Claims (5)
- 内部に収容空間を有するフロントボディと、前記収容空間を閉塞するリアボディと、からなるポンプボディと、
該ポンプボディ内に貫装されて回転自在に支持された駆動軸と、
該駆動軸の外周に固定され、前記収容空間内に収容されたロータと、
該ロータの径方向に放射状に切欠形成された複数のスロット内にそれぞれ出没自在に収容されたベーンと、
前記ロータの外周側に揺動可能に設けられて、隣接する前記各ベーンと前記ロータと共に複数のポンプ室を画成するカムリングと、
前記ロータ及びカムリングの内側面と前記収容空間の底面との間に挟持状態に配置され、前記収容空間の底部側からポンプ吐出圧を受けることによって前記ロータ側に押圧されて前記ロータの内側面と摺接するプレッシャプレートと、
前記カムリングの外周側に形成されて、該カムリングの偏心量を制御する第1流体圧力室及び第2流体圧力室と、
前記第1流体圧力室又は第2流体圧力室の圧力を制御する圧力制御手段と、を備え、
前記リアボディ又は前記プレッシャプレートの前記ロータ側の各内側面のうち少なくとも一方に設けられて、前記各ポンプ室の容積が増大する領域に開口する一つの吸入ポート及び前記各ポンプ室の容積が減少する領域に開口する一つの吐出ポートと、
前記プレッシャプレートに軸方向に沿って貫通形成されて前記駆動軸が挿通する貫通孔と、
前記プレッシャプレートの内側面における前記ロータとの摺接面に形成され、前記スロットの底部側に圧力流体を供給する背圧溝と、
該背圧溝と前記貫通孔との間に形成されて、前記ロータの内側面と摺接するシール面と、
該シール面の周方向に沿って円環状に形成された潤滑溝と、を有する可変容量型ベーンポンプにおいて、
前記潤滑溝の径方向幅を、前記シール面の径方向幅の10パーセントから25パーセントの範囲に設定すると共に、前記潤滑溝の径方向幅の中心から前記貫通孔の内周面までの距離を、前記シール面の径方向幅の24パーセントから70パーセントの範囲に設定したことを特徴とする可変容量型ベーンポンプ。 - 前記潤滑溝の深さを、該潤滑溝の径方向幅の25パーセントより大きい範囲に設定したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可変容量型ベーンポンプ。
- 前記潤滑溝の径方向幅を、前記シール面の径方向幅の15パーセントから20パーセントの範囲に設定したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可変容量型ベーンポンプ。
- 前記潤滑溝の径方向幅の中心から前記貫通孔の内周面までの距離を、前記シール面の径方向幅の30パーセントから45パーセントの範囲に設定したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可変容量型オイルポンプ。
- 前記潤滑溝の径方向幅の中心から前記貫通孔の内周面までの距離を、前記シール面の径方向幅の30パーセントから45パーセントの範囲に設定したことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の可変容量型オイルポンプ。
