結晶子サイズが20nm以下、平均結晶子サイズが10nmであるハイドロタルサイト様物質を含む含水率が約63%の材料を、温度が50℃の乾燥炉内で24時間乾燥し、ハイドロタルサイト様粒状体を製造した。この供試材2の吸着量と透水性の変化を表1に示す。
結晶子サイズが20nm以下、平均結晶子サイズが10nmであるハイドロタルサイト様物質を含む含水率が約63%の材料を、温度が100℃の乾燥炉内で24時間乾燥し、ハイドロタルサイト様粒状体を製造した。この供試材3の吸着量と透水性の変化を表1に示す。

Claims (4)
- 結晶子サイズが20nm以下で構造式がM 2+ 1−x M 3+ x (OH) 2 (A n− ) x/n ・mH 2 Oで表されるハイドロタルサイト様物質(M 2+ は2価の金属を表し、M 3+ は3価の金属を表し、A n− はアニオンを表す。)と水とを含む材料から含水率が70%以下になるまで所定の圧力をかけて水分を除去した後、温度が90℃以上110℃以下でかつ湿度が90%以上となる条件下で乾燥して製造され、粒径が0.24mm以上であって含水率が10%以上であることを特徴とするハイドロタルサイト様粒状体。
