Description
誘電体磁器を以下のように作製した。まず、いずれも純度が99.9%以上のBaCO3粉末、TiO2粉末、MgO粉末、Y2O3、Dy2O3、Ho2O3、Er2O3の酸化物粉末、炭酸マンガン粉末を用意し、表1〜表5に示す割合で調合し混合粉末を調製した。表1〜表5に示す量は、各元素の酸化物換算量に相当する量である。
評価における試料数は各10個とし、その平均値を求めた。具体的には、作製した誘電体磁器であるこれらの試料は、LCRメーター4284Aを用いて周波数1.0kHz、入力信号レベル1.0Vにて静電容量を測定し、試料の直径と厚みおよび導体膜の面積から比誘電率を算出した。また、25℃における比誘電率ε25と、125℃における比誘電率ε125とを、前記式(1)に当てはめて比誘電率の温度係数を算出した。
Claims (3)
- チタン酸バリウムを主成分とし、マグネシウム、希土類元素およびマンガンを含む結晶粒子により構成される誘電体磁器であって、
前記結晶粒子の結晶構造が立方晶であり、
バリウム1モルに対して、マグネシウムをMgO換算で0.033〜0.085モル、希土類元素(RE)をRE2O3換算で0.1〜0.2モル、マンガンをMnO換算で0.006〜0.018モル含有することを特徴とする誘電体磁器。 - 前記バリウム1モルに対して、前記マグネシウムをMgO換算で0.048〜0.056モル、前記希土類元素(RE)をRE2O3換算で0.128〜0.149モル、前記マンガンをMnO換算で0.006〜0.018モル含有する請求項1に記載の誘電体磁器。
- 請求項1または2に記載の誘電体磁器と導体層とが積層されていることを特徴とするコンデンサ。
