Claims (5)
- 車体(2)と、上記車体(2)に取り付けられる作業装置(3)と、上記車体(2)に設けられたエンジン室(6)と、上記エンジン室(6)内に配置されるエンジン(7)と、上記エンジン室(6)内に配置され、上記エンジン(7)の排気ガスを浄化する排ガス後処理装置(10)とを備え、上記排ガス後処理装置(10)は、筒体を形成する第1分割部(11)と、筒体を形成し、上記第1分割部(11)と嵌合する第2分割部(12)とを含む建設機械(1,2,3)において、
上記第2分割部(12)を、上記第1分割部(11)から離れる方向へ、及び上記第1分割部(11)に近づく方向へスライドさせるスライド手段と、
上記車体(2)の側部に形成され、上記第2分割部(12)の上記エンジン室(6)への挿入、及び上記第2分割部(12)の上記エンジン室(6)から上記車体(2)の外部への取り出しを可能にする開口部(15)と、
上記車体(2)の側部に設けられ、上記開口部(15)の開閉を可能にする扉(16)とを備えたことを特徴とする建設機械(1,2,3)。 - 請求項1に記載の建設機械(1,2,3)において、
上記排ガス後処理装置(10)は、上記第2分割部(12)に接続される第3分割部(13)を含み、
上記第3分割部(13)を、上記第2分割部(12)から離れる方向へ、及び上記第2分割部(12)に近づく方向へスライドさせる別のスライド手段を備えたことを特徴とする建設機械(1,2,3)。 - 請求項2に記載の建設機械(1,2,3)において、
上記第1分割部(11)は酸化触媒から成り、上記第2分割部(12)はスートフィルタから成り、上記第3分割部(13)はサイレンサから成ることを特徴とする建設機械(1,2,3)。 - 請求項3に記載の建設機械(1,2,3)において、
上記酸化触媒(11)に固定されこの酸化触媒(11)を保持する第1台座(21)と、上記スートフィルタ(12)に固定されこのスートフィルタ(12)を保持する第2台座(22)と、上記サイレンサ(13)に固定されこのサイレンサ(13)を保持する第3台座(23)とを備えるとともに、
平板状に形成され、上記第1台座(21)を固定するボルト(31a,31b)が挿入される穴(41a,41b)と、上記酸化触媒(11)の長手方向と同一方向に設けられ、上記第2台座(22)をスライド可能に固定するボルト(32a,32b)が挿入される第1長穴(42a,42b)と、上記酸化触媒(11)の長手方向と同一方向に設けられ、上記第3台座(23)をスライド可能に固定するボルト(33a,33b)が挿入される第2長穴(43a,43b)とが設けられたブラケット(24)を備えたことを特徴とする建設機械(1,2,3)。 - 請求項4に記載の建設機械(1,2,3)において、
当該建設機械(1,2,3)が、上記車体(2)を形成し、上記作業装置(3)が取り付けられる旋回体(2)と、この旋回体(2)の後部に設けられるカウンタウェイト(5)とを有するミニショベルから成り、
上記第1長穴(42a,42b)の長さ寸法を、上記酸化触媒(11)と上記スートフィルタ(12)の嵌め合い寸法以上の寸法に設定し、
上記第2長穴(43a,43b)の長さ寸法を、上記嵌め合い寸法以上の寸法であって、上記酸化触媒(11)に上記スートフィルタ(12)を嵌合させ、上記スートフィルタ(12)に上記サイレンサ(13)を接続した状態における上記サイレンサ(13)の後端部と、上記後端部に対向する上記カウンタウェイト(5)の部分との距離に相当する寸法未満の寸法に設定したことを特徴とする建設機械(1,2,3)。
