Abstract

一种发光二极管灯具,包括一散热器,贴设于该散热器上的一发光二极管模组、装设于该散热器上并罩置于所述发光二极管模组上的一灯罩及夹置于所述散热器与灯罩之间的一密封垫圈,所述密封垫圈包括一主体部和自主体部底部延伸出一截面面积较主体部小的凸伸部,所述灯罩面向所述散热器的一面凸伸出一环状凸台,该凸台的顶面开设出一环状容置槽以对应容置所述密封垫圈,所述灯罩上开设有容置所述凸伸部的凹槽,所述凹槽由所述容置槽底部的中部向下凹陷而成,以对应卡置所述凸伸部,所述主体部卡置在凹槽之上并抵压在散热器底面。本发明之发光二极管灯具的密封垫圈的凸伸部对应卡置于所述灯罩上开设的凹槽内,使得该密封垫圈不易产生位移变形。

发光二极管灯具
技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明装置,特别涉及一种发光二极管灯具。
背景技术
发光二极管(Light Emitting Diode,简称LED),它利用半导体芯片作为发光源,通过载流子发生复合放出过剩的能量而引起光子发射,而产生红、蓝等各种颜色的光,发光二极管照明产品就是利用发光二极管作为光源器件制造出来的,其具有工作寿命长、节能、环保等优点。目前由发光二极管组成的模块已经可以产生大功率、高亮度的光源。发光二极管作为一种新兴的第三代光源,被市场普遍所看好,将取代现有白炽灯而广泛用于室内外照明。
在一些专业用途如作为户外照明设备时,发光二极管模组接触水、灰尘等杂质会导致使用寿命缩短甚至损毁,因此,发光二极管灯具通常会被封装在具有密封结构的壳体内以能在诸如雨、雪天气等自然环境下正常工作。现有的发光二极管灯具的密封结构在使用中一般通过灯罩的压板挤压圆形横截面的密封垫圈,使密封垫圈与灯架上的密封垫圈槽过盈配合从而起到密封作用。虽然现有的发光二极管灯具的密封结构具备一定的密封功能,但是在装配发光二极管灯具过程中,有时密封垫圈与密封垫圈槽会发生相对滑动而导致配合不紧密,从而影响其密封性能,进而造成发光二极管灯具的损坏。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种密封良好的发光二极管灯具。
一种发光二极管灯具,包括一散热器,贴设于该散热器上的一发光二极管模组、装设于该散热器上并罩置于所述发光二极管模组上的一灯罩及夹置于所述散热器与灯罩之间的一密封垫圈,所述密封垫圈包括一主体部和自主体部底部延伸出一截面面积较主体部小的凸伸部,所述灯罩面向所述散热器的一面凸伸出一环状凸台,该凸台的顶面开设出一环状容置槽以对应容置所述密封垫圈,所述灯罩上开设有容置所述凸伸部的凹槽,所述凹槽由所述容置槽底部的中部向下凹陷而成,以对应卡置所述密封垫圈的凸伸部,所述主体部卡置在凹槽之上并抵压在散热器底面。
与现有技术相比,本发明之发光二极管灯具的密封垫圈底部延伸出一凸伸部,该密封垫圈与所述灯罩及散热器相配合以密封所述散热器与灯罩结构之间的结构空隙。本发明之发光二极管灯具的密封垫圈的凸伸部对应卡置于所述灯罩上开设的凹槽内,使得该密封垫圈不易产生位移变形,保证了发光二极灯具的密封效果。
下面参照附图,结合实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。

具体实施方式
参阅图1,为本发明一优选实施例的发光二极管灯具,其包括一散热器10、贴置于该散热器10底面上的若干发光二极管模组20、装设于该散热器10底面并罩置于所述发光二极管模组20之上的一灯罩30,以及夹置于该散热器10与灯罩30之间的一密封垫圈40。
上述散热器10可由导热性能良好的金属材料如铝、铜等一体成型,其包括大致呈矩形的一基板12及由该基板12顶面向上延伸而出的若干散热鳍片14。所述基板12的周缘开设有若干配合孔120。所述散热鳍片14自基板12的整个顶面垂直向上延伸,这些散热鳍片14相互等距间隔排列且与该基板12相对两侧边平行。靠近所述基板12周缘处的散热鳍片14的高度由内向外逐渐减小。
请一并参阅图2,上述发光二极管模组20包括若干纵长矩形的电路板22及均匀安装于每一电路板22上的若干发光二极管24。这些电路板22贴合于所述散热器10基板12的底面上。所述发光二极管24沿所述电路板22纵长方向呈直线排列,从而将其发光时产生的热量均匀地传导至所述散热器10上。
请一并参阅图3至图5,上述灯罩30为一矩形板体,其罩置于所述散热器10的基板12底面上。该灯罩30包括一呈矩形环状的灯罩框32及与对应装设于该灯罩框32中部开口处的一矩形透明罩体34。所述灯罩框32顶面环绕所述罩体34垂直延伸出一矩形环状凸台36。该凸台36顶面中部开设一环状容置槽362,以容置所述密封垫圈40。该容置槽362的底面中部垂直向下凹陷形成一环状凹槽364,该凹槽364的横截面呈矩形,使得所述容置槽362的横截面整体上呈倒置的“凸”字形(如图5所示)。所述凸台36的外周缘向外间隔凸伸出若干凸伸臂38,这些凸伸臂38对称分布于该凸台36的外周缘四周。这些凸伸臂38的末端均开设有垂直贯通凸伸臂38及灯罩框32的若干固定孔380。这些固定孔380对应所述散热器10上的配合孔120,以供若干固定件(图未示)分别穿过后与配合孔120配合,从而将灯罩30固定到所述散热器10底面上。这些凸伸臂38的顶面与所述凸台36的顶面相齐平,对应贴合于所述散热器10的基板12的底面上。所述罩体34通常由塑料、玻璃或其他透明材料制成。
上述密封垫圈40由密封材料如橡胶一体制成,该密封垫圈40整体上呈矩形环状,其对应容置于所述灯罩30的容置槽362内。所述密封垫圈40包括一横截面呈矩形的主体部42及由该主体部42底面中部向下凸伸而出的一凸伸部44。该凸伸部44由所述主体部42底面的中部垂直向下延伸出来,其横截面呈矩形,使得所述密封垫圈40的横截面整体上呈倒置的“凸”字形。所述密封垫圈40的凸伸部44在外形上与所述灯罩30的凹槽364对应一致,以使得该凸伸部44刚好容置于该凹槽364内。所述密封垫圈40整体上的厚度略大于所述灯罩30的容置槽362的高度,其宽度刚好等于或略大于该容置槽362的宽度,以使安置于所述容置槽362内的密封垫圈40受力发生形变时,与所述容置槽362之间产生一定的应力,从而减小结构间隙以密封所述发光二极管灯具。
上述发光二极管灯具处于组装状态时,将所述密封垫圈40压置于所述灯罩30容置槽362内,使密封垫圈40的凸伸部44卡置于该容置槽362的凹槽364内,密封垫圈40的主体部42卡置于该容置槽362内且主体部42顶面稍微凸出灯罩30的凸台36顶面而紧密抵压在散热器10基板12底面;再将所述灯罩30装设于贴设有发光二极管模组20的散热器10上,若干固定件分别穿过灯罩30的凸伸臂38上的固定孔380固定于散热器10的基板12上的配合孔120内,所述灯罩30的透明罩体34对应罩置于发光二极管模组20上,所述散热器10的基板12同时压置于所述灯罩30的凸台36、所述密封垫圈40及所述灯罩30的凸伸臂38的顶面上,即所述密封垫圈40对应容置于所述基板12与所述凸台36的容置槽362之间围成的空间(未标示)内。
综上所述,本发明之发光二极管灯具的密封垫圈40底部延伸出一凸伸部44,该密封垫圈40与所述灯罩30的容置槽362相配合以密封所述散热器10与灯罩30结构间的空隙从而起到密封作用。本发明之发光二极管灯具的密封垫圈40的凸伸部44对应卡置于该容置槽362内开设的凹槽364内,使得压置于容置槽362内的密封垫圈40不易产生位移变形,保证了灯具的密封效果。

Claims (8)

1.一种发光二极管灯具,包括一散热器,贴设于该散热器上的一发光二极管模组、装设于该散热器上并罩置于所述发光二极管模组上的一灯罩及夹置于所述散热器与灯罩之间的一密封垫圈,其特征在于:所述密封垫圈包括一主体部和自主体部底部延伸出一截面面积较主体部小的凸伸部,所述灯罩面向所述散热器的一面凸伸出一环状凸台,该凸台的顶面开设出一环状容置槽以对应容置所述密封垫圈,所述灯罩上开设有容置所述凸伸部的凹槽,所述凹槽由所述容置槽底部的中部向下凹陷而成,以对应卡置所述密封垫圈的凸伸部,所述主体部卡置在凹槽之上并抵压在散热器底面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述凸伸部由所述密封垫圈的主体部底面的中部向下延伸而出。
3.根据权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述凸伸部的横截面呈矩形。
4.根据权利要求3所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述密封垫圈的横截面呈倒置的“凸”字形。
5.根据权利要求1-4所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述密封垫圈呈矩形环状。
6.根据权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述凸台的容置槽的横截面呈倒置的“凸”字形。
7.根据权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述散热器包括一基板及由该基板一表面延伸而出的若干散热鳍片,所述灯罩的凸台与该基板的另一表面相贴合。
8.根据权利要求7所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述密封垫圈对应容置于所述基板与所述凸台的容置槽之间围成的空间内。
