図1は、本発明の第1の実施の形態によるルアー10の概略構成を示しており、Aは平面図、BはAにおける[B]−[B]線断面図である。
光が強め合う条件:2nd=(2m+1)λ/2
光が弱め合う条件:2nd=λ
ここで、nは膜の屈折率、dは膜厚、λは入射光波長、mは任意の整数である。
長さ35mm、幅7mmのステンレス基体11を用いて蒸着重合法によりポリイミド被覆層を形成することによりルアー10’を製作した。両端開口の筒(容器19)に基体を収容し、基体と筒内面との隙間を2mm程度、筒端面から20mmの位置に基体端部がくるように基体を保持して圧力0.67Paにて成膜を行ったところ、ルアーの長手方向に概ね6色が明瞭に認識できるような虹色干渉色の発現を得た。明瞭に認識される色は、ルアー端部から順に紫、青、緑、黄色、ピンク、緑であり、各色の幅は概ね3mmから7mmであった。ポリイミド被膜層の膜厚は連続的に変化しているので、各色の境界は淡い虹色となっている。
また、基体と容器内面の隙間を20mm程度とした場合、ルアー長手方向に2色にわたる干渉色が発現することが確認された。これにより、ルアーと筒内面との隙間を様々に変えることで、多種多様な虹色模様のルアーを製造することができる。
なお、蒸着重合法においては、成膜時の圧力を0.1〜100Paの範囲で変えることにより、基体表面へのモノマーガス供給濃度分布も変えることが可能であるので、圧力の調整によって透明被覆層の膜厚不均一性を変えることも可能である。
続いて、本発明の第2の実施の形態について図7から図9を参照して説明する。
図の例では、スパッタカソード25として、マグネトロンスパッタカソードを示している。本実施の形態の透明被膜層22は金属酸化物、例えば酸化チタンで形成されており、これに対応してターゲット25Tはチタン、反応ガス供給口26からはアルゴンガス及び酸素ガスが導入されるようになっている。ターゲット25Tはメタルボンディングあるいはクランプ機構によりバッキングプレート25Pに固定され、バッキングプレート25Pの裏面側には磁石25Mが配置されている。25Aはターゲット25に供給される電力の供給源であり、直流電源、工業周波数13.56MHzの高周波電源に代表される交流電源のいずれでも実施可能である。

Claims (2)
- 真空槽内に設置され開口部を有する容器の内部に、金属製の基体を収容し、
前記開口部を介して前記容器の内部に2種類のモノマーガスを供給し蒸着重合反応を進行させることで、可視光波長を含む不均一な膜厚分布を有する、膜厚が1μm以下の樹脂製の透明被膜層を前記基体の表面に形成する
ルアーの製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載のルアーの製造方法であって、
前記透明被膜層の膜厚を0.1μm以上1μm以下の範囲に分布形成させるルアーの製造方法。
