Description
なお、DLC膜とは、DLC(Diamond Like Carbon ;ダイヤモンド状カーボン)の薄膜のことであり、DLCは緻密なアモルファス構造で、結晶学的にはダイヤモンドと異なるが、高硬度で優れた耐摩耗性が得られる。
図1は、本発明の一実施例であるDLCコーティングルアー10を示す図で、(a) は平面図、(b) は(a) の下方から見た側面図、(c) は(b) の右方向から見た側面図、(d) は表面近傍の断面図である。このDLCコーティングルアー10は、銅板をプレスにより略長円形状乃至流線形状に打ち抜くとともに、滑らかな凹湾曲形状を成すように曲げ加工したスプーン型のルアー基材12を主体として構成されている。ルアー基材12の長手方向の両端部には、釣り針や釣り糸を結び付けるための貫通孔14、16が設けられているとともに、そのルアー基材12の表面の全域に中間層18を介してDLC膜20がコーティングされている。

Claims (4)
- 所定形状の金属製のルアー基材と、
元素の周期表の IIIb族、IVa族、Va族、およびVIa族の中の少なくとも1種類の金属、または該金属の炭化物、窒化物、炭窒化物、或いはそれらの相互固溶体から成り、前記ルアー基材の表面に設けられた中間層と、
膜厚が0.05μm〜0.55μmの範囲内で前記中間層の上に設けられ、外観が干渉色を呈しているDLC膜と、
を有することを特徴とするDLCコーティングルアー。 - 前記DLC膜は、0.05μm以上の変化幅で膜厚が滑らかに変化している
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のDLCコーティングルアー。 - 前記ルアー基材は、表面が滑らかな湾曲形状を成している
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のDLCコーティングルアー。 - 前記中間層の膜厚は0.5μm〜3μmの範囲内である
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載のDLCコーティングルアー。
