一种LED灯泡,属于LED半导体照明技术领域。包括灯头1、灯座2、驱动器3、散热器4、LED光源组件5、透光罩6,其特征是所述的散热器4的上半部分设有多个多面散热块,下半部分设有中空的散热空腔,LED光源组件5固定在散热器4的多面散热块上;透光罩6安装固定在散热器4上并罩住多面散热块及其上安装的LED光源组件5,灯座2与散热器4的下半部分安装连接,驱动器3安装在灯座2上并置于散热器4下半部分中空的散热空腔中。本实用新型结构新颖独特,科学合理,生产组装便捷,成本低,整体艺术性好,外形美观,使用寿命长。散热面积大,散热效果好,特别有利于大功率的LED灯泡的散热,实现灯具的高光效目的。

技术领域
[0001] 本实用新型涉及一种以LED为光源的灯泡,属于LED半导体照明技术领域。 背景技术
[0002] 现有的LED灯泡主要由灯头、灯座、驱动器、散热器、LED光源组件、透光罩等组成, 一种是采用反光器件进行配光,所有的热量只通过单端的散热块进行散热,其缺点是散热 面积小,功率无法做大,LED灯泡的总输出光通量低,且反射配光光损失大,整体系统效率 低。另有一种LED灯泡是把LED光源集成在一个芯柱上,置于封闭的泡壳中,散热效率极低, LED功率无法做大,LED整体光输出低,难以满足客户要求。
实用新型内容
[0003] 本实用新型的目的就是针对上述现有产品的不足进行改进,提供一种高光效、散 热效果好,结构独特的LED灯泡。
[0004] 本实用新型的目的是通过对现有的LED灯泡改进实现的,一种LED灯泡,包括灯头 1、灯座2、驱动器3、散热器4、LED光源组件5、透光罩6,其特征是所述的散热器4的上半部 分设有多个多面散热块,下半部分设有中空的散热空腔,LED光源组件5固定在散热器4的 多面散热块上;透光罩6安装固定在散热器4上并罩住多面散热块及其上安装的LED光源 组件5,灯座2与散热器4的下半部分安装连接,驱动器3安装在灯座2上并置于散热器4 下半部分中空的散热空腔中。
[0005] 所述的多面散热块为呈V字形的散热块,V字口朝着灯泡外缘方向,V字底端朝着 灯泡轴线方向。
[0006] 所述的LED光源组件5为多个独立的LED光源组件,分别固定在散热器4的多个 多面散热块上,LED光源组件个数与多面散热块个数相等。LED光源产生的热量通过多面散 热块的侧面以及热传导到散热器4的下半部分的外表面上,再通过与空气的热量传导,最 终将热量传递到空气中,实现灯具的热量散发。
[0007] 所述的LED灯泡外形为烛形或圆形或蘑菇形或橄榄形。
[0008] 本实用新型结构新颖独特,科学合理,生产组装便捷,成本低,整体艺术性好,外形 美观,使用寿命长。灯座2与散热器4的下半部分通过卡扣的方式扣合连接,驱动器3固定 于灯座2与散热器4组成的空腔中,形成电路的保护。散热器4的上半部分分成多个方向 的多面散热块,能有效地将LED光源产生的热量通过散热块的侧面以及热传导到散热器4 的下半部分的外表面上向外散热,散热面积大,散热效果好,特别有利于大功率的LED灯泡 的散热,并且中间不完全联接,可以形成空气对流,确保产品的使用寿命。透光罩6采用透 光率高的透明材料,提高LED灯泡的发光效率,实现灯具的高光效目的。

[0013] 如图1、图2所示,一种LED灯泡由灯头1、灯座2、驱动器3、散热器4、LED光源组 件5、透光罩6等安装连接构成。散热器4的上半部分有多个多面散热块,多面散热块为呈 V字形的散热块,V字口朝着灯泡外缘方向,V字底端朝着灯泡轴线方向。散热器4的下半 部分设有中空的散热空腔。LED光源组件5为多个独立的LED光源组件,分别固定在散热 器4的多个多面散热块上,LED光源组件个数与多面散热块个数相等。本实施例采用四个 LED光源组件5分别安装固定在散热器4的四个多面散热块上。LED光源产生的热量通过 多面散热块的侧面以及热传导到散热器4的下半部分的外表面上,再通过与空气的热量传 导,最终将热量传递到空气中,实现灯具的热量散发。透光罩6安装固定在散热器4上并罩 住多面散热块及其上安装的LED光源组件5,透光罩6采用透光率高的透明材料,实现灯具 的高光效目的。灯座2与散热器4的下半部分安装连接,驱动器3安装在灯座2上并置于 散热器4下半部分中空的散热空腔中,形成电路的保护。LED灯泡外形为烛形或圆形或蘑菇 形或橄榄形。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种LED灯泡,包括灯头(1)、灯座(2)、驱动器(3)、散热器(4)、LED光源组件(5)、透光罩(6),其特征是所述的散热器(4)的上半部分设有多个多面散热块,下半部分设有中空的散热空腔,LED光源组件(5)固定在散热器(4)的多面散热块上;透光罩(6)安装固定在散热器(4)上并罩住多面散热块及其上安装的LED光源组件(5),灯座(2)与散热器(4)的下半部分安装连接,驱动器(3)安装在灯座(2)上并置于散热器(4)下半部分中空的散热空腔中。
  2. 2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯泡,其特征是所述的多面散热块为呈V字形的散 热块,V字口朝着灯泡外缘方向,V字底端朝着灯泡轴线方向。
  3. 3.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯泡,其特征是所述的LED光源组件(5)为多个独 立的LED光源组件,分别固定在散热器(4)的多个多面散热块上,LED光源组件个数与多面 散热块个数相等。
  4. 4.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯泡,其特征是所述的LED灯泡外形为烛形或圆形 或蘑菇形或橄榄形。
