本实用新型涉及一种LED照明灯泡,它包括外接头、绝缘连接件、灯泡底座、控制电路、透光灯壳、以及设于该灯壳中且安装在电路板上的若干LED,其特征是:所述透光灯壳中设有导热芯架,该导热芯架下端连接灯泡底座,设有若干LED的电路板安装于该导热芯架外侧面。本实用新型中LED产生的热能可通过导热芯架迅速传递到灯泡底座上散发,它具有散热性能好、功率大等优点。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种照明电光源,特别是一种在普通透光灯壳内采用若干小功率LED组合连接成较大功率的LED照明灯泡。
背景技术
目前,普通的照明电光源,其缺点是光效低、寿命较短、电能消耗大,能源浪费严重。
而发光二极管LED具有体积小、光效高、寿命长、电能消耗低等优点,其缺点是工作中LED产生的热能需要及时散热,且由于单个LED光源功率小,不能满足照明所需的光强度,将若干LED组合一起可连接成较大功率的LED照明灯泡,但散热要求更高。现有技术的LED照明灯泡都因散热技术的限制,其制成的LED照明灯泡功率都比较小,目前还不能很好地满足实际需要。
实用新型内容
本实用新型为了解决上述问题,提供一种散热性能好、功率大的LED照明灯泡。
本实用新型的技术方案为:
一种LED照明灯泡,包括外接头、绝缘连接件、灯泡底座、控制电路、透光灯壳、以及设于该灯壳中且安装在电路板上的若干LED光源,其特征是:所述透光灯壳中设有导热芯架,该导热芯架下端连接灯泡底座,设有若干LED光源的电路板安装于该导热芯架外侧面。
本实用新型将将设有若干LED光源的电路板安装于该导热芯架外侧面上。使得透光灯壳内能设有较多LED光源而增加灯泡功率。且使得LED工作时产生的大量热能可通过导热芯架传递到灯泡底座上而向外部迅速散发,其具有散热性能好、功率大等优点。
所述导热芯架可由上柱体和下底座组成。该结构使导热芯架安装方便,且有利散热。
所述导热芯架的上柱体和下底座可分别设为六棱柱体和圆柱体。该结构使电路板安装方便,接触面大,有利散热。
所述导热芯架的上柱体和下底座中可设有相通的内空腔。该结构可减轻导热芯架重量。
所述灯泡底座外部可设有散热片。该结构可增强灯泡底座散热效果。

具体实施方式
图1、图2、图3和图4中,1-外接头、2-绝缘连接件、3-散热片、4-下底座、5-平面内腔、6-柱腔、7-导热芯架、8-控制电路、9-电路板、10-LED、11-透光灯壳、12-导热硅胶。
如图1、图2、图3和图4所示,一种LED照明灯泡,包括外接头1、绝缘连接件2、灯泡底座、控制电路8、透光灯壳11、以及设于该灯壳中且安装在电路板9上的若干LED光源。所述透光灯壳11中设有一导热芯架7,该导热芯架7下端连接灯泡底座,设有若干LED光源的电路板9安装于该导热芯架7的外侧面。
本实用新型将将设有若干LED光源的电路板9安装于该导热芯架7的外侧面上。使得透光灯壳11内能设有较多LED而增加灯泡功率。且使得LED工作时产生的大量热能都可通过导热芯架7传递到灯泡底座上向外散发,它具有散热性能好、功率大等优点。
所述导热芯架7由上柱体和下底座4组成一体。该结构使导热芯架安装方便,且有利散热。
所述导热芯架7的上柱体和下底座4分别设为六棱柱体和圆柱体。所述电路板9设为六个,且分别通过导热硅胶12相应连接于导热芯架7的六棱柱体的外侧面上,使电路板安装方便,接触面大,有利散热。每个电路板可设12个LED,灯泡总功率大。
所述导热芯架的上柱体和下底座中设有相通的内空腔,使得导热芯架重量减轻。
所述灯泡底座外部设有若干散热片。通过该散热片以增强灯泡底座向外部更好散热,增强散热效果
所述控制电路输入输出两端分别连接外接头1和各个设有若干LED光源的电路板9,以控制各LED正常工作。
本实用新型所述的LED照明灯泡,其功率可达20W,并且散热效果很好。

1.一种LED照明灯泡,包括外接头、绝缘连接件、灯泡底座、控制电路、透光灯壳、以及设于该灯壳中且安装在电路板上的若干LED光源,其特征是:所述透光灯壳中设有导热芯架,该导热芯架下端连接灯泡底座,设有若干LED光源的电路板安装于该导热芯架外侧面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED照明灯泡,其特征是:所述导热芯架由上柱体和下底座组成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的LED照明灯泡,其特征是:所述导热芯架的上柱体和下底座分别设为六棱柱体和圆柱体。
4.根据权利要求3所述的LED照明灯泡,其特征是:所述导热芯架的上柱体和下底座中设有相通的内空腔。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的LED照明灯泡,其特征是:所述灯泡底座外部设有散热片。
6.根据权利要求3所述的LED照明灯泡,其特征是:所述灯泡底座外部设有散热片。
7.根据权利要求3所述的LED照明灯泡,其特征是:所述电路板为六个,并通过导热硅胶固定于导热芯架相应的六棱柱体外侧面。
