図1に、本発明の第1実施形態の2段スクリュ圧縮機1の断面を示す。2段スクリュ圧縮機1は、流体を圧縮する第1段圧縮機2と、第2段圧縮機2が圧縮した流体をさらに圧縮する第2段圧縮機3と、第1段圧縮機2および第2段圧縮機3を駆動するモータ4とを有する。

Claims (5)
- 流体を圧縮する第1段圧縮機と、
前記第1段圧縮機で圧縮された流体をさらに圧縮する第2段圧縮機と、
前記第1段圧縮機および前記第2段圧縮機を駆動するモータと、
前記第1段圧縮機の吐出口と前記第2段圧縮機の吸込口とを結ぶ流路となり、且つ、前記モータから前記第1段圧縮機および前記第2圧縮機に回転力を伝達する伝動機構を収容する接続空間を形成する箱体とを有し、
接続空間を前記モータのケーシングで封止し、
前記モータは、前記ケーシングの外側に、ジャケットを有し、
前記ジャケットは、外部から前記流体を導入可能なモータ流路を備え、前記接続空間と連通することを特徴とする2段スクリュ圧縮機。 - 前記接続空間と前記モータの内部空間とを連通させたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の2段スクリュ圧縮機。
- 請求項1または2に記載の2段スクリュ圧縮機、凝縮器、膨張弁および蒸発器を介設した循環流路を有することを特徴とする冷凍装置。
- 請求項1または2に記載の2段スクリュ圧縮機、凝縮器、膨張弁および蒸発器を介設した循環流路と、前記凝縮器の下流側の前記流体の一部を前記モータ流路に導入する冷却流路とを有することを特徴とする冷凍装置。
- 2段スクリュ圧縮機、凝縮器、膨張弁および蒸発器を介設した循環流路を有する冷凍装置であって、
前記2段スクリュ圧縮機は、
流体を圧縮する第1段圧縮機と、
前記第1段圧縮機で圧縮された流体をさらに圧縮する第2段圧縮機と、
前記第1段圧縮機および前記第2段圧縮機を駆動するモータと、
前記第1段圧縮機の吐出口と前記第2段圧縮機の吸込口とを結ぶ流路となり、且つ、前記モータから前記第1段圧縮機および前記第2圧縮機に回転力を伝達する伝動機構を収容する接続空間を形成する箱体とを有し、
接続空間は前記モータのケーシングで封止され、
前記接続空間と前記モータの内部空間とが連通し、
前記モータの内部空間に前記流体を導入するモータ流路を備え、
当該冷凍装置は、前記凝縮器の下流側の前記流体の一部を前記モータ流路に導入する冷却流路を有することを特徴とする冷凍装置。
