図面からわかるように、本発明の装置1は、水平方向に細長い構造2として構成され、半円筒形の底部と、この半円筒形の底部から長さ方向に沿って真上に延びるとともに軸方向の両端部が閉じている一対の壁部とで形成されている。樋形のタンク2も上部が水平な壁部6で閉じられている。したがってこのタンクは、このタンクの水平軸を横断する面が全体として馬蹄形の断面を有する。
Claims (10)
- 有機材料を熱処理するための装置であって、
a.底部を有し、熱伝導性材料でできた内壁と、断熱性材料でできた外壁とを備えていて、その内壁と外壁が通路を規定しているタンクと;
b.このタンクを閉鎖するとともに、上記内壁とで、有機材料を受け入れることのできる処理室を形成する屋根と;
c.上記処理室に通じていて、その処理室に上記有機材料を導入することのできる少なくとも1つの充填用開口部と;
d.上記通路に通じていて、上記内壁を通じて上記有機材料を加熱するため上記通路の中を循環することになる燃焼ガスを発生させることのできる炎を維持するために構成されたバーナーと;
e.上記処理室と上記バーナーの間を延びていて、上記有機材料から発生するガスを上記炎へと運ぶためのダクトと;
f.上記処理室と本装置の外部の間を延びていて、前記装置外部の空気をその処理室に導入するための導管と;
g.上記処理室の内部に位置するミキサーと;
h.上記通路と上記導管に接続されていて、上記処理室の内部に位置する熱交換器であって、前記燃焼ガスの熱の一部を前記装置外部の空気と前記処理室内の空気に移動させるための熱交換器と;
を備える装置。 - 少なくとも1つの温度センサーをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 上記タンクが、気密状態で閉じることのできる排出用オリフィスをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 上記熱交換器が第1のコイル状のパイプと第2のコイル状のパイプをさらに備えていて、第1のコイル状のパイプが、上記燃焼ガスを運ぶ上記通路に接続され、第2のコイル状のパイプが装置外部の空気を輸送する上記導管に接続され、その第1のコイル状のパイプと第2のコイル状のパイプは隣り合っていて、上記燃焼ガスの熱の一部を上記装置外部の空気に移動させる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 請求項4に記載の装置において、上記第1のコイル状のパイプがさらに、上記燃焼ガスを本装置の外部に運ぶための煙突に接続されており、上記第2のコイル状のパイプがさらに上記処理室に接続されていて、その処理室の内部に上記加熱された装置外部の空気を運ぶことを特徴とする装置。
- 生物で汚染された有機材料を熱処理する方法であって、
a.請求項2に記載の有機材料を熱処理ための装置を用意するステップと;
b.上記熱処理ための装置のタンクの中に液体を導入するステップと;
c.上記タンクの内部をバーナーであらかじめ加熱するステップと;
d.上記タンクの内部が生物を殺す温度になるまで上記タンクの内部を加熱するステップと;
e.生物で汚染された有機材料を上記タンクの中に導入するステップと;
f.上記タンクの中にある生物で汚染された上記有機材料を上記バーナーで熱処理するステップを含む方法。 - 上記液体が実質的に中性の液体である、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 実質的に中性の上記液体が水である、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 請求項6〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、この方法が、
a.生物で汚染された処理中の上記有機材料から発生するガスと蒸気を回収するステップと;
b.そのガスと蒸気を上記バーナーに運んで燃焼させるステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 生物で汚染された上記有機材料が、ワクチン生成物に由来する廃棄物である、請求項6〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
