Description
形の断面形状を有する複数の凸部を隣接させて片面に形成し、各凸部の傾斜面を熱放射面
とした液晶モジュールの光源用放熱板であって、各凸部の頂角θを90°以上に設定し、
液晶モジュールの光源が取り付けられる金属製の取付部材からなる前記放熱板に前記複数
の凸部が一体的に形成されている。
であるか、又は、縦横に隣接する正四角錐形の突起であることが好ましい。
また、凸部が互いに平行な複数の凸条である構成において、好ましくは、取付部材から
なる放熱板には複数の光源が間隔を隔てて所定方向に沿って配列され、複数の凸条の各々
は、所定方向に沿って延びるとともに、放熱板の所定方向に対して垂直方向の断面が二等
辺三角形状を有するように形成されている。

Claims (4)
- 二等辺三角形の断面形状を有する複数の凸部を隣接させて片面に形成し、各凸部の傾斜
面を熱放射面とした液晶モジュールの光源用放熱板であって、
各凸部の頂角θを90°以上に設定し、
液晶モジュールの光源が取り付けられる金属製の取付部材からなる前記放熱板に前記複
数の凸部が一体的に形成されている、液晶モジュールの光源用放熱板。 - 前記凸部が互いに平行な複数の凸条である、請求項1に記載の液晶モジュールの光源用
放熱板。 - 前記凸部が縦横に隣接する正四角錐形の突起である、請求項1に記載の液晶モジュール
の光源用放熱板。 - 前記取付部材からなる前記放熱板には複数の前記光源が間隔を隔てて所定方向に沿って
配列され、
前記複数の凸条の各々は、前記所定方向に沿って延びるとともに、前記放熱板の前記所
定方向に対して垂直方向の断面が二等辺三角形状を有するように形成されている、請求項
2に記載の液晶モジュールの光源用放熱板。
