Description
本発明の第1の実施形態に係る作業車両100を図1に示す。本実施形態では、作業車両として、油圧ショベルを例に挙げて説明する。作業車両100は、車両本体1と作業機4とを備えている。
本実施形態に係る排気処理ユニット24は、以下の特徴を備える。ブラケット43は、メインブラケット60とサブブラケット70を有し、メインブラケット60の本体部64にある第2の支持部65a,65bは、縁部61にある第1の取付部62a〜62eよりも下方に位置する。このため、第2の排気処理装置42の底部が、排気処理ユニット24を支持する梁部材36,37より下方に位置する。これにより、排気処理ユニットの高さを低くすることができ、作業車両の大型化を抑えることができる。言い換えれば、エンジンフードの高さを抑えることができる。
第1の実施形態では、ブラケット43が、メインブラケット60とサブブラケット70の2つの部材から構成される場合を説明した。しかし、ブラケット43は単一の部材のみによって構成されてもよい。第2の実施形態では、ブラケット43が単一の部材を成型して形成される場合を図12〜14を用いて説明する。
本実施形態に係る排気処理ユニット24aは、第1の実施形態に係る排気処理ユニット24の特徴に加えて、以下の特徴を備える。本実施形態に係るブラケット43aは、本体部64aと、第1の支持部91a,91bの接触面と、第2の支持部65a,65bの接触面とは、いずれも下方に向かって膨らむ凸形状を有している。したがって、本体部64aのプレス成型と、第1の支持部91a,91bのプレス成型と、第2の支持部65a,65bのプレス成型とを、同時に行うことができる。
以上、本発明の2つの実施形態について説明したが、本発明は上述の実施形態に限定されるものではなく、発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲で種々の変更が可能である。

前記メインブラケットに取り付けられるサブブラケットと、
前記サブブラケット上に固定される第1の排気処理装置と、
前記メインブラケット上に固定される第2の排気処理装置と、
を備え、
前記メインブラケットは、
前記作業車両の車体フレームに取り付けられる取付部を有する縁部と、
前記縁部から下方に向かって膨らむ凸形状を有する本体部と、
を有し、
前記本体部は、前記第2の排気処理装置を支持する第2の支持部を含み、

前記本体部の一部と接する底部と、
