Description
特許文献1は、エポキシ樹脂、窒素含有強化剤及び促進剤を含む構造用接着剤を記載している。この出願に記載されている課題は、良好な貯蔵安定性及び高硬化速度を有する構造用接着剤を提供することである。
a)第一のエポキシ樹脂、
b)平均して25重量%より少ないアクリロニトリルを含むアクリロニトリル−ブタジエンゴムで変性された第二のエポキシ樹脂及び
c)強化剤
を含んでなり、成分b)及び成分c)の合計量が、組成物の合計重量に基づいて30%より多く、且つ成分c):成分b)の重量比が1:1より大きい組成物により解決される。

Struktol 3604(Schill & Seilacher製)7重量%、Struktol 3914 7重量%、DER 330 11重量%、DER 331 20.2重量%、DER 671 16.3重量%、強化剤RAM B 24重量%及びDW 0135青(Huntsman製)0.2重量%を、実験室用遊星型ミキサー中で、90℃で30分間攪拌する。次いで、エポキシシランなどの接着促進剤0.6重量%、ヒュームドシリカ(Aerosil;Degussa製)4.3重量%及び湿潤剤0.2重量%を添加し、そして混合物は室温で更に30分間攪拌する。次に、DICY(シアノグアニジン、Airproducts製)4.2重量%、促進剤EP 796(Huntsman製)0.75重量%、及びゲル化性化合物3.2重量%を添加し、そして混合物は室温で更に15分間攪拌する。全ての混合工程は減圧下で実施する。
接着剤それ自体は、140℃より高い温度での硬化の後、次のような標準値を示す。
引張強度:約35MPa
伸び:約15%
45℃での粘度:158Pas
45℃での降伏点:47Pa
重ね剪断(1.5mm;CRS 1403):>25MPa
室温での衝撃剥離強度(1mm;CRS 1403):>25N/mm
VDA試験は、前処理アルミニウム、熱浸漬鋼、電気亜鉛鍍金鋼、及びBonazinc鋼上で実施したが、20〜30%までの強度低下しか示さなかった。KKT、P 1210、3C及びcataplasmaなど、その他の人工老化試験も同様の結果を示した。
Struktol 3604は、ビスフェノールAのグリシジルエーテル(DGEBA)60%、及びX8 40%からなるゴム変性エポキシ樹脂である。
組成物においても維持されること示している。

態様1.a)第一のエポキシ樹脂、
b)平均して25重量%より少ないアクリロニトリルを含むアクリロニトリル−ブタジエンゴムで変性された第二のエポキシ樹脂及び
c)強化剤
を含んでなり、成分b)及び成分c)の合計量が、組成物の合計重量に基づいて30%より多く、且つ成分c):成分b)の重量比が1:1より大きいエポキシ接着剤組成物。
態様2.式(I):
の化合物を成分c)として含む態様1に記載の組成物。
態様3.式(II):
の化合物を成分c)として含む態様1又は2に記載の組成物。
態様4.成分b)が少なくとも30重量%のアクリロニトリル−ブタジエンゴムを含む態様1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
態様5.成分b)が3種の異なるアクリロニトリル−ブタジエンゴム:
b1)アクリロニトリルを約10重量%含むもの、
b2)アクリロニトリルを約17重量%含むもの及び
b3)アクリロニトリルを約26重量%含むもの、
の混合物を含む態様1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
態様6.組成物の合計重量に基づいて、成分b)を14〜20%の量で、且つ成分c)を18〜28%の量で含む態様1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
態様7.成分b)のアクリロニトリル−ブタジエンゴムが20重量%より少ないアクリロニトリルを含む態様1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
態様8.少なくとも35重量%の成分b)及び成分c)の合計量を含む態様1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
態様9.成分c):成分b)の重量比が1.3:1より大きい態様1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
態様10.成分a)が少なくとも2種の相異なるエポキシ樹脂の混合物である態様1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
態様11.成分a)が室温で液体である少なくとも1種のエポキシ樹脂を含む態様1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
態様12.促進剤としてEP 796を含む態様1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
態様13.態様1〜12のいずれか1項に記載のエポキシ接着剤組成物の、車両部材組立のための使用。
態様14.部材が、態様1〜12のいずれか1項に記載のエポキシ接着剤組成物によって組み立てられたものである車両。
Claims (11)
- a)第一のエポキシ樹脂、
b)平均して25重量%より少ないアクリロニトリル単位を含むアクリロニトリル−ブタジエンゴムで変性された第二のエポキシ樹脂及び
c)強化剤として、式(I):

- 成分b)が、第二のエポキシ樹脂の少なくとも30重量%の量のアクリロニトリル−ブタジエンゴムで変性されている請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 成分b)の第二のエポキシ樹脂を変性するために使用されたアクリロニトリル−ブタジエンゴムが3種の異なるアクリロニトリル−ブタジエンゴム:
b1)アクリロニトリルを10重量%含むアクリロニトリル−ブタジエンゴム、
b2)アクリロニトリルを17重量%含むアクリロニトリル−ブタジエンゴム及び
b3)アクリロニトリルを26重量%含むアクリロニトリル−ブタジエンゴム、
の混合物を含む請求項1または2に記載の組成物。 - 組成物の合計重量に基づいて、成分b)を14〜20%の量で、且つ成分c)を18〜28%の量で含む請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 成分b)のアクリロニトリル−ブタジエンゴムが、アクリロニトリル−ブタジエンゴムの合計重量に基づいて、20重量%より少ないアクリロニトリル単位を含む請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 少なくとも35重量%の成分b)及び成分c)の合計量を含む請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 成分b)に対する成分c)の重量比が1.3より大きい請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 成分a)が少なくとも2種の相異なるエポキシ樹脂の混合物である請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 成分a)が室温で液体である少なくとも1種のエポキシ樹脂を含む請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のエポキシ接着剤組成物の、車両の構造部材の構造用接着剤としての使用。
- 車両の構造部材が、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のエポキシ接着剤組成物を構造用接着剤として使用して組み立てられたものである車両。
