Description
希土類元素のランタン、セリウムおよび/またはイットリウムの塩と、金属のコバルトおよび/またはマンガンの塩が、化学量論比で、脱イオン水に20〜60%溶液の生じるまで投入する。化学量論比とは、化合物LaCoO3において関与する反応物の物質量の比である。Laはセリウムまたはイットリウムに替えることができ、コバルトはマンガンに替えることができる。塩として使用されるのは硝酸塩、炭酸塩、酢酸塩である。
Claims (8)
- ガス状または蒸気状の炭化水素(VOC)を酸化し且つNOXを選択還元する触媒を製造する方法において、希土類元素と重金属のコバルト又はマンガンとの化合物を使って多段結晶化工程により結晶を含有する懸濁液を形成し、担体をこの懸濁液に浸漬することで、前記担体上に触媒活性物質の結晶層を形成することを特徴とし、この多段結晶化工程が、希土類元素と重金属のコバルト又はマンガンとの混合物を500〜761℃に加熱することによって希土類元素と重金属のコバルト又はマンガンとの化合物の粗結晶を形成する第一の結晶化工程と、前記粗結晶をシュウ酸水溶液に溶解する溶解工程と、前記粗結晶を溶解した溶液を500〜761℃に再加熱することによって、前記化合物の再結晶を形成する第二の結晶化工程とを含む方法。
- 前記結晶層が、希土類元素と重金属のコバルト又はマンガンとの酸化物と、希土類元素とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 希土類元素のランタン、セリウム、イットリウムが一緒にまたは個々に使用されることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 重金属としてコバルト及び/又はマンガンの金属が使用されることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 出発物質が水およびシュウ酸に溶解する塩であることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の方法。
- シュウ酸水溶液に、分子状酸化アルミニウムと酸化チタンとを添加した後、前記再結晶を投入、攪拌して、前記担体に触媒活性物質の結晶層を形成するための含浸用溶液とすることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 前記担体上に触媒活性物質の結晶層が形成された触媒を500℃に加熱することによって活性化することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 前記活性化した触媒を、貴金属溶液に浸漬した後、500℃に加熱し、担体上の貴金属濃度を0.05〜0.5g/lにすることを特徴とする請求項7記載の方法。
