一种LED灯泡，属于LED半导体照明技术领域。包括灯头1、灯座2、驱动器3、散热器4、LED光源组件5、透光罩6，其特征是所述的散热器4的上半部分设有多个多面散热块，下半部分设有中空的散热空腔，LED光源组件5固定在散热器4的多面散热块上；透光罩6安装固定在散热器4上并罩住多面散热块及其上安装的LED光源组件5，灯座2与散热器4的下半部分安装连接，驱动器3安装在灯座2上并置于散热器4下半部分中空的散热空腔中。本实用新型结构新颖独特，科学合理，生产组装便捷，成本低，整体艺术性好，外形美观，使用寿命长。散热面积大，散热效果好，特别有利于大功率的LED灯泡的散热，实现灯具的高光效目的。

一种LED灯泡
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种以LED为光源的灯泡，属于LED半导体照明技术领域。
背景技术
现有的LED灯泡主要由灯头、灯座、驱动器、散热器、LED光源组件、透光罩等组成，一种是采用反光器件进行配光，所有的热量只通过单端的散热块进行散热，其缺点是散热面积小，功率无法做大，LED灯泡的总输出光通量低，且反射配光光损失大，整体系统效率低。另有一种LED灯泡是把LED光源集成在一个芯柱上，置于封闭的泡壳中，散热效率极低，LED功率无法做大，LED整体光输出低，难以满足客户要求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对上述现有产品的不足进行改进，提供一种高光效、散热效果好，结构独特的LED灯泡。
本实用新型的目的是通过对现有的LED灯泡改进实现的，一种LED灯泡，包括灯头1、灯座2、驱动器3、散热器4、LED光源组件5、透光罩6，其特征是所述的散热器4的上半部分设有多个多面散热块，下半部分设有中空的散热空腔，LED光源组件5固定在散热器4的多面散热块上；透光罩6安装固定在散热器4上并罩住多面散热块及其上安装的LED光源组件5，灯座2与散热器4的下半部分安装连接，驱动器3安装在灯座2上并置于散热器4下半部分中空的散热空腔中。
所述的多面散热块为呈V字形的散热块，V字口朝着灯泡外缘方向，V字底端朝着灯泡轴线方向。
所述的LED光源组件5为多个独立的LED光源组件，分别固定在散热器4的多个多面散热块上，LED光源组件个数与多面散热块个数相等。LED光源产生的热量通过多面散热块的侧面以及热传导到散热器4的下半部分的外表面上，再通过与空气的热量传导，最终将热量传递到空气中，实现灯具的热量散发。
所述的LED灯泡外形为烛形或圆形或蘑菇形或橄榄形。
本实用新型结构新颖独特，科学合理，生产组装便捷，成本低，整体艺术性好，外形美观，使用寿命长。灯座2与散热器4的下半部分通过卡扣的方式扣合连接，驱动器3固定于灯座2与散热器4组成的空腔中，形成电路的保护。散热器4的上半部分分成多个方向的多面散热块，能有效地将LED光源产生的热量通过散热块的侧面以及热传导到散热器4的下半部分的外表面上向外散热，散热面积大，散热效果好，特别有利于大功率的LED灯泡的散热，并且中间不完全联接，可以形成空气对流，确保产品的使用寿命。透光罩6采用透光率高的透明材料，提高LED灯泡的发光效率，实现灯具的高光效目的。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示，一种LED灯泡由灯头1、灯座2、驱动器3、散热器4、LED光源组件5、透光罩6等安装连接构成。散热器4的上半部分有多个多面散热块，多面散热块为呈V字形的散热块，V字口朝着灯泡外缘方向，V字底端朝着灯泡轴线方向。散热器4的下半部分设有中空的散热空腔。LED光源组件5为多个独立的LED光源组件，分别固定在散热器4的多个多面散热块上，LED光源组件个数与多面散热块个数相等。本实施例采用四个LED光源组件5分别安装固定在散热器4的四个多面散热块上。LED光源产生的热量通过多面散热块的侧面以及热传导到散热器4的下半部分的外表面上，再通过与空气的热量传导，最终将热量传递到空气中，实现灯具的热量散发。透光罩6安装固定在散热器4上并罩住多面散热块及其上安装的LED光源组件5，透光罩6采用透光率高的透明材料，实现灯具的高光效目的。灯座2与散热器4的下半部分安装连接，驱动器3安装在灯座2上并置于散热器4下半部分中空的散热空腔中，形成电路的保护。LED灯泡外形为烛形或圆形或蘑菇形或橄榄形。

Claims (4)

1.一种LED灯泡，包括灯头(1)、灯座(2)、驱动器(3)、散热器(4)、LED光源组件(5)、透光罩(6)，其特征是所述的散热器(4)的上半部分设有多个多面散热块，下半部分设有中空的散热空腔，LED光源组件(5)固定在散热器(4)的多面散热块上；透光罩(6)安装固定在散热器(4)上并罩住多面散热块及其上安装的LED光源组件(5)，灯座(2)与散热器(4)的下半部分安装连接，驱动器(3)安装在灯座(2)上并置于散热器(4)下半部分中空的散热空腔中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯泡，其特征是所述的多面散热块为呈V字形的散热块，V字口朝着灯泡外缘方向，V字底端朝着灯泡轴线方向。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯泡，其特征是所述的LED光源组件(5)为多个独立的LED光源组件，分别固定在散热器(4)的多个多面散热块上，LED光源组件个数与多面散热块个数相等。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯泡，其特征是所述的LED灯泡外形为烛形或圆形或蘑菇形或橄榄形。
