Claims (3)
- 車体(2,4)に搭載されたエンジン(8)の排気ガス通路(9)の上流側に設けられた上流筒体(22,52,62)と、該上流筒体(22,52,62)の下流側に設けられた下流筒体(30,53,63)と、前記上流筒体(22,52,62)と下流筒体(30,53,63)との間に直列に接続して設けられ排気ガスを浄化処理するための処理部材(25,41)が内蔵された浄化部筒体(37,54,64)と、前記上流筒体(22,52,62)と浄化部筒体(37,54,64)との間および前記下流筒体(30,53,63)と浄化部筒体(37,54,64)との間にそれぞれ設けられた環状のガスケット(42)とを備え、
前記上流筒体(22,52,62)と浄化部筒体(37,54,64)の間および/または下流筒体(30,53,63)と浄化部筒体(37,54,64)の間で互いに対面する接続部(22A,30A,37A,37B)のうち、一方の筒体の接続部はフランジ(23C,31C,38B,38C,23C′,38B′)により形成され、他方の筒体の接続部はフランジ(23C,31C,38B,38C,23C′,38B′)と該フランジ(23C,31C,38B,38C,23C′,38B′)の位置よりも突出して前記一方の筒体に挿嵌される突出部(44,46,55,57)とにより形成された排気ガス処理装置において、
前記他方の筒体の突出部(44,46,55,57)には、その外周面に位置して前記ガスケット(42)が係合する係合部(47,59,71,81)を設け、
前記車体(2,4)側には前記上流筒体(22,52,62)と下流筒体(30,53,63)とを支持する支持部材(16)を設け、
前記上流筒体(22,52,62)と下流筒体(30,53,63)とには前記支持部材(16)上に取付けられる取付脚(26,33)をそれぞれ設け、
前記支持部材(16)と取付脚(26,33)との間には、前記浄化部筒体(37,54,64)を取付け、取外しするときに前記上流筒体(22,52,62)および/または下流筒体(30,53,63)を軸方向に移動させるため、前記取付脚(26,33)を前記支持部材(16)上で移動させる筒体移動機構(27,34)を設け、
該筒体移動機構(27,34)によって前記一方の筒体に対し他方の筒体の突出部(44,46,55,57)を挿嵌または離脱させる構成としたことを特徴とする排気ガス処理装置。 - 前記筒体移動機構(27,34)は、前記上流筒体(22,52,62)および/または下流筒体(30,53,63)に設けられた前記取付脚(26,33)に形成され前記軸方向に延びる長孔(28,35)と、該長孔(28,35)に挿通した状態で前記取付脚(26,33)を前記支持部材(16)に締結するボルト(29,36)とにより構成してなる請求項1に記載の排気ガス処理装置。
- 前記係合部(47,59)は前記突出部(44,46,55,57)の軸方向の途中位置を周方向に延びた凹陥溝であり、
該凹陥溝には前記フランジ(23C,31C,38B,38C)側に位置して傾斜面部(47B)を設ける構成としてなる請求項1に記載の排気ガス処理装置。
