Abstract

一种发光二极管灯具,包括一基板、装设于该基板一表面上的一发光二极管模组及固定于所述基板上并罩置所述发光二极管模组的一灯罩,所述灯罩与基板共同围成一容置空间,发光二极管模组贴置于所述基板的表面上并收容于该容置空间内,该发光二极管灯具还包括一中空灯壳,所述基板、发光二极管模组及灯罩共同收容于灯壳内。与现有技术相比,本发明的发光二极管灯具的灯罩与基板共同围成一容置空间以供容置所述发光二极管模组,该发光二极管灯具还包括一中空灯壳,所述基板、发光二极管模组及灯罩共同收容于灯壳内,使得本发明的发光二极管灯具密封性良好且结构简化,易于规模化制造、组装,从而在保证发光二极管灯具密封性能的同时提高了生产效率。

发光二极管灯具
技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明装置,特别涉及一种发光二极管灯具。
背景技术
发光二极管光源作为一种新兴的第三代光源,虽然现在还不能大规模取代传统的白炽灯,但是其具有工作寿命长、节能、环保等优点,而普遍被市场看好。而且,目前由发光二极管组成的模组能产生大功率、高亮度的光源,因此将广泛地、革命性地取代传统的白炽灯等现有的光源,进而成为符合节能环保主题的主要光源。
现有的发光二极管灯具如路灯,通常会采用提供一灯壳及安装于该灯壳上的散热器,发光二极管模组贴设于散热器上,还有一灯罩固定于灯壳上用于罩置发光二极管模组。为了配合散热器及灯罩,灯壳的开模、加工会较为复杂。有时因为市场的需要,灯壳的样式、结构的改变也会影响散热器及灯罩的设计及制造,进而造成生产成本的增加。
发明内容
鉴于此,有必要提供一种结构简化的发光二极管灯具。
一种发光二极管灯具,包括一基板、装设于该基板一表面上的一发光二极管模组及固定于所述基板上并罩置所述发光二极管模组的一灯罩,所述灯罩与基板共同围成一容置空间,发光二极管模组贴置于所述基板的表面上并收容于该容置空间内,该发光二极管灯具还包括一中空灯壳,所述基板、发光二极管模组及灯罩共同收容于灯壳内。
与现有技术相比,本发明的发光二极管灯具的灯罩与基板共同围成一容置空间以供容置所述发光二极管模组,该发光二极管灯具还包括一中空灯壳,所述基板、发光二极管模组及灯罩共同收容于灯壳内,使得本发明的发光二极管灯具密封性良好且结构简化,易于规模化制造、组装,从而在保证发光二极管灯具密封性能的同时提高了生产效率。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1及图2,本发明第一实施例的发光二极管灯具包括一灯壳10、容置于该灯壳10内的一散热器20、贴设于该散热器20上的一发光二极管模组30及装设于该散热器20上并对应罩置所述发光二极管模组30的一透明灯罩40。
请同时参阅图3及图4,上述灯壳10整体上呈灯笼状,其内部中空。本实施例中,该灯壳10整体呈方形,但不局限于该灯壳10实施成其他形状,如球形,椭球形,多面棱柱形等。在本实施例中,所述灯壳10包括一顶部具有一开口(未标示)的中空壳体12及一盖置于该壳体12的开口上、用以密封该壳体12开口的盖板14。所述壳体12为一中空长方体,其包括四侧壁120。所述四侧壁120分别形成有回形纹式样的装饰镂空结构。所述灯壳10还包括由透明或半透明材料制成的透光板16分别安装于壳体12的侧壁120内侧,用以盖置所述侧壁120的镂空结构并供光线透过。本实施例中,透光板16数量为四,每一透光板16与对应的壳体12的侧壁120共同组成一透光窗17。所述壳体12的相邻二侧壁120的交汇处分别竖直向外延伸出一装饰支架18。每一装饰支架18上均形成有回形纹式样的装饰镂空结构。所述盖板14呈方形,其中部形成有一通口140,该通口140为矩形。该盖板14两相对侧边分别弯折向下延伸出二间隔设置的第一安装件100,用以固定安装所述盖板14于灯壳10的顶部开口处。该盖板14于通口140的周缘处间隔向下延伸出相对设置的四第二安装件200。每一第二安装件200呈L形,但不限制实施成其他形状。该四第二安装件200处于同一平面上,用以承载并固定安装所述散热器20。所述第一、第二安装件100、200上分别开设出螺孔(未标示),用以供螺钉(图未示)通过。一驱动电路模组(未标示)装置于该盖板14的底面上以与所述发光二极管模组30电性连接。
上述散热器20由导热性能良好且适合挤压加工的金属材料如铝、铝合金等制成,其通过挤压加工方式一体成型。可以理解地,所述散热器20基于成本、重量以及散热性能等因素的考虑而采用铝材料一体挤压成型,但不排除在其他场合采用铜等其他材料。所述散热器20包括一基板22及由该基板22的顶面向上延伸而出的若干散热鳍片24。所述散热鳍片24相互平行、间隔设置。所述基板22为一矩形板体,但不限制实施成其他形状。所述基板22的底面向内凹陷形成一圆形环状容置槽220。该容置槽220于基板22的底面中部围设出一容置部222,所述发光二极管模组30贴置于该容置部222上。所述基板22的周缘间隔开设有四安装孔224,以供四螺钉(图未示)分别穿过并螺合于所述四第二安装件200上,从而将该基板22与灯壳10的盖板14相固定。一由弹性密封材料如硅胶制成的密封胶圈300加设于基板22的容置槽220内,用以密封所述灯罩40与基板22之间的间隙,进而增强所述发光二极管灯具的整体密封性。所述发光二极管灯具还包括一管状灯座400固定安装于基板22的顶面上,该灯座400用于与一灯杆(图未示)相连接以固定安装所述发光二极管灯具。
上述发光二极管模组30包括一圆形电路板32及若干均匀贴设于该电路板32上的发光二极管34。所述发光二极管模组30的电路板32对应导热性贴置于所述基板22的容置部222上。所述发光二极管模组30上可加设独立的光学透镜(图未示)或导光板(图未示)对应盖置于所述发光二极管34上,以改变发光二极管34的出光方向,进而使本发明的发光二极管灯具获得不同的照明效果。
上述灯罩40由透明或半透明材料如玻璃、树脂、塑料等一体制成,其覆盖于所述基板22的底面上并对应罩置发光二极管模组30。本实施例中,所述灯罩40为一碗形体,但不限制实施成其他形状。本实施例中,所述灯罩40包括一中空罩体41及由该罩体41的周缘水平向外延伸出一环边42。所述环边42的外围尺寸与所述基板22的容置槽220的尺寸相对应,使得灯罩40可以刚好盖置于容置槽220上,所述密封胶圈300夹置于灯罩40的环边42与基板22之间。所述灯罩40的环边42间隔水平向外凸伸出四半圆形凸台420。每一凸台420上开设有穿孔(未标示),以供固定件(图未示)穿过将灯罩40与基板22相固定。所述灯罩40的罩体41上开设有一贯通孔(未标示),以供一防水接头500密封性穿置于其中。该防水接头500供电线(图未示)穿过并导电性连接所述发光二极管模组30。
请再次参阅图1至图4,组装本发明的发光二极管灯具时,将所述发光二极管模组30对应贴置于所述基板22的容置部222上,所述灯罩40对应罩置发光二极管模组30,所述灯罩40与基板22共同围成一容置空间(未标示)以供容置所述发光二极管模组30。所述基板22穿过灯壳10的盖板14的通口140并固定于所述灯壳10的盖板的第二安装件200上。所述基板22、发光二极管模组30及灯罩40共同收容于所述灯壳10内。收容于容置空间内的所述发光二极管模组30通过防水接头500与外部电线导电性连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的发光二极管灯具的基板22与灯罩40共同围成一容置空间以供容置所述发光二极管模组30,收容于容置空间内的发光二极管模组30通过防水接头500与外部电线导电性连接,使得本发明的发光二极管灯具密封性良好且结构简化,易于规模化制造、组装,从而在保证发光二极管灯具密封性能的同时提高了生产效率。

Claims (10)

1.一种发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:包括一基板、装设于该基板一表面上的一发光二极管模组及固定于所述基板上并罩置所述发光二极管模组的一灯罩,所述灯罩与基板共同围成一容置空间,所述发光二极管模组贴置于所述基板的表面上并收容于该容置空间内,该发光二极管灯具还包括一中空灯壳,所述基板、发光二极管模组及灯罩共同收容于灯壳内。
2.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述基板为一板体,该基板的表面向内凹陷形成一环状容置槽,该容置槽于基板的表面中部围设出一容置部。
3.如权利要求2所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述灯罩包括一中空罩体及由该罩体周缘向外延伸出的一环边。
4.如权利要求3所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述灯罩的环边对应盖置于所述基板的容置槽上。
5.如权利要求4所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述环边的尺寸与所述基板的容置槽的尺寸相对应一致。
6.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述灯壳包括一具有一开口的中空壳体及密封性盖置于该开口上的一盖板,所述壳体具有若干透光窗。
7.如权利要求6所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述透光窗包括一具有镂空结构的框体,及盖置于该框体的镂空结构上的一透光板。
8.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:还包括一穿置于灯罩中的防水接头,用以供外部电线导电性连接收容于容置空间内的发光二极管模组。
9.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述基板由导热性能良好的金属材料通过挤压加工的方式一体成型。
10.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述基板的另一表面上向外延伸处若干散热鳍片,所述散热鳍片相互间隔设置。
