水的纵长容置槽1240,同时,在封闭所述安装架12两端开口部的二垫板16上开设有缺口162,灯罩40的侧缘与挡板14的顶部夹置该缺口162而围成的凹槽164供密封胶水容置其中,从而密封灯罩40与挡板16之间的缝隙。如此,使得密封胶水的分布均匀而达到较好的密封效果,且不易污损透明灯罩40而影响照明效果及外观。使得上述发光二极管灯具的整体密封性能良好。

Claims (11)

1.一种发光二极管灯具,包括一呈中空腔体且具有一开口的灯架、装设于灯架腔体内的一发光二极管模组及盖置于所述灯架开口上而罩置所述发光二极管模组的一灯罩,所述灯架包括一纵长的槽形安装架及分别装置于安装架两相对端的二挡板,其特征在于:该安装架的顶部开设有分别位于安装架相对两侧的二容置槽,所述每一挡板与安装架之间还夹设有一垫板,所述垫板顶部、灯罩的端缘及挡板的顶部共同围成二凹槽,所述二凹槽分别位于灯架开口的相对两端,所述凹槽及容置槽围绕灯架的开口且容置密封胶水而使灯罩与灯架密封连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述垫板顶部形成有一缺口,该缺口夹置于所述灯罩的端缘及挡板的顶部之间而形成所述凹槽。
3.如权利要求2所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述安装架包括一平直的安装板、分别由该安装板的相对两侧弯折向上延伸而出的二侧壁,从而在该安装架的两相对端部分别形成有一开口部。
4.如权利要求3所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述每一侧壁的顶部水平向外延伸而出一承载部,用以承载所述灯罩。
5.如权利要求4所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述容置槽沿所述承载部的纵长方向延伸。
6.如权利要求4所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述每一承载部的外侧边缘向上弯折延伸出一卡边,用以卡置所述灯罩。
7.如权利要求3所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述挡板在外形上与所述安装架于开口部所在侧的端面对应一致。
8.如权利要求1或7所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述垫板在外形上与所述挡板对应一致。
9.如权利要求2所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述缺口成纵长形,位于所述垫板的顶部中央。
10.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述灯架的底面向下延伸出若干散热鳍片。
11.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:还包括一罩置于所述发光二极管模组上的一导光板,该导光板上形成有若干向内凹陷的导光孔,用以改变发光二极管模组的出光方向。
